An agent had agreed to not have me charged for overage fee due to a glitch in usage text alerts and my bill shows I was charged. No agent has been able to resolve the issue and I've called twice with no help.

We have so many tickets and technicians coming and trying to figure out the issue. Nobody can. There is at least one ongoing ticket. Some technical support staff are kind and considerate. I recently switched to @Bell and I have never had worse wireless coverage in my life. Major metropolitan cities with next to no service. See attached screen shot as I sit in North Vancouver along the waterfront. I’m likely to switch back shortly.
