    @RogersHelps internet in my whole area is down according to a rogers rep. Can you please tell me how do I work in the mean time? I dont need 50 cent credit that you guys give on the bill. I need a working backup solution for me to work from home.

    @RogersHelps I spoke to someone. Our whole area is offline. You guys need to fix your **** asap. Its a recurring thing now. Its down 2 times a week.

    Hey @RogersHelps what on the end of earth & back over is wrong? Trying to watch the critical NFL Chiefs v Bengals game. I keep getting intermittent black flashes. Need this fixed now. Called Rogers - got tix num - 24 hr at least b4 sm1 attends to it. Srsly? Fix it! Fix it now.

    @netflix @Rogers Hey maybe when you offer other people's services and charge a customer 2x a mth for a service you should get your crap together when I request one to be removed off my bill. One just keeps blaming the other and I am out hundreds of dollars. Cancel all of you!

    @linwood_barclay @DMVSpringfield @RogersHelps Bell was way worse for me!! But I've also had a recent major issue with Rogers that made me consider going back to Bell...both are terrible and there are no real alternatives

    @AnthonyLacavera Personally, I'm all for it. I'm a lifelong @Rogers customer. I pay for my Mom's cable, & she's forced to have Shaw. I pay almost the same for her cable, as I do for my whole Ignite package, with unlimited internet, tv, & home phone???? So ya, my situation is in support of Rogers

    If you have an outage with @Rogers they can confirm that yes you have an outage, but aside from acknowledging that you have an outage there is nothing they can do and no ETA aside from it shouldn't take more than 24 hours and they'll let you know if it's back before that.

    @CousinCatnip @RogersHelps It's remarkable how often they treat you like what's clearly their problem is your problem. I swear I used to fight with Rogers every week on something outage related that immediately stopped switching providers.
