@RogersHelps Had a hotel booking. Lockdown happened. Host promised to give us credit, now is refusing to. Contacted Rogers Bank fraud department for service not rendered. Took them 6 months, vs 3 months to deny my claim for no reason. They did not even provide one. Please help.

Roger's internet has been absolute garbage this week. I saw a ROGERS work truck at the intersection a few days ago and figured the issue was getting fixed but nope still trash. I've unplugged and plugged it in once a day this week @RogersHelps

Oh look. Another @Rogers internet outage. That's several significant outages in recent weeks between internet and their mobile network. I'd switch to Bell, but I had nothing but problems with them too. We need more ISP / Telecom competition in this country.

10+ yrs @Rogers and my bill is increasing 12%. No change to service. No apologies either, and a “you can go elsewhere” attitude. That extra $120 a year is almost one week of daycare costs! Thanks for nothing @RogersHelps
