One more scam by @Rogers I have the Rogers Device Protection, my iPhone has a cracked screen on the back. They sent their protection to a 3rd party who say it’s either $300 to replace or $100 to fix, taking one week. What a scam. I’m going to upgrade to the 11. Not Rogers.

@RogersHelps Yes but I bought “Rogers” protection. You let your customer down. I’m near the end of my contract. So it is easier to switch to another company. No one offering a reason to stay.

These Telecoms literally refuse to update services or we get half assed updates like in Australia where their "Fibre" lines aren't actually Fibre. Using @ShawInfo Shaw internet from last 7 years and never had any issues. Got the $0 plan as well and they sent me a $130 for an international dialed number which I never dialed. Pathetic customer service by Farooque 1236 and supervisor Brandon. @RogersHelps

@Brownsfan791 @Rogers Telus will never get me as a internet user unless they upgrade in my area(i use them for cell service though). They want the same as shaw for way slower speeds. I just hope rogers dosent jack up tje price of my internet.
