  I’ve definitely had my fair share of issues with @Rogers services over the years. However, due to a recent unsolicited promotional offer my internet is faster, my bill is cheaper (could do better), and I am enjoying free Disney Plus for 12 months. Not bad, guys.

  @ilovejules000 @RogersHelps Are areas of Etobicoke out? My 85 year old Mom's TV and now phone are down. The TV for the entire day - Rogers Ignite. The community forum is too difficult to find things on. Can you post the outages?

  @Rogers so far the worst experience I have had with you as a customer for 16 yrs. I order an iPad, get a call confirming its me. Then it's flagged to return to sender, you cancel the line and NOT once did your fraud team reach out! All I'm getting is voice-mails when I call.
