@Rogers is continually dropping internet. Tech knows this issue and refuses to send a tech out. How is this acceptable when thousands are still working from home? We need reliable and affordable internet.

@Victoria59L @Bell @Rogers you’re lake huron right? our cottage has embarrassingly bad service for us on bell/telus towers up there. thinking of getting a wifi repeater just to have internet at all since the cell reception is borderline non-existent in the kincardine area

I pre ordered a @SamsungMobile 21ultra with @Rogers last January 28.. saying that i will have galaxy buds and smart tag.. i just got my phone today and i dont have my e-voucher in my app.. both customer service said there's no supply anymore and i cant have one.. #scam?

@pearlsonally @Rogers @RogersHelps Rogers is ****, I was with them for years and they extremely ****** me over. Bell has been nothing but good to me since I moved from Rogers to Bell, I have an amazing plan, amazing phone and I’m not paying out of my *** for it, they even call me to lower my $$. Fido is Rogers.

@RogersHelps no service with ignite since 4pm, two adults WFH and the best your techs can do is send someone 24+hours later. Long list of connection issues with ignite. Will also be looking to change our 10+ business phones as well. You need to be better to service WFH & business
