    @RogersHelps My internet has been down since 4 am. I woke up at 9:30am and it still down. I have tried unplugging and replugging the router and it's still not working. I live in the Scarborough area.

    @ExiIedVanity @RogersHelps Are there other internet providers in your area that you could switch to? I see you often have problems with your connection. I know what its like. Hope you find a better solution soon!

    @RogersHelps Look at that still having network issues. Called in and complained and they looked at the area and what do you know...network issues for the entire area.

    @RogersHelps had 4 reps tell me there was an outage when in reality my neighbours had their wifi working the whole time. Escalation needed asap as I haven’t had internet all day.
