@RogersHelps Just wanted to informally report an ongoing cell service issue for Half Moon Bay area, Barrhaven (Ottawa). 1-2 bars of service tops & MMS photos routinely fail to send over your network. Been like this for 2 years - may be time to increase the power in the area tower

@Rogers (2/2) customer support to get better speeds and even sent technicians over.. no one talked about the modem. Their modem broke a while back and got one that still didnt align with the plan. I called to suspend service - 1 hour wait. This is how seniors get treated here?...
