    One more scam by @Rogers I have the Rogers Device Protection, my iPhone has a cracked screen on the back. They sent their protection to a 3rd party who say it’s either $300 to replace or $100 to fix, taking one week. What a scam. I’m going to upgrade to the 11. Not Rogers.

    @RogersHelps @Spartan_Ghost_1 "Coming soon" is not a date or time frame. 4 weeks - 6 months is not really acceptable. All you do is tweak a radio driver ... this could be done by software at this point and released minutes after it is sent from OEM. QC is good but not like this. You're adding to the problem.

    @RogersHelps I’ll look into it but this is such a time-consuming issue — on so many levels. And every time we get a “fix” it lasts for a few days and then the connection reverts back. It is incredibly frustrating.
