The Original PK (@paulkelly515) reported@RogersHelps I have it set up for my elderly mother with dementia who lives in a nursing home. Would it be that easy to accidentally add those? Or is it a little more difficult and staff would have had to do it? Need to cancel ASAP. Can I get it turned off so it can’t be added again?

Shawna R (@shawna_r80) reported@RogersHelps I finally got a human being in tech support on the line - then he did something on his end and we got cut off. He never called back. I think this is my fifth cutoff in two weeks, my fault for being insane - doing the same thing over and over and expecting a different result.

EG (@Evan_Gray) reported@RogersHelps I am moving and need to set up a service transfer. I was on hold twice this week for over 2 hours before a forced disconnection. Today, not even allowed to enter the queue. Live agents can't help me, your local stores can't help me. What am I supposed to do?
