    @rogers ignite tv is intermittent for my elderly mother. Rogers customer service told her there are still outages and hung up. I helped her reboot her router but it didn't fix it. #rogersoutage

    @RogersHelps it’s Shameful for a how much money you ask customers to pay for services and still days later you cannot provide quality service to us. Television service in my area is horrible and I still have people in my area without any Internet service why?

    @RogersHelps 3 days after the @Rogers outage, and our Ignite TV is still extremely glitchy and cuts out or freezes constantly. No ETA for full restoration, and all I get from customer service is a generic, copy and paste, empty response. Do better Rogers! @CCTS_CPRST

    Still garbage service from @Rogers . Can’t watch cable on my Rogers ingnite since it runs off the wifi, staring a a black screen tonight and buffering with no audio last night! Why am I paying for this ****

    C'mon @RogersHelps!! REALLY?? Had everything working just fine for maybe 30 hrs and now? Back to unwatchable tv and slow internet AGAIN!!! THIS IS RIDICULOUS!!😤😡🤬 And don't you DARE ask me if I've rebooted the router!!!🤨
