-
Bonnie Lee (@stitchlady) reportedThe sound is repeatedly cutting out on the Buffalo Montreal hockey game. This is a recurring problem on 4K stations with @Rogers Xfinity tv.
-
Nope (@aiartsucks) reported@Rogers Hey, is your free Uber One promo for loyal customers a scam? Was told by a rep to wait a week for the email code but got nothing. Been trying to talk to customer service but they booted me from the live chat after I waited almost 2 hours in line.

✡Lauren Jacobs✡ (@laurenrjacobs) reported@RogersHelps But it's not a new service and it literally says I can get it via live chat at the link I shared. I'm keeping the same sim card and putting it into a new device and changing my plan, much like if I bought a new phone and wanted a new plan. This is so frustrating.
-
NickL (@nickl007) reported@RogersHelps Just turned it on, using xfinity service with your box, no issues on the current program which is just sports news.
-
CircularLogic (@CircularLogic89) reported@laurenrjacobs @RogersHelps While a regular mobile SIM might work in a Wireless Home Phone device, that would still be using its original mobile plan. If you wished the WHP service, you would need a new SIM dedicated for that service. It isn't possible to change the SIM's service type.
-
High_5_Brady (@Jimbb5022) reported@RogersHelps Rogers may want to reevaluate how those cases are being handled. Maybe reconsider treating that department as the final escalation point, because from a customer perspective the process was very disappointing.
-
Steve Bergeron (@CBR900) reported@RogersHelps What is the best number to call for technical support where I don’t have to listen to 100 different menu options.
-
Craig DeCraene (@CraigDeCraene) reported@RogersHelps Been down that road, they told me to switch to 3G or use my friends wifi… true story
-
BatmanAndRobert (@MacDoug1) reportedI'm officially done with @rogers. I've had Xfinity cable service for a month out of the last five months. I was a Rogers cable subscriber for the last 16 yrs until my cable box died in Dec. When you order the Xfinity box, they don't tell you that you need their Internet, too. 🙄

Lori Sirianni 🇨🇦 (@4AnimalLife) reportedWhen I was out tonight my cell must've been jostled—got home & internet access was disconnected. Called @Rogers for tech service. Spent 51 mins on hold, gave up, called back, waited another 44 mins. WASTE OF MY TIME. Inexcusable lack of tech service due to Rogers' mass layoffs.
