@AboutRogers @Rogers So 5 days of service credited? Your CEO makes over $150,000 in that same time frame (based on 2020); I get $18. Make it make sense.

@RogersHelps I just went on MyRogers to have a look at the credit mentioned in the email, and found I can't even view my bill. Can PrePaid customers seriously not even do THAT without calling 'Customer Service' now?

@AboutRogers @RogersHelps Credit that you keep referring to, whether its 2 days or 5 days, i think most customers will be happy to give YOU the 10 bucks out of their own pockets! What kind of world are you living in? And $10 buys what exactly??? Terrible company showing its true colors...

@Rogers I have no clue if it was your router or your network dropping for a moment but I am getting really sick and tired of your network problems.

@BaoDeQiang @Rogers I worked 24 hours straight because of that outage. And somehow it was the least bad thing that happened. And all we could do was wait on Rogers to tell us something... anything while we tried to finagle a workaround with chewing gum and rubber bands.

@Rogers I just heard that apparently the issues are a thing of the past?? Why is my TV still pausing and recordings coming up with no sound? FYI - There are still issues present. #rogersoutage #fixitalready

@AboutRogers @Rogers Why are your plans do expensive? You basically run a monopoly. The least you can do is offer better packages. This downtime messed me up as i was out of town with no access to another network. I am upgrading my phone and shopped around for a better plan, and it’s not you…

If you stop and think about it, the 5 day credit from @Rogers that so many are angry about because its not enough, clearly demonstrates that people value their internet, and cell phone service far more than they pay, while complaining it cost to much #rogersoutage

@RogersHelps @tim_brecht Same here. We generally only watch TV at night. My wife has gone to bed for the past 5 nights and put on tv…after 10-20 minutes it starts glitching and freezing. She just shuts it off and uses her Bell cell service to watch YouTube instead. As I type this it just happened again.
