-
Ted Robak (@tedrobak) reported from Fredericton, New Brunswick@gmbutts @Rogers Too bad, Gerald. Maybe it's the difference due to living in a smaller community in the Maritimes, but I find that the Rogers support here is really good, though coverage is not as good as it should be.

ok boomer (@badnboujee69) reported from Fredericton, New BrunswickIf anyone is ever thinking about getting a phone with @Rogers DONT DO IT I’ve never had such poor customer service my whole life. Period.

Chelsie (@chelsie) reported from Killarney Road, New Brunswick@Rogers I just saw your commercial where you claim to be everywhere AND you even mention Fredericton. However, my sister just moved into a new development IN Fredericton and was told by Rogers that they don't provide service in that area. In Fredericton. That is false advertising

Andrew Kelly (@sameasforever) reported from Fredericton, New BrunswickIf you’re into disappointment, or wasting your money, sign up for a cell phone with @rogers and business internet with @Bell_Aliant. No signal anywhere outside of any community ever and 18mps upload speeds. 🤘🏼
-

ray (@amourrachelle) reported@RogersHelps heyyy I’ve had a couple of outrages where my router is connected but the internet service is down, anything going on over there? Resets seem to work for now but I can’t keep doing that while I’m working :s
-
Paul Walsh (@Paul__Walsh) reported@ScammerDefence @TELUS @Rogers That doesn’t actually happen and even if it did, the damage is already done. Threat based security for phishing will never be good enough. It’s time to pivot to zero trust for URLs.
-
Crypto.pearl (@Cryptopearl_) reported@Rogers Ive been on hold for over an hour. Your cs is terrible @Rogers
-
viktoh (@Iam_viktoh1) reported@RogersHelps I’ve tried resolving this through support multiple times but was refused a refund. I’m requesting that the overpaid amount be refunded back to me, not kept as account credit. I’ve also filed a complaint with the Commission for Complaints for Telecom-television Services (CCTS)
-
Charlii (@Charlii_aBB) reported@allkindsXO @RogersHelps Same. I have been bumped around in the queue too. At say 24 then it jumps to 27 and starts counting down again. I'm almost hitting the 2 hour mark with nothing. This is ridiculous.
-
Heldy (@HeldyCarvalho) reported@Shawhelp @Rogers @RogersHelps I have been with Shaw 10+ years. They used to use automatic card updating services that update expiry dates automatically. Rogers does not use that. Does not notify users. Just charges them $70. At least tell users that service is removed.
-
Cosmochyck (@ninjachyck) reported@RogersHelps Given it was never printed in the first place, so there should be no fee. You want everyone to go paperless and then don't have the information required. I'll just send CRA to you.
-
immy (@imranist4n) reported@RogersHelps do we have to submit a complaint with CCTS in order to get anything done? I have called 5 times or more for the same issue and each time the agent says it’s resolved but it’s not.
-
Honeyboy Wilson (@HoneyboyWilson6) reported@RogersHelps Rebooting the modem fixed the problem. I didn’t think of that first because the other apps were working ok.
-
TheHat (@millhist) reported@RogersHelps Done and it gives me the same behavior. This time it was less than one minute between login attempts. Face it it is your app. Not me
