@AreSea3PO @RogersHelps In Brooklin as well and internet connection just went down for the 2nd time today. This actually started occurring before the power outage and every Rogers customer on our street is having issues. Bell/TeleMAX keeps coming around asking if I want to switch…sounds tempting now.

@RogersHelps Power has been back at our home for 24 hours now. Still no Rogers internet though, and it is impossible to get a status from the company. Even our cell service went down for 36 hours. Tough when you work from home...

@RogersHelps I WILL be seeking compensation for the days my service has been unavailable, overages on my mobile data plan and potentially more. This would not be an issue if you would inform your customers appropriately.
