    @Rogers just had to upgrade my modem and internet package, for MUCH more money. Was about to set it up today but hey, no cell or data service.. years of spotty internet too.. better be a credit coming up

    @RogersHelps @Rogers Although these things can happen, it's unacceptable that are only now getting some updates. We all know that the issue is known, is nationwide, and workers are trying to fix the issue. But what is the planned time for this to be corrected?
