I have been having a problem with my VM on my mobile phone. Rogers told me to turn off my phone and turn it back on. I asked them to call me so I could see if my VM is fixed. They said no they can't do that. What service??? What support?? Inadequate. @RogersHelps @Rogers

@RogersHelps I had a internet plan that you guys did not tell me was increasing by a very large amount and Instead of fixing the mistake and crediting me for the one month for a customer who has been with you guys for over a decade you guys rather me cancel and lose my service👍
