@RogersHelps tryin to reach customer care fr problem 3 hours for 3 days no answer. Decided to cancel, ur showroom doesn accept cancellation, returned the modem 3 days ago again waiting everyday fr 2 hours to cancel. I’ve been paying w/o using ur service. Is this right in any way?

@RogersHelps The message does not interrupt the programming — the program doesn’t get stuck — but the message appears at the top of the screen while the program plays. Will unplugging both the power and coax cable, and then plugging back in, actually help? Why does this resolve the issue?

@RogersHelps Not what I needed. I don’t understand why it’s freezing every 10 seconds. Video, audio is fine. And my download is almost 50. I switched to my laptop & now back to TV, it’s working but waiting for it to crap out access.
