    so uh, @RogersHelps when are you going to sort out the terrible customer service and even more pathetic service you all provide? The last two weeks have been a nightmare to do anything on your service.

    @JDintheskies @MollyMiksa @Rogers I've spend 4 hrs mostly on hold w Rogers customer service. They switched to paperless & my promos went away at the same time. In Sept. bill jumped from $194 to $359. I kept paying the $194, so now I owe them $600. They lowered it to $206 but want the $600. Worst CS in the world.

    @Bell I’m fed up with @RogersHelps their internet connection is unstable and they can’t fix it. But @Bell you’re extremely expensive for your fibre internet. #feelinghandcuffed #broke #teacherneedsinternet

    @RogersHelps The Sonos software doesn’t allow you to play all music. Some license issues apparently.
