@RogersHelps @Rogers you need to train your technical support to actually know what there doing instead of telling people to unplug and replug their internet modem 100 times and resetting it just for it to still not work

@jilli_dee @Rogers They hooked up a generator to the pole, chained it onto the pole and left. I received a text message saying the problem was fixed. Couldn't be more wrong.
