Hey. Just thought you'd like to know that @RogersHelps @RogersBiz does NOT require their technicians, ie those that are coming in our homes, TO BE VACCINATED. So, I need service but cannot get it because they can't guarantee that their technicians are vaccinated. DO BETTER.

@RogersHelps Really disappointed with Rogers. Got an accessories financing reward email. No one at Rogers knows how to apply this reward. Already spent around 5 hours talking to reps at backend support and in-store. Let me know if not possible and I will leave Rogers.

Why I will never be a @Rogers customer. Called to cancel my deceased aunts account and they are still expecting us to pay a balance for a service that has not been used.
