    @RogersHelps I’ve spoken to support via phone already, and they confirm no known outages. But in reality the network is *always* like this in my area. This needs to be escalated.

    @Rogers you should be embarrassed about the in style service. Forcing customers to wait outside because you have more security than staff is embarrassing. Hey @Bell - can you help?

    2. I immediately called up Roger's and was speaking to a representative in the technical department about the issue I was facing. I was informed by the rep that there was an "outage" in the nearby area that could possibly be affecting my connectivity. 🤔 @Rogers @RogersMediaPR

    1. The nightmare began on June 7th 2022. Out of nowhere, the internet went down and I was unable to do any work. Honestly, in my head I thought... this problem will be resolved within max 2 days. @Rogers @RogersMediaPR @RogersBiz What in the hell was I thinking????!? 🤔

    @RogersHelps Opened a ticket at 8:30 am today, was told there's "an issue" in my area. It's now after 2pm, no clue what the problem is or when it will be fixed. Can you given me a hint re what's wrong in Newmarket? I have work I can't do w/o service. Thanks!
