Steph's Coping Strategies (@Strigah_steph) reported@Lidsville @Rogers This sounds like when I was being called by Telus for months about their security service. I kept asking to be taken off the list, they kept calling. Telecoms are evil

ᴛʏ ᴊᴏʀᴅᴀɴ | X92.9 (@ImTyJordan) reportedI'm so glad I pay so much for @Rogers Shaw internet only to be affected by an outage for nearly 18 hours now with no update or message from them.
-
Dilnawaz Khan (PMP, ITIL) (@Rumi_009) reported@RogersHelps Sorry, doesn't resolve anything. Rogers is a complete rip-off with very poor service.
-
Gun Gnome (@GunGnome) reported@Battleship63 @Rogers Starlink would be better, yeah. As much as I'm annoyed with this 5G unit having frequent service interruptions I have to give it credit for being inexpensive. It's only $40 a month. It's also convenient because it's relatively small and I can take it anywhere with me.
-
fuhago (@fuhago) reported@Rogers what a ****** service, I got an email about my new order in back order for 3 to 5 weeks, but i got the package to return my current phone or I will have to pay the remaining balance. And your customer service line is an AI Agent.
-
Dilnawaz Khan (PMP, ITIL) (@Rumi_009) reported@RogersHelps Technical staff is useless. I wouldn't be tweeting this if they had resolved the issue. It's been going on for a week.
-
Lois Roper (@LoisKRoper) reportedIt is shameful that during fire evacuations that the cell service providers cannot provide better service throughout the valley in the safe areas. From Enderby to Cherryville to Okanagan Falls, two bars is not sufficient let family know we are ok. Do better! @Telus @Bell @Rogers
-
Meegs (@passc79) reported@Rogers @RogersHelps Been with Rogers for over 20 years. Never seen it this bad. It’s sad and pathetic. Been trying for 3 days to speak directly to a customer service rep to go over a few things on my account. This AI agent system is a joke. I want to cancel my service!
-
Corey Herscu (@coreyherscu) reported@RogersHelps It hasn’t worked. Escalating complaint.
-
Harold and Jean (@HAC_N800) reported@RogersHelps It always amuses me that the standard response is “check the website” - if your internet and phone service is out, and like us, you don’t have a smart or cell phone, that’s not a thing one can do easily.. have you though of an IVR message that informs of outages?
