@anunsafespace @RogersHelps Roger's is just as bad as the 407 ..good luck

  • PetersenKathryn Kathryn Petersen (@PetersenKathryn) reported

@Rogers It would be great customer service if you could text customers when there's a local outage, and tell them what's happened. Saying it'll be fixed soon doesn't fly after 12 hours. Being open and honest works wonders.

  • core_conundrum Ana (@core_conundrum) reported

@RogersHelps Love this but Rochelle is getting unplugged tomorrow. She's gonna be your problem soon.

  • ShaniquaJones75 Shaniqua Jones (@ShaniquaJones75) reported

@Rogers Imagine how much performance this phone would have on a network that doesn't have massive Canada wide outages 🤔

  • MarkOrlan Mark Orlan (@MarkOrlan) reported from Toronto, Ontario

@RogersHelps @brettjjohnn Same issues we keep having with @Rogers. Internet has been down so many times over the past week, I sound like a broken record. Sadly, when you’re a monopoly your customers are taken for granted; even your most loyal ones.

  • jerrymjoseph Jerry Joseph (@jerrymjoseph) reported

2/2 @RogersHelps Irony is that I wanted to save someone else' time by reschedule an appointment or got mine wasted. I am a prospective customer and now seriously reconsidering my options. Overreacting? Maybe. But if this is a taste of what I am going to get in future, NO THANKS!

  • brettjjohnn brett (@brettjjohnn) reported

@RogersHelps Why, so you can tell me yo reset my router again? Yeah, that worked so well the last 75 times ive called. How about you guys support canadians who live outside the GTA.

Another #Sunday night, another @RogersHelps #outage in #portcredit Please don’t message my apologies and to DM you. I don’t have the time to waste explaining my issue, only to be ignored or unresolved.
