@AndrewLawton @RogersHelps They DO give you the option of asking for a callback & identify the length of time B4 call. I've used this option. (P.S. Rogers/Bell drive me crazy too but Canada is one honking big country and laying down internet to reach all corners is costly on a base of 38 million people.)

@RogersBiz had all morning to take there service offline. They choose to do it now when #FIFAWorldCupQatar2022 games just started. -_-
