    @RogersHelps Right now. Im waiting to talk to a customer service rep supervisor. As it took current 20 minutes. Because of faulty equipment. Instead of retransfering me. He kept me waiting and making excuses. I’m told I have 1 thing by one Dept and another thing by different. I want an answer

    @RogersHelps we have rogers ignite, paying $$$ for the service and every 5 minutes internet has been dropped for the past few days. Can you please resolve this at the earliest?

    Less than 12 hours from the last problem, my internet is down AGAIN! @Rogers @RogersHelps I’m not sure where the $200 ish dollars a month I pay goes, but it’s clearly not into the stable connection I’m supposed to get. Currently all devices are useless in my house again

    So tech came today to say he cant do anything that everything is fine on his end when CLEARLY there is a problem. @Rogers refuses to do anything about it and just puts the blame on you. Funny how my bell internet works PERFECTLY. this is getting ridiculous.

    @RogersHelps Hi there - having very spotty Ignite signal today in South Etobicoke...is there a service issue in our area? Signal keeps coming up then dropping at short intervals. Thanks.

    After so many years, the best @Rogers can do to fix their intermittant internet issues on our street is to force me to upgrade to their new-new(?) Ignite service, and pay more. I guess they want to get rid of me. So long, and thanks for all the fish!
