@RogersHelps You are having issues with Global again. Long beep, screen goes dark, picture comes back. Earlier some sound briefly cutting out for a second here and there. It's your problem. Nothing has changed from my end. Not calling to talk to any jerks tonight.

@RogersHelps It's you not me. This just happened several times during Saturday Night Live. You have to fix it. Don't involve me in your problems again. The last issue took 2.5 months to fix and you almost lost me as a customer so stop trying to waste more of my time and fix your problem.

@RogersHelps Don't worry I know all about the "please reset your modem" and/or "we will put in a ticket, and have the problem looked at" responses that your agents read off the paper. 2+ hours without service last night. Just another delightful day as a Rogers customer.

Officially had enough of @Rogers bullshit. Routers constantly die, internet cuts out consistently in the middle of the day and TV signal stutters. Then today their line fell off the house, and their tech lied about coming to the house to fix it. @Bell what tv/internet pkgs u got?

Man I never knew it’s this hard to get a good deal from @Bell_Support I guess I’ll continue getting ripped off from @RogersHelps when I clearly explained the bell agent I only have a quote number agent promised frist line 70$ second line 45$ third line 45$ Canada us 100gb 😡
