@RogersHelps Ignite tv sucks... frozen screens... pixelated fuzzy picture sometimes... black screen when you’re watching sporting events... the tv upstairs doesn’t connect anymore. So sorry I have to pay for this crappy service

@RogersHelps Yes but I bought “Rogers” protection. You let your customer down. I’m near the end of my contract. So it is easier to switch to another company. No one offering a reason to stay.

One more scam by @Rogers I have the Rogers Device Protection, my iPhone has a cracked screen on the back. They sent their protection to a 3rd party who say it’s either $300 to replace or $100 to fix, taking one week. What a scam. I’m going to upgrade to the 11. Not Rogers.

@RogersHelps Just dialled 911 on my mobile phone and hung up, the call went through. Even with the network down 911 still works. Why isn't there a back-up phone service for "all" numbers and back-up "data" service for an outage?
