Do you want to explain why you told me you’d come fix my internet between 2-4 pm today and it’s 3:59 pm and no one showed up? @RogersHelps how am I supposed to do ANYTHING with no service AND NO INTERNET????? literally parked outside a Starbucks for wifi. Do something for once

@RogersHelps That is terrible,have been a fido customer for 6 years and this never happend,now it happen only 1 month after a change my phone for another 2 years,and by what i read with rogers i need to be patient,but am not and hope it wont happen to often.

Hello @RogersHelps, I've been down again for some time. Still waiting for an answer - you charge an arm and a leg for your service, I expect my bill to be discounted when you can't keep it online.

@RogersHelps Where's the supposed to be "regular updates"? Is that on a monthly billing cycle as well? Also dont down play this outage to "some" as it is more than just "some". Working quickly? Didnt this problem start around 2 am?
