    @RogersHelps I’ve Had nothing but problems and contradictions dealing with Roger’s. I’m done being told to call here call there print my own label … you do your jobs and serve us, the customers. And if my deceased dads account has a balance with equipment not returned that’s YOUR PROBLEM

    @RogersHelps Outage in L5W 1H5 area. This happened last month too. Seems like a neighborhood issue and more widespread

    @RogersHelps I hope someone calls me with positive information, but not holding my breath! The company-wide cutbacks in your service departments does not look good on you.

    @wealthmoose When @Rogers didn't pick up the phone the CRTC said they couldn't do anything, they cannot force a mobile phone service provider to provide a support contact that actually answers... but apparently they can impose taxes. What a clown show.

    @RogersHelps I've done this already. They last told me that I would have to update to a more expensive plan ( a business router) in order for my service to work consistently. Sounds like u guys are trying to scam
