@RogersHelps I had two agents help me & even THEY were bewildered as to why this was happening to me. They said they never seen such a thing before, totally understood my frustration, anger, and took care of it. I’m not upset anymore. I just hope y’all fix your automated system to not happen

@3rdtimewalter @gmbutts @Rogers Good luck. You’re the type of customer that they won’t give a deal to, because they figure you’re a lifer. I was in the same position. I quit Rogers, and got a far better deal from another company as a new subscriber.

@brundle_fly @gmbutts @Rogers We have no carriers that give great service. But Bell/Virgin have been pretty reliable for the last five years we've used them. For home internet however, I too had to revert to Twitter shaming, to get some action.

@Rogers I subscribe to your sportsnet Now so I can watch sports with out interruptions. So far I’ve had 16 “playback errors” both on my Xbox and on my phone. Clean it up.

@gmbutts @Rogers Go to USA get a NEW York AT&T Phone..$42 per mth all in unlimited everything and phone is $40 at Walmart... They no longer disconnect. Rogers and Bell are Bad.
