    @RogersHelps in 6 days I have experienced 7 outages, some lasting for 7 hrs. No ignite services. Right now there is an outage in the neighborhood. Very very poor service from Rogers. Technician came out today, changed some HW and assured me all good.

    @RogersHelps You said you treat the issue of no internet urgently, but the earliest I'm going to get a technician is tomorrow at 12. Do you have any emergency technicians available? What is Rogers doing to fix service disruptions when many ppl are working from home? That is what I mean

    @RogersHelps is the cell internet in the langdale ferry terminal ever going to be fixed. Every time I'm here the internet just doesn't work at all almost all of the time.

    Waited on hold for over 20 minutes with @rogers today. Trying to get equal service as their competitors. Looks like I’ll be cancelling. Rogers customer for almost 20 years, and they couldn’t care less.

    @RogersHelps internet has been down for 4 days since my move. Been on the phone with you guys 5 times no one know how to fix it. They keep telling me they are working on it and should be up in 24hrs same thing next day.. getting very frusterated and thinking about leaving rogers

    @Rogers @RogersHelps 2 days ago trying to cancel my TV, one of your engineers turned off internet which I need to WFH. After being told 48h max to fix, still nothing. Talked to ~5 agents so far, none can tell me anything. On hold 75min tonight. 13yr cust rdy to switch ISP
