    @RogersHelps i got my internet back but its still slow especially when i connect to the wifi through my phone it keeps going out and even through my consoles the only thing that works good is netflix

    @KKarengreaves @RogersHelps Why do you need fo know the percentage? What difference does it make if they tell you YOU specifically don't have service....like someone else said if you don't have service use common sense and figure out that you are in the percentage that is still without service...

    @RogersHelps Toronto: 30th hour of no ignite services and apparentlly a 3 hour waiting time to hear from a live agent … a vast majority of customers are still waiting to get the band aid fix

    @RogersHelps Because of your outage, as a delivery driver, I lost about 200$ because I couldn't work, on a Friday... I sure hope you will be compensating those who depend on your cellphone service for their work.

    @RogersHelps So: all your IGNITE customers lost access to EVERYTHING - Internet, cell phone, home phone & TV - service you force us to to compete with Bell's Fibe, but oldlegacy accounts lost only internet, &still had phone service and cable...correct?? @am640 @ColinDMello
