@AboutRogers @Rogers For the astronomical rates you charge this is completely unacceptable. No accountability what so ever as per usual. It never ceases to amaze me how little a company cares about its customers. You should be ashamed and embarrassed. Look inside yourselves and try to care a little.

@SteveClarkeMLB @Rogers That’s clearly not what I said. An estimate is reasonable for the return of an essential service

  • Nothingtoit06 HeIsComing (@Nothingtoit06) reported

@RogersHelps I guess they should have just paid the ransom lol. Now people don't have service. Thanks, Rogers

  • sindyschism Bimbot (@sindyschism) reported

@AboutRogers @Rogers My phone is finally working in the GTA Ontario, I hadn't had service since last night.

@AboutRogers @Rogers Calmdown this is technology what if you were working in that team that handles this outage what your response would be then

  • CoreyDixon33 Corey Dixon (@CoreyDixon33) reported

I believe that @Rogers should compensate all those affected by the outage today. Think about everyone who’s working from home right now, the essential workers that are still out working, the Uber and Lyft drivers, list goes on. Do the right thing Rogers. #rogersdown #rogers

@RogersHelps @WhydoesOwenLift 1/ So let’s get this straight. Due to problems at Rogers and through no fault of your paying customers, said customers were nonetheless deprived for an ENTIRE DAY of services they‘ve already paid for. For some, that means a full working day of income lost, at the least ...

  • GaiaResearchMB Gaia Consulting Ltd. (@GaiaResearchMB) reported

@RogersHelps, I haven't been able to send or receive text messages since mid morning. IPhones are working fine, just my Samsung. Are you still experiencing technical issues?

  • bgervin Barry Gervin (@bgervin) reported

@AboutRogers @Rogers I feel bad for the mobile drivers, Uber, couriers, etc. who lost a full day of wages because of this, not to mention the businesses that rely on them. I'm not sure if refunding them a full month goes far enough to make it up to them but it would be a good start

  • Pine_Martin Marty Pinnes (@Pine_Martin) reported

@RogersHelps If we were down to two networks and one failed, we'd still be fine am I right @CompBureau ? The cutthroat competition in our market has left these guys with no profits to put into their networks - @FreedomMobile must go.
