    @FuzE_gus @Rogers I was also a Rogers customer for years. Their reps constantly lied. I got fed up. Called Bell. They offered me a two year deal then raised their price. I’m paying them what we contracted for and if they report me to the credit bureau I’ll sue them. I record everything.

    @Rogers I’ve been a loyal customer for almost 20 years & I pay $450/mth & yet I’m not able to get a new phone for my son w/o my bill going up $30+ a month? And then to be told that there was a promotion but it expired last week? Is this how you treat loyal, paying customers?

    @RogersHelps 2-3 hours waiting time to speak to someone. One good reason to switch providers. Terrible service and provider.

    @RogersHelps time to change. On hold for 3hrs to be told to go to a store they should help me. So much for customer service or lack thereof. Tired of dealing with issues and wasting money.

    @RogersHelps half the city I have no 5g. The other half it’s unreliable / slower than 4g. So much for Canada’s best 5g network #rogers regretting joining this awful network #toronto #thanksfornothing
