@RogersHelps The issue def started after i got the bank from the no name place. Sitting at Wimpy's diner & saw my screen was flashing & not charging like I was hoping for. The type C that came with it, im using it on the head attached to my wall

@RogersHelps This is getting ridiculous. I wouldn't be as upset if my area only choice for service was Roger's because they are contracted, which in itself is an issue. We better be given credit for today

@chopstix21 @mitch909 @Rogers @FreedomMobile I’ve live in Hamilton. Joined two years ago and signal strength off major highways it mediocre at best. I suppose to get LTE. In most places I don’t. And at best it’s 3g. Never mind indoors of most buildings. iPhone X.

Hey @Bell @Bell_Support after calling your customer support to ask why m phone bill has gone up over $10 in the last 7 months they said nothing I have been a loyal #Mobility customer for over 15 it's time to switch to @rogers you clearly don't care about customers

When I signed up for Rogers Ignite TV @rogers I explicitly asked if something happens where I have to cancel the service, would I still maintain my email address & I was told yes by the sales person. Today I’m being told something else. #sofrustrated!!!

@RogersBiz God forbid if you’re a customer! Rogers is assuming to be an essential service. My whole internet- router, cable and home phone is down. No availability of any techs until Tuesday 29th! How is Rogers acting like an essential service? Friday to Tuesday no service? They’re a joke!

@AboutRogers @Rogers @CWTAwireless Rogers Communications . Canada suppose to be a country with advanced internet service. Rural areas close to Urban centers have established fibra optics receivers that simply are not activated because Rogers have establish those areas as low ROI . E.g. Uxbridge.

@RogersHelps Yeah obviously they are frustrating. Out of all Europian countries and the US, Canada has the worst internet. Prices are too high, alot of interruptions and it isn't even fast. Trudeau better start with that 5 billion dollar internet plan!

@RogersHelps No help from Rogers! They are NOT what they are claiming to be: essential service! How is waiting from Dec 25th to Dec 29 - 4 days- providing essential service???? My internet, cable, hone security and hone phone are down and I have to wait 4 days for a tech? @RogersHelps sucks!
