I have NEVER experienced such terrible service as i have had with @Rogers this week! My elderly grandparents were over charged on their account and we cannot reach anyone on phone or chat for the last few days!!!! I’ve been on hold for a total of 6 hours plus in the last 3 days!!

  • Fieryone4 Tanya Barrett (@Fieryone4) reported from Clarington, Ontario

@RogersHelps @Rogers trying to cancel my recently deceased mothers cable, on hold for almost two hours now 🤯

  • jel_victoria PepperJelly🌶 (@jel_victoria) reported

I don’t know but I’m literally physical SICK of Rogers. You call and wait for 2 hours and all the person can’t help you, “escalate the issue” and makes an empty promise for a callback. Just answer the phone one last time, all I want to do is cancel my Internet @Rogers 😾😩

@RogersHelps @bugsy1234 Gotta love how the 'bot steps in when anyone *******. What the hell happened to humans actually doing what the customer wants?

  • Vivettes Pamela ⭐ (@Vivettes) reported

@RogersHelps @Rogers we're into the second week of my entire neighbourhood's home internet turning on and off at random times. Please fix this. I work from home and soon my child will have virtual school. This needs to get fixed and permanently. Thank you.

Hey @CRTCeng .. I want to cancel my @RogersHelps tv services but rogers won’t allow me to contact anyone to do so… might want to look into their avoidance tactics. #crtc

@Rogers outage in M4P area of Toronto. Anyone know when it'll be back on?

  • PunkyShender Scott Henderson (@PunkyShender) reported

Phone wait times over three hours, live chat unavailable, social media also not possible. What exactly is your strategy for customer service @rogershelps? You continue to bill me for phones that are fully paid off- and give me no means of having the issue addressed.

  • JordanaK Jordana (@JordanaK) reported

@RogersHelps I understand you’re understaffed but the amount of hours wasted to fix problems that are not ours is sheer customer disrespect. We have tried called 4 times over the past week, Twitter messages from my husband and I, etc. Bell is sounding great right now….

  • ShawnHooper Shawn Hooper (@ShawnHooper) reported

@RogersHelps Suggestion... It would be awesome if the emails that say your bill is ready included the bill as a PDF attachment. It's a pain to login every month just to download the PDF, and then email it to accounting, instead of just forwarding the email.
