  @RogersHelps @MathesonStep My office saw a huge hit on Rogers traffic my team is all over the GTA and everyone on Rogers dropped @14:37hrs for 5 minutes or less. I had another outage at 11:18hrs too. @RogersHelps

  Imagine your power is STILL out due to the massive storm in Ottawa and your work place has power but their Rogers internet is down (outage) So you're FORCED to tether your Rogers device, use all your data and then Rogers won't help with more data @RogersHelps. Horrible service!

  @Rogers such a bad service, all other networks in my area K2B7Z4 are working except Rogers and Fido. Spent 100s of dollars on mobile data due to WFH n Rogers care isn't ready to reimburse, no ETA mentioned, raised two tickets but no response. Why should we pay you? @RogersHelps

  @RogersHelps Absent having our internet/tv service back, I would at least appreciate some information from @Rogers. Is it because Rogers equipment was damaged by Saturday’s storm or because Rogers equipment just needs power from hydro, that many people in Ottawa have no internet/tv service?
