    @RogersHelps Just spent hrs on the phone with ZERO results regarding my cable. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!! Then there's the wonderful Siam, who helped me with my cell phone. She was great!!

    @ConsumerSOS I need your help! Rogers @RogersHelps had promised me a new bill of $59.88 for 12 months for cable/internet. They have since charged me $105.08, and even though they acknowledge what I've been promised and agreed to they refuse to honour the price. Help!

    Canada has highest cell phone rates in the world. Rogers/Shaw merger will exacerbate the situation. Previous Shaw plan: $35 US/Mexico roaming incl. +$45/month pkg int’l roaming. New Rogers plan: $65 Canada/US. $12/day int’l roaming. Do better @Rogers, @shawinfo. CRTC – fix this.
