@RogersHelps What’s disappointing was two hang ups and they couldn’t answer a billing question. They just shrugged it off. At that moment I decided to cancel my service which I’ve had for close to 15 years. Your loss.

@RogersHelps When I was trying to explain to them what the issue was they pretty much just lied about it and then when I said I wanted to cancel my service all they said was sure no problem let me transfer you.

Looking at switching internet and TV from @Bell_Aliant because it's disgustingly expensive too @Rogers but the fact that Rogers website doesn't work and can't properly select Newfoundland as a province is making me think twice about them as well... Anyone with Rogers? How is it?

@Rogers Spend millions on your sports teams. But provide your viewers less content. no English premier Same show and ep on multiple @rogers channels on same day. Takes 30-90 mins to contact almost anyone now on the phone. your bot sucks, for 1st line tele workers don't know WTF

@Rogers It makes me sick every time I see this commercial on tv and online. CEO and Boss levels, didn't do a thing during that Canada wide outage. They charge Seniors who pay bill at banks a $5 late charge, cause bank won't process on weekend. Charge same amount but take away online!
