    @RogersHelps You haven't actually provided a single update. Other than that you're "working on it". This is a major outage, some transparancy would be appreciated. What's causing this? You must know. Hacked?

    @RogersHelps I see your website says home phone is not affected by the outages- not true. My recently widowed, senior mother is totally cut off, no cell or home service.

    @RogersHelps Why is your service not up and running yet?? Completely unacceptable from company such as yours. Maybe you should credit everyone for today's interruption since nobody has access to make business, personal or other important calls. Also, a heads up notice would have been nice!
