    @RogersHelps On Mar 27, I was advised I had a credit from Rogers. It is now May 14 and I've yet to receive this credit. May I ask what the issue is?

    @RogersHelps @Netflixhelps I found an unauthorized amount for “Netflix call” on my cell bill for several months now, seems to be increasing in amount. I am beyond enraged that this is happening I want the charge removed and to compensated for the amount. I never approved this.

    @RogersHelps why is rogers support so bad?! For over a year now your wait times are an hour! Hire more people! That is completely unacceptable. Yet if one calls the sales line they pick up right away.

    @Rogers you guys want your money BUT provide ****** service... Your internet outages are pissing your customers off... I for one, will be taking my business elsewhere... I'm fed up of the constant service interruption especially within the last month... I'm done
