    @christaggart My Mom died in late Dec, we cancelled her @Rogers account in early Jan. It's now late May and they still haven't refunded the charges that were billed for prepaid services. Several followups. No other telco, utility, or financial service gave us any problem. Just #RogersSucks 1/2

    @RogersHelps They don't have internet to log onto a forum, let alone understand how. They just want help/answers. We will be switching providers and I'll be recommending they do the same. Outages happen, it's understandable, but transparency & compassion go a long way. We had neither.

    @RogersHelps pls help me. Your phone system has disconnected me twice. I've been w/o internet for 2 days. I do not have time to confirm my account with another 2 ppl who refuse to transfer me to the correct department unless they know all my info, only to be disconnected again.

    @RogersHelps Howdy! MyRogers app. Every time I try go to Profile/Settings, the app just hangs, not allowing me to do anything else. I always have to close the app and reopen it. Is this a know issue? 🤔

    @RogersHelps For me - I've lost a day of working, not everyone has a long weekend - but I'm troubleshooting on Twitter mostly for my elderly neighbors who have no internet which means no phone or TV. At least 4 asked me to help them. Average age is 75.
