    @RogersHelps The problem that couldnt be found is back. Sign in and do chat & told I cant get help, hold for hours and get told to report online to speed things up.

    @Rogers what happened to your customer service? Because you don’t have anymore. You have a call center with no service. Everything is I don’t know… I had to hang up. It’s terrible

    @RogersHelps I spent 2.5 hours on hold with your Accounts Payable team, only for someone to finally answer and tell me the department was closed. I’ve been trying multiple ways to resolve an issue with my account and haven’t been able to get anywhere. Can someone please help me?
