  • Stephendix11 Stephendix (@Stephendix11) reported

@Bell Get ready for Monday, cause you've got a new customer coming your way. Bye @Rogers @RogersHelps

  • ttv_Cherry Cherry 🍒 (@ttv_Cherry) reported

So... I get that **** happens, but I rely on Wifi-Calling while out of Canada, and the @Rogers outage killed it and it won't let me turn it back on without going off airplane mode and having a mobile data signal, but if I turn it on they charge me $12 for a day of roaming...

  • jenminicooper Jen (@jenminicooper) reported

@irishriley30 @RogersHelps My cell phone is with Bell, thank goodness. But home internet, etc. are all on the Rogers network.

  • dkarters steve (@dkarters) reported

@MaddenNate1 @Rogers I’m having the same problem! I also can’t get my TV to login to the network! But my laptop and phone are working.

  • DavisLegree Davis Legree (@DavisLegree) reported

Hey @RogersHelps, most outages ‘fixed,’ but we continue to have modem issues…no phone support, no live agent online support…how do we get it fixed?

  • klenjhagop Hagopos🇦🇲 (@klenjhagop) reported

@RogersHelps Give us a proper update on the service its been 10 hours since the last one, this is so disrespectful to your customers!!!

  • nchardenet Nicole Chardenet (@nchardenet) reported

So @Rogers's big #nointernet day yesterday was due to a 'routine update'. The one last year, before I became a reluctant customer, was a 'software update'. Do they not know how to update their systems without causing national chaos by now? WTF, Rogers?

  • imgrund Ryan Imgrund (@imgrund) reported

@Invest23TELL @rishi68779189 @RogersHelps So what if they start cleaning every month faster Internet will go down for a day. And I never tell us why. Zero accountability. Is it OK to you?

  • usinapple - Mikernnn (@usinapple) reported
