    @RogersHelps I need help with registering my online account. I don't have access to my account number & I don't have any way of retrieving it from any of the online services. Also, when I insist on getting in touch with a customer service person, the AI assistant disconnects the call.

    @BudgetOrganics @TorontoPolice @Rogers I suppose you didn’t read the full post then. I have records of Roger’s telling the CRTC it was by police direction. Maybe I wasn’t clear on that point? Either way, I never authorized a device protection program with Rogers. They activated at the insistence of cops with an agenda

    Is @Rogers management unaware of how unbelievably terrible their customer service is, or is that the corporate culture that they are trying to develop. Exhaust, obfuscate, and frustrate their clients into submission. Truly awful.

    @RogersHelps On chat, yes, not on the phone. Stubborn not to declare an outage, but we got a tech call for Thursday afternoon, and the 2nd chat agent diagnosed a lack of speed to the modem. This should be a must-do for TODAY, not Saturday.
