@RogersHelps This is late as hell but it's a pretty common issue and should be documented OPENLY. I expect you give people accomodations if leaving your services can't be helped, but there should be a set migration path without having to talk to your customer retention department..

@RogersHelps Hi Rogers, would like to report that my Internet is down in the Markham, Ontario area. My Wi-Fi router is working but none of my devices can access the Internet. Currently using chatr mobile hotspot which is very slow. Any ETAs on the situation?

@Rogers it seems that local businesses were warned of the service interruption around Queen East in Toronto a couple days ahead. Why weren’t residential customers warned? Many of us are wfh and would have appreciated being able to plan ahead/tell our managers.

@Rogers Oh...we were led to believe the orders should be fulfilled quickly (within a week) when we spoke to rep at store level. That’s disappointing. If it weren’t for having the opportunity to sell my current phone for the price I wanted it wouldn’t be such an issue. :( @DSFraser

@Rogers I have called 2x re: small bus acct that billed incorrectly since it opened in June. 1st call 40 min, 20 of which on hold then discon & 2nd for 17min & agent went to transfer & discon. I have all the text from the sales Rep showing the contract amounts. How 2 fix?

Not even asking for anything free but migrate to a compatible plan in same price and same offering but three different reps and 2 tech support reps yet confirmed it’s system limitation but supervisors ego comes into play or ridiculous #policy @Rogers
