    @RogersHelps @Rogers Our neighbours have the same ignite set up as we do and don’t have issues. Your company has done nothing to help and says it’s hard to pin point the problem because it could be anywhere in your miles of “wires “ . So, who in your company knows what they r doing ?

    @Rogers @Sportsnet The sportsnet app is terrible, and you are utter scoundrels. I thought you should know. You don't even offer 1080p, never mind 4k. Don't get me started on connectivity and poor design. You're an embarrassment to Canada and a blight on the Canadian consumer.

    @RogersHelps Spent 30 minutes on hold on live chat to speak to an Ignite technician only to be dropped and asked if I wanted a transcript of the no conversation we had 3rd day this week my Rogers Ignite has gone down and I've had to rely on my phone data #Rogers

    Does anyone know how long your body takes to get a 5G signal after getting the vaccine? I've been looking to ditch @rogers and just pay the $100 to myself each month! @pfizer do you have an approximate time line?

    @RogersHelps So here is what has been “done”1. We had a technician come out to the house after you “monitored” our account . He fiddled with some wires outside came inside and looked at more wires. He stated our previous set up was still connected so it was interfering with the signal.@Rogers

    @RogersHelps is there a problem with internet in this area L5M 5A1? I talk with the tech support awhile ago and the problem still exists. After we talk around 11:30 I think the internet is okay and then at 12pm disconnected again and then after 23 mins it’s was disconnected again

    Want to spend your weekend with no cable or internet? Get @RogersHelps ignite... I've called technical support so many times over the past month just to be told they'll 'monitor the line' and do nothing...
