Chelsie (@chelsie) reported from Killarney Road, New Brunswick@Rogers I just saw your commercial where you claim to be everywhere AND you even mention Fredericton. However, my sister just moved into a new development IN Fredericton and was told by Rogers that they don't provide service in that area. In Fredericton. That is false advertising

-
K. Schmidt (@marlowcam8) reported from Kingsclear, New Brunswick@RogersHelps This is unreal. I guess i will just watch it on my phone. Please dm me. I paid for the year and no one replies to support emails about cancelling service. How can it be assumed that all your customers will watch anything LIVE only? Only time it works using Chromecast.

Andrew Kelly (@sameasforever) reported from Fredericton, New BrunswickIf you’re into disappointment, or wasting your money, sign up for a cell phone with @rogers and business internet with @Bell_Aliant. No signal anywhere outside of any community ever and 18mps upload speeds. 🤘🏼
-
Ted Robak (@tedrobak) reported from Fredericton, New Brunswick@gmbutts @Rogers Too bad, Gerald. Maybe it's the difference due to living in a smaller community in the Maritimes, but I find that the Rogers support here is really good, though coverage is not as good as it should be.

Kimberley Hall (@KimHallCRE) reported@Rogers I have been trying for 3 weeks to make changes to my account. Call volume is too high to answer, waited online for a "live agent" who couldn't help me, then I finally got through to a customer solutions and the call disconnects. It is unacceptable client service!
-
heather (@howisthismylif) reported@JayGenXer @Rogers There is never a situation where this lack of customer service should be tolerated. Complete disrespect for their customers & their time. Rogers doesn’t deserve a single penny from Canadians.
-
Rohit Kumar (@rohitt25) reported@Rogers I felt cheated as my contract is breached by you - I signed my contracg at $35 and my bill is double. Though, I confirmed with customer service twice and got assurances, but I got charged doubled.
-
Sanwin (@sanwins) reported@JayGenXer @Rogers Suckiest and most dishonest company possible. Claims support is 100% Canada based and then quietly ships it abroad. Last month I wait 3 hours on hold.
-
DNA does not lie! (@dnadoesnotlie) reported@Bell_Aliant @Rogers As an unusual homebase customer, I happen to have Rogers TV and Internet and cellular service and I love their cellular service and their TV service is excellent I also happen to have Bell TV service, Internet service and landline service I do not think you will ever find that many customers who have those services from both companies so I can honestly give you a true opinion on them both The one thing about Rogers is that the majority of their employees are Canadian that means that they keep the Canadian dollars that are paid for their services in Canada. Keep Canadians employed and paying Canadian taxes. Bell, on the other hand has a majority of their employed staff outside of Country. They are sending Canadian dollars that are paid for a service in Canada to other nations and other citizens and other countries and other countries taxes that means those two dollars away from Canadians and away from the Canadian taxpayers when most honest Canadian people have to keep paying, however, the companies get around it Also, very unacceptable

Donna (@iCruiseify) reported@RogersHelps I have been trying to call Rogers most of the day. Every single time I get hung up on by a recording that says you’re just too damn busy to answer the phone right now so call back another time why so you can just hang up on me again!!!
