    @RogersHelps What a disgrace you are. Charging me 210 bucks for an internet service that I haven’t used and your customer service tells me “Nothing we can do” I haven’t used rogers internet in almost a year. Completely useless and unacceptable customer service!!!

    Just had to cancel my @RogersHelps @Rogers internet due to incapable customer service. A true disaster of a company, tripled my bill and didn’t offer anything else. What a waste.

    3 times i’ve called @Rogers to inform them of my move and the need to cancel. 3 times Rogers has straight up hung up on me. “We’re experiencing higher call volumes, good bye” WTF. Rogers, fix your ****.

    Friendly reminder to never use @Rogers as an ISP if you live in Canada. There has been constant issues and extremely incompetent staff since their acquisition of Shaw.
