    @lola_1900 @charityjkeller @RogersHelps I dont know how the agents were unavailable... they had 100s of agents working yesterday to help everyone with their concerns. They knew as much as you. Rogers couldn't tell you the issue before figuring it out first, then fixing the issue. Yes it took time but it's back up now

    @AboutRogers @Rogers It wasn’t just yesterday the service is ok at best. This past week in general has been the worst. Worst move we made switching from Telus last year.. if it wasn’t for the phone deal we would nt have.

    @thomas_tong1 @AboutRogers @Rogers The supplier and the operator bear responsibility of this outage. Auditing their processes and systems engineering would uncover the real root cause. Not having a proper HA or testing/QA or process could be the reasons that would be discovered by my auditing.
