    @RogersHelps My heart goes out to the employee(s) who did not catch the error prior to deployment. I have worked with an appl that is relied on by a major network of end users , and to have it fail, can be also very devastating to the employees who support the system.

    @RogersHelps Rogers is not giving enough credit for those two days that everybody did not have service Rogers is a very big disgrace personally speaking nobody in this world likes Rogers people are leaving Rogers just to go with Fido and other companies but Rogers forget about it

    @RogersHelps how have you been listening with 3 hour wait times eventually cut off because of the volume of calls why did you get rid of your on line support network Anna - virtual assistant is useless you're not listening at all
