@Not_an_ebug @Rogers had this happen twice waiting 1hr 1/2 i just hung up went to rogers store with my issue and they contacted customer service direct and bang 2 minutes resolved my issue ..

@Not_an_ebug @Rogers for me it was smart home cameras not working and the billing they resolved in half hour but the store was able to connect to their team in 2 minutes.. I guess i got the right person and was lucky

The wait time for technical support from @Rogers is 3 hours with no call-back option! They charge among the highest rates in the world yet don't even pretend to justify their greed by providing quality customer service.
