@RogersHelps You guys should at least acknowledge that there is an outage. Its been 2 weeks of intermittent internet in Scarborough. I’ve missed almost 4 days of work because of it, and I don’t get paid for those 4 days. We reset the modem, it works for 3 minutes and drops again.

When @rogers apparently pulls its cable tech specialists off help line for "internal issue" leaving customers on hold for 7 hours only to be told to call back on Saturday, a helpful tweet from communications dept. should be a priority to service customers @EdwardSRogers

@RogersHelps is at it again. My wife and son go to get a new router, get offered a better cell plan, new phones for less money. Then they whip your pants down and here comes the activation fees, the fine print and now you’re sore and paying more for the same. #monopolies
