Chelsie (@chelsie) reported from Killarney Road, New Brunswick@Rogers I just saw your commercial where you claim to be everywhere AND you even mention Fredericton. However, my sister just moved into a new development IN Fredericton and was told by Rogers that they don't provide service in that area. In Fredericton. That is false advertising

-
Ted Robak (@tedrobak) reported from Fredericton, New Brunswick@gmbutts @Rogers Too bad, Gerald. Maybe it's the difference due to living in a smaller community in the Maritimes, but I find that the Rogers support here is really good, though coverage is not as good as it should be.
-

-
Sydella (@newfiegirlrules) reported@RogersHelps The pictures were lost in the phone switch over. But as explained for hours in a previous call to customer service. I have no reason to send back a broken phone we pay insurance to replace if damaged. Our phones live in an otterbox or Speigen cases with screen protectors.
-
Markets, Options & more📈 (@Markets_Options) reported@Rogers @RogersHelps But @Rogers tells me this morning, despite emailing me the channel lineup that I am supposed to have, that I dont have the channels I was promised (in writing by the way), and they won’t do anything for me unless I pay more. I have 3 days left to cancel in my 10 day period… 3/n
-
Kimberley Hall (@KimHallCRE) reported@Rogers I have been trying for 3 weeks to make changes to my account. Call volume is too high to answer, waited online for a "live agent" who couldn't help me, then I finally got through to a customer solutions and the call disconnects. It is unacceptable client service!
-
JMB (@jmb_photography) reportedHow does @Rogers thank a person for being a customer of 20+ years? They tell them that in order to upgrade their phone and add it to their contract, they have to pay double the amount for their plan. “Cheaper” plans don’t allow for phone upgrades. Do better, Rogers. Such a joke
-
Allan 3 (@Agent365) reported@RogersHelps Thanks. If I could solve the problem through the AI agent, I would have already done that through the Rogers app or online. When I pick up the phone to dial Rogers, at that point it should be a human ready to help for issues that can’t be solved through the app or online.

DNA does not lie! (@dnadoesnotlie) reported@Bell_Aliant @Rogers As an unusual homebase customer, I happen to have Rogers TV and Internet and cellular service and I love their cellular service and their TV service is excellent I also happen to have Bell TV service, Internet service and landline service I do not think you will ever find that many customers who have those services from both companies so I can honestly give you a true opinion on them both The one thing about Rogers is that the majority of their employees are Canadian that means that they keep the Canadian dollars that are paid for their services in Canada. Keep Canadians employed and paying Canadian taxes. Bell, on the other hand has a majority of their employed staff outside of Country. They are sending Canadian dollars that are paid for a service in Canada to other nations and other citizens and other countries and other countries taxes that means those two dollars away from Canadians and away from the Canadian taxpayers when most honest Canadian people have to keep paying, however, the companies get around it Also, very unacceptable

@HolyDegenerate (@RandySaretzky) reported@RogersHelps Left you a message in the inbox. Silence. Typical. Two nights calling in the middle of the night because you forgot to take my ex-wife off the bill. Two hours on hold. Guy finally picks up with kids screaming and dogs barking in the background, then hangs up. Now I’m locked out of my own account. You can post about spam algorithms at 1am. You can’t answer a paying customer. Cut all ties. Chase the bill yourselves. Good luck.
-
Toronto Guy (@doubledouble416) reported@RogersHelps Was able to reach out to them; they offer is higher than what Bell gave me (and you don't offer/allow hime phone service; if I don't take the full package, including tv; which i don't need)
-
Darren Gudmundson (@BrianOakely) reported@PabloEsHOEbar @RogersHelps @Rogers They came out about three years ago, climbed to pole, said, "yep, that needs to be replaced". of course, they never did. More than 20 drops a day and slower than dial-up at times. When I was finally able to cancel on August 3rd, the same day they sent me a Revenge Bill of $250
-
Carolee Herbert (@Cherbert50) reported@Rogers Too bad you folks never pick up the phone! Tried to get a hold of Roger’s/Shaw for 3 days with wait times on hold of 2-3 hrs finally giving up each day! Cancelling services if I can ever get a hold of someone. Customer since 2005. So sad!!!
