@Rogers Also, now that you have removed our ability to watch shows on Rogers any place TV. For some reason our BILL did NOT decreased after We lost this feature? How can you remove service promised in previous contacts we signed up for. Then not provide them and NOT reduce month bill?

@Rogers Hire more people takes at 9-10am weekends ave of 27-58 mins to speak with someone, and when I have to get transferred cause they can't help after 40 mins, they stick me back in hold and after about 20 mins the LINE DROPS. How can a "Communications" company, be so bad at that?

@RogersHelps when will the 50 GB to be added to Atlantic province customers? And how do we know if we’re eligible? Just tried using Rogers customer service and they are not aware that this is even happening.….
