@RogersHelps I have situation with my tv. It says Sorry your cable box is currently experiencing problems. Press Power Button in which i already have on the cable box. If problem persists, call the # they gave me and quote Error #Not Authorized. I DM you and still waiting

Hmmm... @RogersHelps has an interesting idea of what constitutes a credit for 5 days service to compensate for the outage. I see a credit for home internet but nothing for our two wireless lines.

@linwood_barclay @Rogers Not sure if you are referring to a landline or cell phone. Here in remote eastern Mississauga cell,service is fine. Have Bell for landline and internet.

@Rogers When do we get our rebate for the day’s outages. I’m paying $700-$800 per MONTH to get internet service from you. (No there are no better options) and you were not there for a full day.
