    @RogersHelps your AI automated phone system is terrible. If the AI hears "Human", you need to send the caller *directly* to a human agent. Anything else is disrespectful and annoying. The "higher call volumes... unable to accept your call" - #Disconnect is bad.

    One hour and 45 minutes later someone from Customer Care is finally on the line. I have to start all over again with him. Ask me how much I hate @Rogers ... go ahead, ask me. 🤬
