    .@RogersHelps : I have been on the line for 1 hr 40 mins. speaking with a customer service person who could not finalise my renewal Wifi deal with Rogers. Now he transferred me to a manager, and I am on hold again? Very poor customer relations. I may finally cut ties with you.

    I really don’t like to use this platform to complain. But if any of you use Rogers and have elderly parents please cancel ! They put my parents at risk and my dad had to goto the neighbours at 2 am to call 911! His neighbor also hasn’t had phone either who are also ill! @Rogers
