  • msry1x msry1 (@msry1x) reported

@Rogers 3/x and wants to send me a new box. I'm like "dude... I am 101% sure it's NOT the box problem, can you do the video troubleshooting with me?", we did, when he saw the cabling he said nothing is wrong and insisted it's the box, keep saying he'll just send me a new one.

  • msry1x msry1 (@msry1x) reported

@Rogers 6/6 ROGERS, PLEASE train your techs properly and stop wasting your customer's time. Even ANA is useless. Just so you know. STILL, THANKS FOR RESOLVING MY ISSUE. rant over

  • DWitty15 D.Witty (@DWitty15) reported

@RogersHelps It never worked, the CS rep said it was likely a box rather than a TV problem (though I wanted a TV).

  • TwinsenG Twinsen (@TwinsenG) reported

I encourage everyone who lives in Canada to NEVER use @Rogers as their wireless network. Absolutely the worst customer experience, spent 7 hours on the phone with them trying to reroute my package to a different address. Horrible and disgusting practice

@905Jatin @RogersHelps @TELUS funny that you say this as telus internet has been down for 2+ hours
