@RogersHelps I have decided this is the last straw with Rogers. I have never been able to complete anything online and I always wondered if it is due to bad website design or simply “by design”. Either way, it reflects poorly on Rogers in my opinion and I don’t want keep having endure this.

@RogersHelps This has been going on and off for 6 days. I do get updates that it is being looked and then repaired and then another it is out. Can you give us a sense for when the issues will be resolved? Anna is unable to do that.

@Rogers @Colin_D_Mac is already talking to CS and has been told there IS ANOTHER OUTAGE in our area. Our experience the past six weeks has been horrendous. We will be canceling as soon as possible.

@Wick_Dawg @RogersHelps I'm also having issues. Blue Jays games today are totally choppy. Both video and Audio. SN4K is fine, SN14k choppy all day.
