  • sheer_john Dr Nefario (@sheer_john) reported

    9:25 am ET My @rogers internet is back but very slow and some domains/sites are unreachable. I wouldn’t say things are “back to normal” yet. #rogersoutage

  • JimmyDaDodo Jimmy Dodo (@JimmyDaDodo) reported

    @jtobinbartlett @RogersHelps Service still okay it here in Toronto,

  • inqubusman BISHOP (@inqubusman) reported

    @AboutRogers @Rogers @Rogers knows is a credit is not going to help them. They are about to lose a lot of money. Not having a dedicated 911 or failsafes for their services will move customers elseware. I feel bad for their customer service reps who will be doing a lot of heavy lifting.

  • Dh2410Hayes Di (She/Her) 🇨🇦 (@Dh2410Hayes) reported

    @alexmac666666 @keeptheasp @RogersHelps That’s a you problem. You should have prepared for things like this. What if the power went out due to a hurricane? Would NL power be required to pay your bill for the full month? No.

  • Tilelhanan Elhanan 🇨🇦 (@Tilelhanan) reported

    @ohshlebs @Rogers LMAO, I couldn't do **** yesterday, my phone was with fido and my bank was with Scotiabank.

  • prouddata Darth Vader 🗯 (pronouns ben/chod) (@prouddata) reported

    @Peter79420233 @AboutRogers @Rogers Or they know and not yet prepared to share. Cyberattack? PII lost? This could be far worse than just and outage for them and us.

  • NockFourSix K (@NockFourSix) reported

    @Dh2410Hayes @keeptheasp @RogersHelps You can’t be this stupid.

  • 626drums 626drums (@626drums) reported

    @RogersHelps @Rogers Internet still down for 2 days. No reimbursement is honestly good enough for everyone to put up with this and no reason why. Should be giving a statement as to why people should want to continue using your service. Something drastic needs to happen.

  • MarkEDaye Mark Daye (@MarkEDaye) reported

    @RogersHelps @Rogers Your mishandling of this crisis is a #publicrelations case study in the making. #fail

    @Rogers have you tried unplugging power from your modem yet? A restart should fix it 🙃 #Rogers #Outage #Telus
