  @RogersHelps i have switched my plan and its not yet reflected, agents get connected after listening to the issue they try to transfer to other dept and disconnect call, i yest got tv box and not modem, i am on prorata from last plan which is priced at full, i am so disappointed.

  @RogersHelps Sorry, doesn't resolve anything. Rogers is a complete rip-off with very poor service.

  So @Rogers breached their contract. They promised my price was locked in for 999 months. 5 months later, they're trying to raise their prices without notice. Their customer service won't accept phone calls, and their chat is no better. I think it's time I went to the #CCTS

  @RogersHelps An hour on hold, a sudden dial tone, and zero solutions. @Rogers executives are pulling in millions while their support team literally just unplugs the phone to hit their KPIs. The most expensive, useless network in North America. #rogers

  @mmabrey1 Should've answered the phone, @Rogers . This is a bad look ! Glad I switched years ago, their customer service was always bad. For those in here saying "switch to Bell", respectfully, no. Get cogeco if you can. Bell are the biggest crooks in the game.

  @RogersHelps is Eric a real person? if hte phone is not compatible, why ******** is a support ticket needed? going back to the place that sold me a device that is not compatible with the network, to that same kiosk person, that's a solution? what ******** can they do ?

  @Rogers please tell me what the issue is! My Roger’s wireless home phone doesn’t allow me to call out but I can receive calls! This happens all the time and I go without service for days! I’m thinking about going back to bell!
