I would like to use whatever platform I have here to reiterate just how bad @Rogers is. Their service is worse than the Leafs in the playoffs and to talk to someone on the phone its an estimated 90 minute wait. Scum of the earth.

@Rogers trying to get an issue dealt with for over a week. 16 reps, 13 calls, currently on hold for 1 hour and 48 mins. The likelihood of them solving this is probably 1%. #worstservice

@rogers @rogershelp has the worst customer service ever! On hold now for 2 hours when it had said the hold time would be about 15 minutes. Horrible

@RogersHelps Sorry but it’s too late. The been a mobile customer for over 25 years. I called twice to get Rogers a chance to save my business and in both cases there was no interest in matching the prices of Bell. I also found out I’ve been doubled charged for a service over 18 mnths.
