    @RogersHelps @DejaVu_NFT I dunno why @Rogers acting clueless when internet is down EVERYWHERE! I want to know what yall going to do to compensate me for being without internet for a week and i paid for that sh*t plus lost days of work and money!? Im about to look at other companies for better service.

    @Rogers phone customer service fail today. #Rogerscustomerservicefail Called about my ignite remote not working properly. 8-12 minute wait. Customer service agent comes on, confirms my issue and let's me know he will consult a colleague. All good, he comes back and says

    Gonna miss the customer service from @TekSavvyNetwork as they are undoubtedly the best in Canada.. unfortunately via @Rogers our service is completely unacceptable and we've decided to move to @Bell fibre which they can't offer. Frig.

    Just wasted 1 HOUR waiting for @RogersHelps @Rogers to make a simple but serious account change related to SmartHome monitoring; Only to get chat dropped before they connected me. We need an alternative in this country or a wait time credit rule. #ROGERSFAIL #fail #unsafehome
