    @RogersHelps I’m having issues W/ my PVR. I can’t get closed captioning on any of my recordings. I have to go into on demand to watch them. This hasn’t been an issue before. Any ideas?

    @Rogers @RogersHelps My internet has been cutting out regularly since yesterday morning. The internet and TV have been cutting out constantly over the last two months. You have the most unreliable service in our country.

    @Jessicam6946 Tell me about it. The problem started Monday. I called @Rogers yesterday and an escalation ticket to send an engineer out was issued, only to find out today nothing was done, and they issued a Priority Escalation Ticket. I have me a Blue Jays wildcard game I want to see, damn it!

    @RogersHelps this is some crap. 3 times I’ve lost connection in 38 minutes. Some of us work this early and need functioning internet.

    If you’re still with @Rogers, check your bills! Our package=5 flex channels, the website only is letting us pick 4 and it literally says 4/4 for flex channels. Bunch of our shows didn’t record. The @RogerHelps staff harassed the other person in my household today& won’t fix it
