    @Dh2410Hayes @keeptheasp @RogersHelps It's not all people lost. They lost the ability to work, the ability to purchase groceries, gas. In a court of law if you are wronged and sue, you get damages equal to what the action caused you, not just the cost of service.

    @RogersHelps Rogers to be punished badly. Their version of communication with customers are not acceptable. I hope people should learn lesson from this issue and quit the company asap.

    @RogersHelps @Rogers I can’t call 911, I can’t work, I can’t pay at stores…UR bundle discount is a joke..I listen 680news & then hear commercials about ur reliable network joke!! Diversity is better…watch u Jack up prices again in a few months..How about permanently lowering urcrazy prices for once

    @WSIB_Paralegal @RogersHelps Like last time, they will divide your bill by 30 days and get that amount as a credit. Not nearly enough in my opinion.. so much more than wifi & cable we’re affected by the outage! Ugh!

    @RogersHelps @DonnyoSpeaks Think you still may some more work to do as, although we have internet connectivity, the throughput is such that I cannot download articles or gifs, some apps are not working & some websites take forever to load.
