    @RogersHelps , I just went through all proper channels to find out why there’s an outage of my Internet service. I was just told it’s outside of the normal operational working hours by your automated service. Seriously??

    Hey @Rogers, why after keeping me on hold for a half hour to keep me on hold for another half hour, then tell me that my call is breaking up and disconnecting did you not phone me back? Seriously no wonder I'm cancelling **** you!

    Rogers should change their tagline to 🇨🇦 most unreliable service. Spent hours on hold each day to get a different explanation each time from reps & now hear that the last 3 days w/o service is due to scheduled maintenance and will continue until Jan 15. Unacceptable @RogersHelps
