    @RogersHelps I have contacted @startca they're great but it'll take 24 hours to send a ticket then 2 days before you can send a tech to fix the outage YOUR tech caused I contacted my neighbor and we had another Rogers tech come out to resolve the issue but we're still offline. I work at home.

    @hellokay0 @SSTTHD @RogersHelps The service just came up. Spent an hour to go to the office, and much frustration. I thought by having Natalie coming over from Telus would make customer service better. But with Edward putting in an accountant in his place Im sure his focus will be on the customer rather than $

    @Luciferine @Rogers Its rogers. They're always down every week. Change providers. I suggest everyone else does the same. A company like this should not be in service. They have way too many techincal issues and they are so lazy to work on them

    The new @RogersHelps equipment has arrived. Now I have to disconnect the old boxes and connect the new ones. After that I plug in the new modem and call for set up help. Sounds easy enough...
