@CapitaJim @Bell_Aliant @Rogers I'm really ticked off here today. They're giving my $18 + tx for 5 days without service when I moved and they won't give me my home phone which was included in a bundle last year that I never ever got due to covid. Now I have to pay $15 extra to get the phone!

@Rogers Well after banging my head multiple times(which is calling them 20+ times) I got my phone today which is physically damaged, battery was not in perfect condition, and they are saying its ok because at least I have a phone now 😑. I am paying customer, paid $650+ in premiums.

Just tried to buy IGNITE from @Rogers Gave up after a two hour ordeal w “support”. Then received a text saying they’d scheduled a tech. When I tried to cancel (because I never asked for one) they wanted to put me through another 2 hour ordeal. Gonna dump the whole thing.

They ask you to DM... after the 7th back and forth your automatically sent a customer satisfaction survey.... they should just tell you to switch to @Rogers

Paid $13+hst for 18 months & $452. Lost my phone and had a worst service experience from brightstar, its Been one week for claim, still without a phone. Can’t believe these companies charge so much and care so little for their customers @RogersHelps @Rogers #brightstarprotect
