  @RogersHelps Doesn't even matter at this point. We've decided to leave Roger's. Yesterday was the worst customer service I ever could have imagined. Unfathomable way to treat long-term loyal customers. 6 hrs spent on the phone only to still be hugely disappointed.

  Rogers falsely flagged me for a business account I never opened, threatened suspension, and even closed my fraud report as “not fraud”. Weeks later they admitted it was their own system error. @Rogers fix this and compensate for the stress caused.

  @RogersHelps Are you sure, because at the 2 hour 11 min mark your robot just said to call back another time and hung up on me! This is not acceptable. I have a billing issue that beeds to get fixed

  @Rogers the closest tower is 10 mins away this area I’m in is a complete dead zone the service I get here is not only terrible but ruining my phones battery, I have a sick grandma I take care of and I can’t even call home on one bar OUTSIDE IN MISSISSAUGA ONTARIO

  @Rogers why are you laying off customer service reps??? It’s hard to get through as it is!!! Online tools are difficult for the elderly.
