    It's telling that neither @Rogers or @RogersHelps has bothered to reach out over this issue. Normally, I get a stock "How can we help?" response - via this birdapp - in less than 10min. I guess they're "too busy" to actually give a ****.

    @RogersHelps WHAT THE HECK IS GOING ON AT ROGERS!!! I’ve had 3-4 total blackout service over the last couple of months! Why am I paying so much, only for the service to go down so frequently!!! Get your **** together or I am switching provider!
