    @Rogers And he/she was still insisting to do the diapute with anna- So im connected to an agent to could or could not help me at all and sends me to a robot - and the robot could not help me at all.

    @RogersHelps internet down for over a week now. 2 technicians - still no fix. Downstream levels on all channels are severely attenuated. The physical drop line or house ground block likely hit by the surge we need an outdoor field technician to re-test and replace the drop ASAP.
