    @Garnet_2203 @CanadianCoffey @Rogers Rogers can go to Hell. They charge their customers $80 to have in person help at the store location. The only reason to punish your clients is to train them to use online services and robots. They’re definitely looking to replace humans.

    @RogersHelps So when can i expect a call? Fyi, i called bell today was under 3 minutes total from calling to issue resolved takked to a human being. Thats customer service.

    @RogersHelps The payment arrangement should take priority over the autopayment. Thats how it worked with Telus and how it should be working with every network provider. However, given that you’re all the same anyways, can’t say I’m surprised. I will be exploring my options. Horrible 1st month

    @RogersHelps I sent an email regarding a major billing error for my business account and haven’t received a response. I'm being billed for 2 lines at $396+ instead of the 1 line at $20 I signed up for. Can someone help me get this corrected? #Rogers #BillingError
