@RogersHelps I am beyond frustrated! I want to upgrade my phone. I tried on Friday, was disconnected, never received a call back (You have my #) I lost cell service. I have called numerous times, transferred from one rep to another and no help! Still no new phone with wrong plan!

I was just on the phone with rogers for an hour, it's now 12 AM I was transferred multiple times and hung up on twice! And still no one seems to have the capacity to actually do their jobs and fix an issue that they caused Horrible way to treat loyal customers @Rogers #rogers

@RogersHelps why is it my job to report your outages and likewise you never ever report when services in a certain area will be back up and running. I can’t stay on hold for 4+ hours.

Hey @RogersHelps why is it every time I call tech support the wait is 45-60 mins on hold? Do you have that many people having problems with Rogers? Seems like you'd address this by hiring more CS, or is the idea to frustrate your current customers into switching to Bell?
