In the absolute 💩 storm I dealt with this morning with @rogers support (they don't know their own products), I found out Rogers no longer offers the only channel we have dedicated to Black entertainment, @BET. Is @bell pulling the plug on BET too? #BlackStars

@RogersHelps bell is now offering 3gigabit up/down for $10 less off regular price than rogers. when will rogers start rolling out fiber? I dont want to be paying more for less and still have latency issues.

@Rogers @RogersBiz why are you guys even still operating in Canadian market when you cannot handle the load of customers you got, every other day the internet is down every other day I have to call customer care and suffer the losses because of your such bad service!!

@RogersHelps I already did DM’ed, people@in customer care don’t pick call when they do they love playing to transfer call from one department to other and eventually disconnect without giving call back.
