@AboutRogers @rogers @aboutrogers I expect my cell service to be free for at least 2 MONTHS...your network being down cost me time and money yesterday....my customers couldn't call me nor could I call any of them. Totally unacceptable.

@FeCrypto @blogTO @Rogers Ask people whose businesses lost revenue because of the outage. Or people who couldn't reschedule their medical appointments. A simple google search will give you quite a few reliable articles from known media sources detailing how this outage cost many who were affected.

@arandhawa21 @RailtownLaw @RogersHelps Woah there triggered boy. Isn't it a valid question to ask what happened with the rogers service that stopped functioning?? If someone doesn't like rogers, he has the freedom to move to a different carrier. You do realize people do this to get a better deal right??

@RogersHelps An essential service being down for an entire day is inexcusable (Global Pandemic Aside). Rogers, you need to refund all affected customers immediately!

@AboutRogers @Rogers I'm not even a rogers a customer, I sell rogers cellular service. And if you don't reimburse, you best believe I'm telling people about the absolutely atrocious customer service your providing after your screw up.

@AboutRogers @Rogers Are you planning on reimbursing ALL your customers for the day of service affected? Or are you assuming a heartfelt apology will be enough?

@Rogers @TyBiziness I have never seen Telus or bell have this type of problem, but a entire day with no service is total bullshit from one of the biggest telecommunication company’s in Canada. And also we all know you don’t truly apologize you just want our money
