@RogersHelps How does it take 8 hours to send out and update to THOUSANDS of customers. Can you even call emergency services right now with a Rogers phone?

  • AlEuegle Al Euegle (@AlEuegle) reported

@RogersHelps This is not *some*, but lots or most! Every single person that I am trying to reach via phone in Ottawa and Montreal are down, for both voice and data. This is bad!

@Rogers @aredlight1 Rogers is quite possibly the most expensive and low-quality wireless networks on the planet - and I’m a traveller. It’s slow, it never works, and it bleeeeeds you dry to pay for it all.

  • PegCityNerd Rob Blaich 🇨🇦 (@PegCityNerd) reported

@canadagraphs @Rogers @RogersHelps Holy cow? Really? Nobody told me anything. That's just the point I personally identified when the network was down due to leaving home. Otherwise, I was on WiFi and never noticed. Thanks for that FYI!

  • socatease Jacqueline S (@socatease) reported

@RogersHelps @CityNews This is my main line for medical help for my elderly parents. Are you able to provide update. It worked for a few minutes then stopped again. Maybe you should have sent a mass message to all the subscribers as well to advise. We would have gotten it the intermittent times
