@RogersHelps called to disconnect cable as I'm moving. Rogers screwed it up. Nearly 3 hours of calls, multiple spurious emails etc in an attempt to resolve your errors. No credit for loss of service or time spent. Cutoff by agents. Horrible experience.

@LaBuse56 Bell Aliant posted that their outage Northside is related to the NB Power pole fire. If you're northside I expect that is the same with Rogers. also a copper wire issue in Burton. unfortunately @RogersHelps doesn't appear to post a regional notice.

@RogersHelps It really isn’t a priority for Rogers. If it was, then these things wouldn’t repeatedly happen. Please see DM regarding complaints next steps. It’s a compliance and internal controls issue that goes beyond what CS agents can assist with

@RogersHelps Everyday, regardless of what weather, the connection with rogers is terrible, customer for solid 20 years, biggest regret ever, I play online games and there are days where Ill be risking a real world value of around $250+ and end up loosing it due to losing connection.

@rogers the only telecom company that makes YOU, the customer, pay for your own box to ship their garbage back. Every other telecom company provides it. It’s not about the box, it’s a direct reflection of what they really think about you, THE CUSTOMER. #FuckRogers #FuckTed
