@RogersHelps We’ve been told the technical team is working on it and is a high priority. They don’t know what the issue is, but it will be resolved within 48hrs. I can’t work and now have to use my vacation days.

Yesterday I requested a new SIM card from @RogersHelps @Rogers Normally the old SIM card would remain active until customer activates the new 1. WHY DID THE AGENT I DEACTIVATE MY CURRENT SIM CARD?! Now I am unable to make or receive calls, no emergency calls, not even Rogers.

Here we go again @rogers no internet again for the 5th time in less than two months, I don’t even bother to call, I know what they’re gonna say, schedule Maintanance, problem in you area, wait for 8 hours to get your service back!!!! And we are paying for this!!!!

@RogersHelps you have the worst service of any provider. I go through the same bs again and again. Working from home with Rogers internet means I need to make up time in the evening and weekends when the internet is back up and running. Thanks for nothing Rogers.

@Rogers Why do you ***holes throttle service?? Had 150 ignite yet got like 50mbps. Honestly can’t do **** with that speed. Upgrade and get 1 gig service (exactly what you guys want people to say and do by the way). Awesome for 2 weeks 600-900mbps...but Rogers doesn’t like that.

@RogersHelps It's been showing this same map last 3-4 months. There's a 5G tower 3 minutes from my house, but doesn't work. I don't see the reason to get people to buy 5G enabled phones, if we're still a year from it being available. I could of waited before upgrading! Very disappointed!

@RogersHelps why does my internet go down every day around 10am??? Getting tired of this issue when Iwork remote and have 3 kids doing online school. Ive had someone come out to the house and clearly have not fixed the issue.
