@Stagger1Lee2 @RogersHelps 🙄😑 I agree, it is AWFUL. I had to watch one show on closed captioning just so I could at least see what was being said. So that was really enjoyable! NOT! 🙄

Hey @Rogers, it sure would be nice to listen to the @BlueJays game on the radio in Calgary right now. But oh ya, you shut down the radio station and laid off a bunch of good people. You suck @Rogers...!

@globeandmail are you aware that @Rogers use the press focus on the mlse purchase to hide the fact that on the same day they cut hundreds of jobs in Atlantic, Canada of support agents outsourcing the jobs to India... Their communications strategy was to hide it!...

My colleague @RachaelThomasAB is right. @Rogers can't be allowed to receive lucrative benefits to "protect local journalism" only to turn around and exacerbate Canada's news desert problem. I echo her calls for @MarcMillerVM to investigate these station closures.

@RogersHelps I do, i find it sad that i got quicker response on twitter than i did through customer service. Your AI response is basically a firewall to discourage people from complaining

2/2 No one has 1–1.5 hours to wait on hold in today’s busy life. This is really disappointing. Can someone from your team please reach out and help? @Rogers

@RogersHelps @nuyo1oyun Nobody can get through to anyone on the phone that’s the problem. We keep getting disconnected due to call volume.

@Rogers having a connection issue?! No! Say it ain't so! Seriously, again I ask, what is the point of doing your nightly updates if **** like this always happens? These "updates" obviously do diddly squat.

@RogersHelps You're just gaslighting me now. REVIEW clicked on the offer, did not work, called your "customer care team", they said I was not eligible, you too said that, Rogers sends me an email to finish the process, I cannot & U R encouraging me to finish the process. Do I have that right?

Hey @Rogers how come by elderly mother needs to be on hold for 90 minutes almost every single day with you because her cable is out? What kind of service is she paying for. This is disgusting!!
