@RogersHelps really disgusted with the service guys - tried to reset box online and says u r experiencing issues - how would I know when u disregard DM messages & there is no way to get a hold of u ...cancellation is pending if I don’t hear a response soon 😒

@RogersHelps They do have 2 nextbox’s a 1.0 and a 2.0 as well on the main floor but I have never in all my life since this box was brand new when we got it when it came out seen it do that normally like the nextboxes it will just say download.

@RogersHelps internet is still going off intermittently. Was fine all morning then twice in last 10min has gone out for about 1min each before coming back. This has to be a Rogers issue.

@RogersHelps Please explain to me why every 3 - 4 months, I check my mail on my phone before I go to sleep, just to find when I awake, that for some reason my @rogers account needs my password to sign in, & then says the password is wrong!? I am again locked out of my Rogers acct

@klrobson @RogersHelps This was my experience as well today. The agent would ask me a question and then disappear for 15 minutes. At one point he even started commenting on things that had nothing to do with my issue and then insisted that someone come to my house to fix the issue.

@RogersHelps Can you please let us know what is happening? One of your Techs was on my street on Friday fiddling and my service went out. Now mine has been out since 8:05. Please tell us when service will be restored.

During the worst of the Covid @Rogers gave tv services.. But a subscriber like myself with only internet saw no ease in the monthly bill
