@RogersHelps Biggest scam is Rogers help’s. Fed up with Chat bots and phone hang ups then After 3 hours messages answer you with another bot looking forward to the CRTC finally allowing meaningful competition . Customer service is horrible, Bots instead of people.

@vote4robgill @Rogers Our service in Etobicoke has a long way to go. No recording playback, picture freezing, and the channel keeps changing. Maybe they should wait to see how long this is going to last before they put a cap on it

@RogersHelps You’re telling me that Rogers has no redundancy built into their network in case they have a patch that does not update properly? They should have been able to roll back within an hour or so to minimize the customer impact. Where is the government oversight? @RogersHelps
