Papa Pedagogy (@KieranRamnarine) reported@Rogers @pozpiggy86 Y'all are getting played by this dude, he doesn't actually have service, he won't be able to quote a support ticket and when he does it will be someone elses and irrelevant to what he's complaining about here. I hope yall compile all the times these happen.

Zohreh (@Z_T_1348) reported@RogersHelps @KjennerBrian Never trust them. They lie and will never return your money. Their bills are so complicated that no one understands the charges. You end up calling them, wasting at least two hours, and getting nothing in return, just a complete waste of time.

AJ (@Gradsen) reported@RogersHelps Thanks. I have to cancel as rogers increased my pricing by 3x.
-
Chris P Bacon (@pozpiggy86) reportedWhy is it that I had to call @Rogers THREE times before they would admit that there is a problem in my area and they need to open a ticket? This is NOT a good first impression to make with a customer! #CRTC #CCTS

Stay Frosty (@StayFrosty_11) reported@CanucksCritic @Canucks @Rogers Go touch some grass and get some sun you miserable piece of ****
-
Aileen O (@AileenMAO) reported@RogersHelps @Sportsnet your Rogers technical support people just told me its a Sportsnet issue! That I need to wait until the complete game is uploaded to the "viewers section"????? What does that even mean???
-
Peter Young (@cy686phtsl) reported@RogersHelps Despite my clear refusal, I received an email confirmation a few hours later stating that my service is scheduled to be suspended for six months effective April 30th. I did not authorize this action

name can't be blank (@J0hnHaw3s) reported@Rogers Why do you make it so ffff'ing difficult to solve a problem? The only way is by phone, no email, or that ridiculous AI bot chat feature. We need a new TV box, so wife calls and waits, and waits, then gets a guy who says he'll fix it by reprogramming it, and to call back if further problems arise...which they did the first time we tried to use it. Now it's another phone call and a wait..WHY DON'T YOU HAVE A CALL BACK FEATURE?? You're supposed to be a communications company and you SUCK at it. You NEVER follow up...

Darren Gudmundson (@BrianOakely) reported@Rogers You won't even let me cancel my account without going down to one of your franchise stores. I will try your latest link when I get back.

Chris P Bacon (@pozpiggy86) reported@Rogers About 2PM yesterday. My service is STILL down, and I have now lost count at the number of service restoration times your website has given me now. It changes every hour. I can't do business with no internet.
