    Any Rogers Ignite TV users in the Fredericton area having issues with channels loading slowly and freezing? We have since last night and multiple restarts haven’t solved the issue. Internet and home phone work fine. @RogersHelps

    1 hour to talk to an agent to get assistance, 40 min hold to get issue solved, call got disconnected in the middle of the process, agent doesn’t call me back and I’m waiting AGAIN on the line for another hour… @Rogers 👎

    @PRchef_Inc @Rogers @CRTCeng Submitted a complaint today too. Unacceptable that you are aware of outages but do nothing to inform customers. In the age of work from home, this is unacceptable.
