Annnd it looks like the Rogers issues continue in Markham. Internet works, thank goodness. But cable TV is patchy, cutting to black and unwatchable. @RogersHelps, this is now Day 4 of problems. When can we expect full service to be restored?

Hey @Rogers , because of the power outage, I missed an online class and had a potential medical emergency. And you have the guts to still charge us more than 100$/month if we can't have a reliable network?!

@Rogers @rogershelps If it was just a system issue from an update why are we 4 days in and still there are service issues, you can't call Into Rogers about anything or chat with a live agent... so disappointed, seems like run for cover

So, Friday no Ignite or phone. Ok, whatever. Phone works now, awesome. Ignite... choppy AF. @Rogers plans to give credits, which is great. But will it be for 1 day or until they fix this issue completely??
