@Rogers I was fkng stranded because of this issue!  This monopoly should be illegal!  I want the whole month refunded (Chatr) or cancel my account! I'll switch.. A one day credit for the extreme consequences I and many others had is not only NOT good enough, IT'S AN INSULT!!!

  • karenlimusic Karen (@karenlimusic) reported

@joeymanuguid @RogersHelps Some channels aren't working though since the outage. I wonder if those stations are reliant on the network. 😬

  • C13czajk Catarina C (@C13czajk) reported

@RogersHelps I'm still having issues too. Calls cut out or don't go thru at all.

  • ctmaxime83 Max (@ctmaxime83) reported from Ottawa, Ontario

@RogersHelps Here in Ottawa we have a lot of lag...supposed to have a 75mps connection...only getting 15 with very high latency...cannot use netflix, crave etc...going on 3 days is pretty bad

  • DanyWanny Daniel (@DanyWanny) reported

@cylofive_Gaming @lisaverdon @RogersHelps Goes bigger than just cell service, ****** over 911 dispatchers and debit services. Also yeah, even if its only for one day they still are charging for a service they aren't providing and should refund that service cost they couldn't provide.

  • dmp_79 DMP (@dmp_79) reported

@grandpajoe68 @RogersHelps If this ever happens again to you. Please look for someone on another network. 50% of ppl had service so it shouldn’t be hard to find someone. Surely you’ve been through tougher times than this in your long beautiful life. Best of luck.

  • Highwynde Justin M. A. (@Highwynde) reported

@Rogers figure your **** ******** out you utter imbeciles.

  • guycole Guy Cole (@guycole) reported

@petermorin123 @Rogers OK, you caught us. Remember those aliens from "Independence Day" who were defeated by a computer virus? Well... they have patched, they are back, and they took down the network.

  • shawnmckean Shawn McKean (@shawnmckean) reported

@RogersHelps Our cellular service (Victoria BC) went down again today. Still not working.

  • MillennialStar2 Millennial_Fairy (Sarah) 🇨🇦🏳️‍🌈✊🏿✊🏾🇦🇫🇺🇦 (@MillennialStar2) reported

@RogersHelps Granted, I realized that this massive outage wasn't the fault of tech or customer support. But still the higher up should do more to ensure that the tech teams Cruise are able to restore other customers services ASAP and at least minimalize the chances of something like this
