    @cbcmarketplace I need your help! Rogers @RogersHelps had promised me a new bill of $59.88 for 12 months for cable/internet. They have since charged me $105.08, and even though they acknowledge what I've been promised and agreed to they refuse to honour the price. Help!

    @Rogers please thank the guys and gals who, I am sure, we’re up late fixing the Port Credit incident with the cut cable. We do appreciate their efforts. Hopefully the construction site will be more careful from here on.

    @RogersHelps Trying to cancel a service with rogers so I've been put on hold twice with 2 diff customer service reps in the last 40 mins Is there a record 4 the length of time & # of reps it takes to simply cancel one service? May be I should make it worthwhile & cancel more!

    @RogersHelps I was promised credit of $250 on my internet plan. It's been a year, I verified all my bills from rogers. I am speaking to your support team, I explained him that I haven't been paid the credit, he spoke to his reporting person. He got the the authority. But no hope

    @RogersHelps I get that there is an internet outage in Mississauga which is taking far to long to fix but why is my mobile internet so painfully slow? You are making a solid case against bundling!

    @Rogers No internet since 12pm in our area. So much disruption, and there utter lack of updates. This is a second time massive outage in our area by Rogers. Is it time to move out of lousy Rogers? Can you please expedite or at least update your customers as to what’s going.
