    @Rogers Yeah I worked for Rogers corporate field sales, worked the hardest in my office made personal connections with every customer, trained reps. Worked in the snow rain, sacrificed years of my life just to be let go during a pandemic after promised I wouldn't loose my job. Thx Rogers

    @RogersHelps do you even monitor this account? I can’t even change my SSID back myself, I’ve lost all access. This is unacceptable as a paying customer of 12 years! #Terrible

    Things that suck... being on hold for 1 hr and 12 min only to have call pick up and then hang up on you. Even better, call back, person doesn't let you finish talking just transfers you and auto message says 56 min to 1 hr 26 min. Not good @rogers

    @RogersBiz your support staff changes my SSID without my authorization, leaves me without home internet and simply drops from the technical support call? What kind of training do you provide to your staff?

    @rogers your service is awful. And it’s cost you a new customer (and my kid’s phones that I was going to add on, and the internet service I was going to move).

    @RogersHelps do you really expect me to be on hold for over 2 hours after your employee has disconnected my internet? Meanwhile your hold jungle tells me to go online to fix my problems, Ha!
