    @RogersHelps I’ve been trying to get an answer about how to reschedule my phone getting delivered. It’s been an hour I’ve waited on chat and then after I verify my identity no response for 20 mins and transferred to a new que. what the hell kind of customer service is that?!

    Thanks @Rogers! Once again you used a #DependableHome technician who once again only managed to make my problem worse. Why do you use these incompetent sub contractors who in my experience, have a 0% success rate, and have a 100% chance of only making the problem worse.
