    @RogersBiz @RogersHelps - I got an email with setting up line for $50 for 15GB’s infinite and I was on call for more than an hour to setup two lines yesterday and i was under impression everything is done. Received only one sim and service fee was charged which was not informed

    @Rogers I CALLED TO CANCEL AND WAS PUT IN HOLD FOR AN HOUR AND ONCE THE GIRL ANSSRED SHE HUNG UP ON ME...YOU GUYS ARE A JOOOOOOKR

    @RogersHelps Thanks! That's who I was on the phone with, before being transferred to Technical Support (cold transfer, happened very randomly) and then disconnected on another hold. Finally got through again, and my file is locked. Someone is looking into it though.

    @jasonwagar @Rogers @Google I was told, reliably, that the problem is a ground fault on the street line. As traffic increases, the signal moves up channels. At a certain channel the line faults & resets to the bottom channel. They need to dig up the line and replace, which needs permits from the city.

    @JeremyJohnstonK @Rogers @Google Yeah. I was with Teksavvy for a long time and very happy with them, until there were area issues (with the Rogers infrastructure). Rogers saw that I was a Teksavvy customer so put the tech call for my house at the bottom of the list, and postponed it many times.

    @RogersHelps Is there something wrong with Roger's login for @Sportsnet app ? I'm able to watch on my phone but cannot launch on my firestick app. Rogers won't accept my proper password at login page. #Frustrated
