    @RogersHelps if I don't hear that you are taking the constant outages on my street seriously, and fixing this, by the end of today, I will be a FORMER Roger's customer along with all neighbors! This is ridiculous.

    @AreOhEssEyeEe @Rogers I had a similar problem with Bell a few years ago, only it was internet service. They kept trying to bill me for service a couple months after I had it disconnected. It took 2 years and me finally saying enough. I removed all Bell services immediately and will not use them ever.

    @RogersHelps just spent six hours on hold with Rogers,to be mouthed off by the worker because SHE forgot to ask if I wanted to port a number, then I was told I had to pay an activation fee so I said I wanted to cancel and she responded with “oh my god are you joking me rn”

    @Rogers Ignite hardware arrived Friday-been trying to set up internet since then. Had a tech in for over 3 hours yesterday. He left. No internet. Just now - "it will be +24 hours until issues are resolved" 4 days,no service! Not off to a great start for this 1st time customer.

    The @Rogers "wrapped in red event" commercial is the most annoying commercial ever. I want to go out of my way to not support Rogers because of it.

    @AreOhEssEyeEe @SDTheManTheMyth @Rogers $500 bill from them a few years ago on an account that was already cancelled. Many hours on the phone, never resolved issue, they just sent it straight to collections. Refused to pay due to how ridiculous their claim was.

    @RogersHelps I have sent DM to RogersHelps but not getting anywhere. We have had an ongoing issue, over a month with the cable at my Mom's house. She's got a legacy Cable TV service and as she's 90 she does not want anything more than that. I need someone to contact me ASAP!
