    @Rogers 2 hours on the phone with people who have issues speaking English! Oh I am canceling. I am so pissed that I don't want anything to do with you anymore! Serve Indians with your crap service! We Canadians deserve better and I chose to spend my money elsewhere!

    @Rogers how many times do you have to make “notes on the account” before you stop spamming me with calls from your credit operations team looking for someone I don’t know? I have no accounts with you (after switching because of your terrible customer service). Sad

    @RogersHelps No—my call got disconnected after waiting 1h48m. I need technical help that self-serve tools can’t fix. I’ve been trying to reach Rogers for a week with no success. Even the store told me to call support. Why not hire more Canadians and fix these long wait times?

    @MapleLeafs @Rogers Why am I being served by Indians when reaching service desk? Do I live in fking India or Canada? Do I pay you scumbags in Indian money or Canadian? People should just start canceling their contracts. This is outrageous to be served by Indians as a Canadian paying customer
