Chelsie (@chelsie) reported from Killarney Road, New Brunswick@Rogers I just saw your commercial where you claim to be everywhere AND you even mention Fredericton. However, my sister just moved into a new development IN Fredericton and was told by Rogers that they don't provide service in that area. In Fredericton. That is false advertising
-
K. Schmidt (@marlowcam8) reported from Kingsclear, New Brunswick@RogersHelps This is unreal. I guess i will just watch it on my phone. Please dm me. I paid for the year and no one replies to support emails about cancelling service. How can it be assumed that all your customers will watch anything LIVE only? Only time it works using Chromecast.
-
Ted Robak (@tedrobak) reported from Fredericton, New Brunswick@gmbutts @Rogers Too bad, Gerald. Maybe it's the difference due to living in a smaller community in the Maritimes, but I find that the Rogers support here is really good, though coverage is not as good as it should be.
-
Nikki L-Mac (@NicoleMac19) reported from Fredericton, New Brunswick@Rogers is continually dropping internet. Tech knows this issue and refuses to send a tech out. How is this acceptable when thousands are still working from home? We need reliable and affordable internet.
-
Haley Bungay (@HaleyBungay) reported from Fredericton, New Brunswick@RogersHelps any word on an internet outage in Fredericton, NB?

@drhillarypimlott.bsky.social 🏳️⚧️🏳️🌈🇺🇦🇬🇱 (@Dr_H_Pimlott) reportedI am so sick of the lack of .@Rogers care 4 customers even if they are at one remove. We have mobile phones with @Rogers & we have to change that, too. They are the worst company I've ever dealt with - I even worked for them decades ago. Time to break up these monopolies!!

Atul Prajapati (@Atul_Prajapati_) reported@RogersHelps Several attempts have been made and It’s been back and forth a lot. Already paid $480 appx in the name of Rogers as they asked but now asking another $333 in a separate email. It’s just a poor customer service with lack of transparency in the process and looks like a classic scam pattern when they keep asking to pay and pay. I entered in a good faith paying month to month basis and that was processed as well. But, it’s been a week they keep asking more and more even though I have a good credit history.
-
GotALight? (@OldePunque) reported@RogersHelps I have been in the queue for Rogers mobility technical support for just over 2 hours now. Is there any point in continuing? Will anyone answer at some point?
