    @RogersHelps I'm curious if you guys are trying to fix any of your bugs with ignite. I deal with resetting everything multiple times a day to sync the audio/video, and now the sound cuts out. I've never had to reset any device this much.

    @RogersHelps Home monitoring lock is not working and we are locked out side. Technicians are pathetic just telling me they understand but can’t help. I am stuck outside the house at 10:30 pm with two young kids
