@RogersHelps I won't call again, why would I put myself through that? The call was not fully resolved before I gave up and hung up over three hrs in. Next time I need help, I'll walk into a Telus store.

@RogersHelps I don't want to be sarcastic with you, you are clearly trying to help. But the time for #Rogers to help was during the 3+ hrs I was on the phone. It's not my job to teach Rogers CustServ. I wasn't cranky for the first 2hrs45min. Not a bit.

There are 8 (EIGHT) @Sportsnet channels on my @Rogers #cable package. SIX of them are playing the @BlueJays game. In all the world there are no other #sports or events you could show me? FAIL. How is this worth my #money?

It really is quite astounding to be caught up in Kafkaesque levels of bad service: because our computer system shows that we failed to help you in 2021, we will now fail to help you 2 years later. And no one able to cut through.
