@RogersHelps Customer Care will not reverse a late payment charge, after My Rogers Website said it would be charged to my credit card in July. I had just set up automatic payments on my credit card and was surprised it was set for July, but they never charged my card. #NotFair

@Rogers Don't you wish your technicians could say the same? Had an appointment slotted for someone to hook up my internet in a new apartment. They never showed and didn't even call. Some customer service you have. What a joke.

@RogersHelps I’m getting sick and tired of this. The internet has gone out again for the millionth time. Why should I be paying like $78 for internet services that cut out all the time?

@HerdsmanTc @RogersHelps I have had issues with Telus(Bell), Bell, Fido(Rogers), & Rogers. The only one I haven't dealt with yet is @TekSavvyBuzz but they Bell & Rogers lines so they must comply with their subcontracts & they also don't offer mobile service.

@dalybeauty @RogersHelps No it's been like this for weeks now every day is a crapshoot. Weather /construction/ web traffic shouldn't be a problem in 2021 in a major city centre. @RogersHelps is throttling internet for profit.
