Dear @Rogers there is nothing intermittent about the outage. It’s not ‘some’ people that are impacted. ITS EVERYONE. Lost network at 2 am. It’s now 6.21pm ET.

@wrpearce48 @LFlaneuse @RogersHelps They will provide you credit for the length of the outage. They actually are pretty good at that but the only thing is......you have to call and ask for a credit

@AboutRogers @Rogers What is the root cause? When will this continuous, as opposed to intermittent, issue be resolved? Will you credit our monthly bills for this compete service disruption or will you only do so if the customers phone in to complain? Show some initiative and get ahead of this

@moderndadpages @Rogers They’ve been posting the same corporate speak reply for over 8 hours .. pathetic service .. I know many people / gig workers who’ve lost an entire days work because of the ‘no service’ issue
