@AboutRogers @Rogers Hey. Guess what. Still no service. Zero. Nothing.

@ItsDeanBlundell @Rogers Hated Bell. They couldn’t care less about customer service until it’s time to renew. And Rogers how do they get away with their rates? Can’t handle them either. Went with Cogeco & Koodo. I’m happy for now.

@Insanely_Free @Rogers @RogersHelps already did it to Canadians for three days. Debit card payments down, no tv, no phones, no internet, can’t dial 911. Can’t get gasoline. It was horrible.

"A recent Rogers network failure resulted in an outage in your TekSavvy internet service." "TekSavvy will be applying a 5-day pro-rated credit directly to your TekSavvy account(s)." ~@TekSavvyBuzz THIS is how you run an ISP @Rogers / @Bell! #rogersoutage

@TrevorNose89 @BlueJays @Rogers We were all affected by the outage. But only a very small percentage of people affected are going to the concert. We’re all getting a refund. People going to the concert don’t deserve anything more. Hospitals, 911 and thousands of businesses were affected as well.

@ItsDeanBlundell @Rogers There are too few internet service providers in Canada to have a "worst run" competition.

@ItsDeanBlundell @Rogers for Billing and support Bell is by far the worst even compared to Rogers. Unfortunately Rogers doesn't keep its infrastructure up to date and the actual internet and TV service suffers a whole lot. Bell had a massive 12 hours TV outage Ontario/Quebec a few weeks back...

My elderly parents went 13 days without Wifi/Wireless after the ROGERS OUTAGE. They get a new IP tomorrow and dropped all their @ROGERS services. No one called them or emailed them back. Not once. If ROGERS isn't the worst-run company in Canada, I'd love to see who is.

@rbulnes1 @Rogers I can’t say I’m surprised! We’ve never used all our cell phone data before…I’ve been a customer for long enough that they could forgive a month of overages but no one seems to know how to do anything when you call.
