@RogersHelps now that more people have experienced the same issue I’ll tweet again. Still no network/data service in the Oakville area. Restarted my phone, reset network settings & waited 45+ minutes on your online chat only to be told “turn your phone off for 5 min” didn’t work

@RogersHelps @deepdiamonds First our home internet, which affected our tv on Monday. Now mobile internet?? Should we not pay our upcoming bill for the horrible service and customer service? Pathetic

@faintsignal @RogersHelps It's almost funny, that the WiFi app, doesn't work without the WiFi (when else are you most likely to troubleshoot your network, other than when it's down!?!?!)

  • idk__how Dante Hammond (@idk__how) reported

Looks like both @RogersHelps VPN tunnels are down - Montreal and Toronto. Not looking good. #rogers #down

@RogersHelps Why is it that your customers can find out more about service outages on a third party site than when logged into the Rogers site? (And no I'm not interested in DMing you on Twitter)
