@Sportsnet Sportsnet now buffers like crazy when I stream on chrome cast and don’t even have and option to use on Roku. Know you guys are owned by @Rogers so will never get fixed but shows why everyone I know switches to Telus :)

@RogersHelps since this morning home monitoring is offline. “Network Lost” have rebooted both the router and touch pad. Zero. Call times are 55 min waits. Anna is 👎

@RogersHelps Power has been restored in my area one week back and internet worked for few days before going down again on friday. I am not sure why it is taking this long for rogers to restore. I have to work tomorrow.

@RogersHelps Smart monitoring service is really bad. I requested a new touch pad 5 years ago. Still waiting. I made several service calls. The guy comes and says he didn’t bring the touchpad. Unbelievable.

We have seen a huge demise in our service since end of March (neighbours since January), with the last week causing outages every 5-20mins. They say their hands are tied and have no approximate resolution date STILL. @rogershelps @rogers
