@RogersHelps I am frustrated that I get a useless phone call saying that my service request is delayed without a clear indication of when the request is delayed to. I then cannot get a live agent on LiveChat or Facebook Messenger - bad customer service!

**** #COVID right now. I just need internet. >.> I used to be with @Rogers and I rented a modem and basically just set it up myself..... it was so friggin easy..I believe my plan with them was $60 but the internet was very reliable.... no delays And that's what I need!

@RogersHelps 3 months waiting for a credit balance on my closed account to be refunded to me - PLUS, the balance owing to me has been depleted by charges AFTER the account was closed!! UNACCEPTABLE - FIX THIS NOW please.

@Sergetacular @t_jurik @Rogers Yeah, same story here for at least the last week or two. Multiple instances where there's no internet (although the modem and wifi networks stay online). So far have replaced my router and modem - no change. Rogers keeps saying there's no issue, which is just wrong.
