    @Rogers Good Morning! I know the cell service towers are down right now but I have some questions. My phone is with Fido & im experiencing the same tech issues & I just wanted to ask, once it’s fixed, is hotspot gonna be automatically enabled again because it’s apparently not rn

    @Rogers @anis_farooqui .. our @RogersHelps account only JUST acknowledged there was an issue publicly in the last 1/2 hour, while this main account still has not, 7+ hours into this issue. We apologize for the inconvenience, and might provide semi-regular updates.

    @RogersHelps Some customers is the understatement of the year. There does need to be better notification of issues. And active ETA for restoration of service. I'd rather be pissed upfront saying all morning update at noon vs checking every 15-20 mins
