@FidoSolutions Hey Fido my internet has been down for the past 10 hours. Is there an outage in downtown Toronto? Looks like I’ll lose another day of work at this rate. Please provide a solution. @RogersHelps

  • TynaMcNair Tyna - this is fine 🔥 (@TynaMcNair) reported

These clauses should not be allowed. Mobile service is not accessible to marginalized people as it is. I wanted to give an older phone to a senior but it's locked to @Rogers & they just wash their hands even tho I've paid thousands?! Shameful @CRTCeng

  • ptyredcanuck Ptyredcanuck (@ptyredcanuck) reported

@RogersHelps So... are the streaming quality issues in many devices at least being recognized by the technical team and are working on a fix? As a customer, at least knowing the issues have been recognized and that the tech team is working on a solution, would give us some peace

  • ptyredcanuck Ptyredcanuck (@ptyredcanuck) reported

@RogersHelps What does "stability" mean in this context? Less buffering? Less server errors? Less stuttering? All of the above?

  • davidcandesign David Nguyen (@davidcandesign) reported

@Rogers thanks again for making me miss work and loss of money and time. Ive never had this many with any other company's not even with @koodo 😭 and im paying insane amounts a month, this is my last one with you sorry.

  • ptyredcanuck Ptyredcanuck (@ptyredcanuck) reported

@RogersHelps What you need to understand is that this is a universal issue, it's not one device, it's not one household, it's not the router, it's not the internet service, the problem is your software, all other streaming apps work perfect, it is not an individual issue

  • karashi53 Rodney Yu (@karashi53) reported

Hey @RogersHelps Why do your reps suck at explaining my bill? Also, why do they cause problems on my bill that force me to call in and find out that they suck at explaining the problems on my bill that they created? You owe me $80 and two hours of my life back

  • gncgalactus Jenny Maccabee (@gncgalactus) reported

@RogersBiz I am trying to talk to my girlfriend stop not working

  • tarabennett77 Tara Bennett (@tarabennett77) reported

Really frustrated that after talking to 2 live agents @Rogers can't solve or figure out my ignite TV problem. To quote "I've never seen this happen before" "& give it a few days to resolve its" Flex channels gone. Subscribe channels gone, but have access to channels we don't use

  • piperamirez7 Felipe Ramirez  (@piperamirez7) reported

@RogersHelps No need to bother, Rogers would rather value a new activation over a long time customer of over 16 years. It’s such a shame that new customers can get better plans than the loyal customers who have stayed for such a long time. It’s time to make the switch.
