I just had the most terrible experience with @Rogers CS team 1. The "win-back" team poaches u from a different network with a lucrative offer 2. They slyly remove the offer 3. You spend HOURS talking to their agents who eventually HANG UP on u Anyone else have this experience?

@RogersHelps It is never consistent and randomly gets disconnected!! I have a pod installed but the speed is still no good

I can't access the Rogers automated assistant or the live chat b/c my Rogers internet is down. Again. @Rogers, why am I paying SO much for such unreliable service? We need more telecom competition! We pay far too much for the services we receive. (Or don't, in this case.) 😡

@RogersHelps I certainly hope this isn't the case but it looks like you throttled my speeds to force me to upgrade to a plan that I didn't want, and a modem I don't need. This is how you treat your customers? Disgusting.
