So @Rogers why did your call back feature call me back 3 HOURS LATER when it said it was an 18 minute wait and then when I ask to speak to someone it told me you’re closed and hung up ? This is why I’m going to Telus. They would never !

without any communication whatsoever? No answers? What a shameful sorry excuse for an internet provider. In the past, when I have gotten a hold of them, they’ve been so rude and unprofessional. really makes you question what their hiring process is. What are your values @Rogers ?

@Rogers @felixtennis Rogers has the worst customer service rather they don't have it at all. For hours they keep on hold but rep never attend. New customers they pick immediately but for existing ones they never pick phone

Second week of trying to resolve issue with @Rogers while dealing with my Mum's death. No resolution...still getting run around & receiving daily calls from them. Actually burst into tears yesterday. If not resolved this week, it's time for letters to media, MPP and CRTC. #Rogers

@FidoSolutions Guys please help its nearly a day now with intermittent wifi and it disconnects every 10 mins... @Rogers Next time kindly have some concern towards the neighbor who is sharing their fibre optic connection... No place for good ppl!!!
