Chelsie (@chelsie) reported from Killarney Road, New Brunswick@Rogers I just saw your commercial where you claim to be everywhere AND you even mention Fredericton. However, my sister just moved into a new development IN Fredericton and was told by Rogers that they don't provide service in that area. In Fredericton. That is false advertising
-
Ted Robak (@tedrobak) reported from Fredericton, New Brunswick@gmbutts @Rogers Too bad, Gerald. Maybe it's the difference due to living in a smaller community in the Maritimes, but I find that the Rogers support here is really good, though coverage is not as good as it should be.
-
K. Schmidt (@marlowcam8) reported from Kingsclear, New Brunswick@RogersHelps This is unreal. I guess i will just watch it on my phone. Please dm me. I paid for the year and no one replies to support emails about cancelling service. How can it be assumed that all your customers will watch anything LIVE only? Only time it works using Chromecast.
-
K. Schmidt (@marlowcam8) reported from Kingsclear, New BrunswickUpdate: I was told by, lol, Rogershelps, that after 5 days no refunds are possible, regardless of all the issues and buggy connections. I showed an email i sent to snnow 4 days after requesting full refund and cancel. No replies with 2 follow ups until cpl days ago, Refunded!

🇨🇦 Peter 🇨🇦 (@peter101s) reported@RogersHelps The email on file doesn’t work and I requested to be sent to my new email and no one has bothered to do something so simple as send a label to my new email. This is a lesson to Roger’s for cutting its Canadian customer service and contracting out to 3rd world countries.
-
Joe MacDonald (@joemacdonald905) reported@RogersHelps Can I do the chat while away from my home wifi (but on the rogers cellular network)? Or do I need to be home and on wifi when chatting with them?
-
KapitalKat🇨🇦 (@kapital_kat) reportedSo Rogers is going to lower their prices now, right? Right?? Half the employees and NOT lower their prices? Horrible blasphemy bullshit @Rogers #cancelyouraccount

name can't be blank (@J0hnHaw3s) reported@MapleLeafs @Rogers CRICKETS...!!! The service SUCKS with 100% of Rogers employees, just imagine what it's going to be like when 50% are left??😝😝😝 I swore I'd never renew, but did, because Rogers made THAT, very easy...lesson learned when this contract runs out.. ROGERS SUCKS...they know it. Our area is reported to be operating at 50%..too many customers not enough infrastructure..full charge every month.
-
🇨🇦 Peter 🇨🇦 (@peter101s) reported@RogersHelps In a garbage bag. I can’t believe how Roger’s has treated me. Bad enough I have my dad’s death to deal with but I have Roger’s on top of things. I was told his balance would be written off after we return the equipment. I have spoken to people on the phone and online and given up
-
Hollie Pollard (@hollie__pollard) reportedI worked for @Rogers for 3 years. In 3 years I got one 10 cent raise. My starting salary minimum wage. All it call centers start at minimum wage. Now they are choosing buyouts to save more money. I have watched their hiring and firing policies for a decade and have come to the convulsion that Rogers is one of the worst employers in Canada.
-
Andy Potter (@aap53) reported@RogersHelps Yes, I thought it was weird. I have rebooted a number of times with no real effect. I see that the service disruption notice is still up.
