-
Storm Silvawalker π¨π¦ (@StormSilvawalk1) reported@RogersHelps Well, I tried again. I've been watching for the network operator but the option is never there. Both myself and my partner have the service and bought a plan with it specifically and are pretty disappointed.
-
Behrose Agha (@MullahBehrose) reported@Rogers I have been calling for the last two days regarding my bill. The wait time goes more than an hour then the CSR (mostly from India) finally attends and takes about another 40 minutes, putting me on hold in between multiple times and finally hangs up, without resolution.fyR

π π―ππ‘π’π«π¨π¦ (@BradenScheck) reported@RogersHelps I have the matter sorted - after 2hrs on hold, and a total of almost 3hrs to resolve the issue. For the amount of money I spend on @Rogers services, I would hope you'd hire more support members to reduce wait times.

Hassaan Siddiq (@Hasaan0060) reported@Rogers @RogersHelps Our home internet in Port Credit, Mississauga is completely dead β no loading, no surfing on any device. After 40+ min wait, your agent says βitβs working on our end, not our problem.β What kind of customer service is this? Absolutely pathetic support!
-
Christopher Rodgman, MD (@RodgmanPsych) reportedOk @Rogers, if the @BlueJays lose today because they are completely demoralized after their month of hard work to get back to .500 was squandered by yet another bad call by John Schneider, Schneider has to go. This canβt be the negative turning point of the season. We canβt lose all momentum. You have to choose team over coach, especially if coach will never choose team over player.

Shan Kumar π¨π¦ππ¨π¦ (@rraj2k12) reported@RogersHelps The app kept buffering or freezing for most the game. And it wasn't my internet (BW and latency were fine) or the Smart TV I have the app on. All the other streaming apps like Netflix, Prime were perfectly fine. This is a constant problem I have with your Sportsnet app.

Jesse Connell (@Conman_09) reported@RogersHelps is there an outage in Winnipeg? The website is sending me in circles
-
EagleBoneWhistle (@eaglebnewhistle) reported@Rogers having trouble explaining to the off shore customer service reps that I only want to speak with rogers employees who are working within the borders of Canada. I know I'm just a drop in a bucket, but I'm about to take business elsewhere.
-
Shan Kumar π¨π¦ππ¨π¦ (@rraj2k12) reported@RogersHelps It has started buffering once again. This app is an absolute hot garbage. You need to ask Netflix or Amazon how they make their streaming effortless.

Sanka Jayasundera (@Zenblime) reported@RogersHelps Its on both. I tried doing on the phone and through online and I am not getting feedback on either. I shouldn't be in a situation where a phone with 100% charge dies before I can connect with rogers. My issue is I got a new watch but its not connecting to the plan.
