    @rogershelps my internet keeps going down for a few minutes multiple times a day. I have reset and reboot per instruction. I have ignite and rent my modem. How do I get a replacement?

    @RogersHelps I'm having serious issues with my internet, it's been disconnecting maybe every 5 mins everyday for the past 2 weeks... I had a technician come a couple days ago who I thought would fix the problem but it's still going.
