    @RogersHelps I did and I talked to a Philippines who couldn't help me. Twitter is my last resort option after every oversea person I reached never understood the problem or worse thought they fixed it but didn't. They are not too smart in my experience.

    Wow @Rogers. I have been calling for the past 2 weeks to move my service to a new address. I was being put in hold the last time I waited for 1 hour on hold. Now it just says they are experiencing higher calling volumes and it hangs up on me. Bell will have a new client I think.

    @RogersHelps On hold now 1:40 minutes that is one hour and a half much more than proper customer service. 2 weeks! I got cut off twice yesterday.

    @karmen638539 @Rogers Data Centers and charging station run off a different power grid system as what Rogers or Bell would use . They donโ€™t overload, as service suppliers run off a singular use power grid , one system multiple users

    @RogersHelps You can start by firing Keona- this is the second time Iโ€™ve dealt with her and she is the direct reason I will be going elsewhere. She is rude, condescending, wastes your time and makes your business feel unwelcome and unneeded.

    @RogersHelps Doesn't even matter at this point. We've decided to leave Roger's. Yesterday was the worst customer service I ever could have imagined. Unfathomable way to treat long-term loyal customers. 6 hrs spent on the phone only to still be hugely disappointed.
