@ahudani @Rogers @rogers The strange thing is that when my device shows full connection (all bars) there is 0 data. When it's down to low connection (1-2 bars) the data works.

  • SteveOliveira7 SteveO777 (@SteveOliveira7) reported

@Rogers When I signed up with you 4 months ago, I was sent an email confirming a rate plan of $60 per month, yet you keep charging me $75. Help me understand.

  • 139Sal Sal_139 (@139Sal) reported

Yeah, @rogers I'm gonna need to charge you a Service Interruption / Service Restoration fee, on top of a prorated service credit. And not from when you investigated after consumer reports... when you knew it was pooched at midnight. It's $39 + HST, you can credit my next invoice

  • mizzniki0921 MizzNiki 🇬🇷 (@mizzniki0921) reported

@crazymama_2 @RogersHelps Compensation doesn't quite work as you assume 18 hrs of service missed against your monthly rate isn't worth it.. U wanna fight for what $3 then that's on u but outages happen no cell company is perfect.. Get a grip u could have still gone to the appointments. Not their problem

  • quigley46 Griffin Quigley (@quigley46) reported

@AboutRogers @Rogers $50 credit is not enough for ******* small business owners I loss of revenue. I called the service line saying they will add us calls for free one month and additional data... I don’t have any US calls and have unlimited data. You screwed my business out of 800-1200 in sales.
