    @RogersHelps We *did* give the number listed on the account, and the message said "no such number." At worst we just need a way to immediately reach a human (even the chatbot refuses to provide a way), but we really just ask to have all the false charges cancelled without wastihng our time

    @Fidomobile @RogersHelps Team I need some help! Transfered my mom's existing number from Rogers to Fido, but we are getting billed by both! Rogers is billing old #, Fido is billed new #, and her existing Rogers number should have transferred over. Who do I start with for help?

    @RogersHelps Thanks. I have the super sports package, and on Saturday night the broadcast of the Barrie Colts playoff game ended after 3 periods. I missed the whole overtime. I know nothing can be done now, but wanted to call attention to it so it hopefully never happens again.

    @Rogers and @RogersHelps must have the most useless customer service app and website of a very mediocre Canadian telecom service. Simple customer service requests cannot be done on either. Wonder if they care to respond and fix.

    @Rogers your pvr sucks. I was recording the Canuck game and YOU decided to END it because who knows, there was room on the pvr but you took priority recording bc there may not have been room if all recordings continued without any being watched and deleted. Brutal.
