    @RogersHelps @charityjkeller @joshjimenez_ I feel like this is just an unannounced planned network upgrade. Rogers is calling it “network issue” so they don’t need to reimburse one-day service to all of their clients.

    @wifis @Rogers It has been down since midnight. Literally the clock struck twelve and down went my cellular service and has been ever since. Coming up on 18 hours. And the company has STILL not put out any press release or updates via official channels & are ignoring media requests for comment.

    @Rogers this power outage or interruption as you call it us all part of the bigger picture. MAKING SURE EVERYONE IS LOCKED UP IN THEIR HOMES .... I DEMAND compensation to every ROGERS customer

    I activated a prepaid account from a different provider. That was my solution to #rogersdown Hopefully @Rogers will reimburse me the $100 hassle.
