Darryl Narain (@DarrylNarain) reportedBetween @TekSavvyCSR and @Rogers who do I blame for my internet being down for over a week now. They point the finger at each other while the paying customer suffers. Yet, if I turn off my CC so they can't take more money for said service, I'd be in the wrong.

BeyondOldfashioned (@Karen22912) reportedSooooo….. more on this, the info that I could find indicates a @Rogers tech support worker in Morocco earns $500-$700 U.S. per month, more if they have more specialized skills- Does Rogers have difficulty finding Canadians to do this work?

{First Name} - (@sanwins) reported@MelissaLMRogers Holy crap indeed. Just think, your painful support calls will now be handled by "Akash from Nova Scotia". @rogers sucks.
-
Andrew d. (@Werdnah) reported@Rogers I’m subscribed to Sportsnet through my Cable TV package. It doesn’t matter though. Rogers routinely doesn’t get it right. I’m ALWAYS getting pushback (instead of assistance) from Sportsnet+ support when your service constantly errs & I report it.

tiredsotired (@sotiredsotired) reported@RogersHelps I have done that twice. I have waited hours on the phone. You removed in store help. You removed Sunday calling (the biggest lol - it’s the only time people have time). There is literally no appeal of a bad “rogers helps”

J-E-T-S (@PapiLeafs34) reported@TSN_Sports @Rogers nobody likes you but if you got him some ******* help that might change (it definitely won’t 🖕🏻
-
Dan (@dcbreen27) reported@RogersHelps I’ve been a Rogers customer for 30 years…I don’t think a phone call with a REAL person to resolve this is an unreasonable request.
-
Johan (@Johanfriesen) reported@RogersWireless @RogersHelps @Roger Terrible customer service, 1 hr 5 min wait
-
Eddie Sheerr (@EddieSheerr) reported@RobertChaulk @DaveJSullivan @Rogers I'd say it'll be in a band that goes with one of the carriers. So Rogers may offer it as an add on service
