    Love that @rogers sent me an email cancelling my device protection 7 months ago and have continued to charge me for it ever since and won’t refund me because I also get the poor attempts of an ai turning voicemails into text.

    @Rogers hey Rogers! Third time this month internet has been going down. When it’s too hot or cold it goes down and funny thing is I called you guys several times and was told is an area issue. I got a text saying area issue is fixed. Looks like NOT!

    @RogersHelps so for the last couple of weeks I have been experiencing Intermittent disconnects. Some times just the tv, sometimes tv and internet. I get a message on tv saying it’s a connection problem and to reset the modem. Done that a few times. Still persists.
