If you’re into disappointment, or wasting your money, sign up for a cell phone with @rogers and business internet with @Bell_Aliant. No signal anywhere outside of any community ever and 18mps upload speeds. 🤘🏼

  • badnboujee69 ok boomer (@badnboujee69) reported from Fredericton, New Brunswick/Nouveau-Brunswick

If anyone is ever thinking about getting a phone with @Rogers DONT DO IT I’ve never had such poor customer service my whole life. Period.

  • HaleyBungay Haley Bungay (@HaleyBungay) reported from Fredericton, New Brunswick/Nouveau-Brunswick

@RogersHelps any word on an internet outage in Fredericton, NB?

  • tedrobak Ted Robak (@tedrobak) reported from Fredericton, New Brunswick/Nouveau-Brunswick

@gmbutts @Rogers Too bad, Gerald. Maybe it's the difference due to living in a smaller community in the Maritimes, but I find that the Rogers support here is really good, though coverage is not as good as it should be.

  • NicoleMac19 Nikki L-Mac (@NicoleMac19) reported from Fredericton, New Brunswick/Nouveau-Brunswick

@Rogers is continually dropping internet. Tech knows this issue and refuses to send a tech out. How is this acceptable when thousands are still working from home? We need reliable and affordable internet.

  • Kingsclear Graham Neill (@Kingsclear) reported from Doak Settlement, New Brunswick/Nouveau-Brunswick

@RogersHelps Service still unstable. Do you have a timeline when this issue will be fixed...now 3 days.

@ConsumerSOS Really, @RogersHelps? Haven't received a single update directly, by text, email, DM or carrier pigeon. Yet you don't seem to have any difficulty contacting us when you're pushing a new product or service... 🤨

  • MikeCopeland395 Mikey #6237 (@MikeCopeland395) reported

@BigGaySaul1 @RogersHelps Oh okay I heard it was still down but I barely know what day it is

  • xlestat77x xlestatx (@xlestat77x) reported

@Rogers this is bullshit fix the ****** internet already !!!

  • ErikaPa25192492 Erika Patterson (@ErikaPa25192492) reported

@chabot_liam @BryanGPark @RogersHelps I think they will care if the impact is enough to damage their revenue. Shrugs. And I think they will care when the media hears from the millions of disgruntled customers that lost hundreds to thousands of dollars, or couldn’t contact sick family members, etc! We make them

  • SarahDettweiler Sarah D (@SarahDettweiler) reported

@RogersHelps Will you be reimbursing my family business the money we lost entirely because of the service you did not provide for an entire business day? Absolutely ridiculous that you are one of the biggest companies in Canada and you couldn’t resolve this quicker or prevent it.

  • sodagirl2point0 Campari Sodagirl (@sodagirl2point0) reported

@CTVMontreal weak cell signal I have here in Mtl. Before the Rogers error of shutting us all down. I always had full signal at 5 bars, now I have 1 bar or 2 at best. I do not want a small ‘credit’applied to my next bill, I want the whole month of August free. #rogershelps #rogersdown

  • Shelbz31 Shelby Burns (@Shelbz31) reported

@RogersHelps My service came back on about 2 1/2 hours ago. What I want to know is why this happened?? Stop with the copy & paste answers and provide transparency

  • killeentom Tom Killeen (@killeentom) reported

@RogersHelps This is pretty useless, not to say misleading. There is no “outage map” at least not accessible via your tweet. What is the status of internet service at postal code M8V 3X2 (south Etobicoke)? We have cellular service only at this time.

  • KevinWeiss911 Kevin Weiss (@KevinWeiss911) reported

    @RogersHelps Still down in Hamilton

  • Amanda_Parsons Amanda Parsons (M.ED) (@Amanda_Parsons) reported

@IronOmie @dm_tats @Rogers Things don't magically happen. There is a cause to what happened and more than likely, it was an innocent error that snowballed into something bad. It doesn't mean the person won't be blamed for it. Right now there's too many variables to say with certainty what happened.
