@RogersHelps Hardly 'intermittent' when the service has been down since at least 8am, without ever coming back up.

  • OwhondaGift john_willims (@OwhondaGift) reported

  • acvcomm Anand Venkatarangam (@acvcomm) reported

@RogersHelps Is there any update & explanation on the cause along with an ETA on resolution? Both my work cell phone (which is also my 'desk phone') & personal phones have been down all day. A major outage like this requires regular updates & better info on the cause & an ETA to resolution.

  • recgrad01 Chelle (@recgrad01) reported

@RogersHelps @RogersHelps yeah an update on what happened, what’s happening to fix it and how you are going to apologize to long time customers! Lucky my vaccine appointment came via email!! (Thank you @virginmobilecan for being reliable internet!)

  • gr8inall G I (@gr8inall) reported

@RogersHelps I think one of your tweets mentioned that Rogers is hoping to have a resolution by 5pm. In any event, do you have any updates? Or are you guys still "apologizing for the inconvenience and working quickly to resolve"?

  • hayley_9182 Hayley (@hayley_9182) reported

@RogersHelps @Rogers Figure your crap out!!!!

  • Carmen33906384 Carmen (@Carmen33906384) reported

@Rogers @RogersHelps Switching to Bell **** Rogers the biggest company in North America and can't even get anything right

  • jimi_trixx Jimmy B (@jimi_trixx) reported

@RogersHelps How about a little transparency to your millions of paying customers as to what the cause of this service outage is? Catastrophic data centre failure? Hack? Aliens? Honesty with your customer base instead of a half baked “we’re working on it, we’re sorry” goes a long way.

  • JROpinions James Perkins (@JROpinions) reported

@RogersHelps so why do I pay almost $100 a month to not be give updates about your service outage ? Customers better be compensated for the day of service lost. @RogersHelps why can’t you even tell us what’s wrong ? @RogersHelps you either don’t know, or you’ve been hacked.
