    I am a @RogersHelps customer and I recently signed up for @FidoSolutions. I have a very unique issue due to the way you guys are sharing contact info and would like to speak to someone. Unfortunately, I can't find any good option when I call.

    @RogersHelps when do you expect cable services to be restored? Your offering has deteriorated and it seems that it is time to consider other more efficient options. You need to clean up your crappy service for which you charge an arm and a leg.

    @RogersHelps any ETA for the cell outage issues? The chatbot has been telling me they are working hard to fix a wireless network issue in my area but I've been without a connection since 7pm last night. Can't use data at all and calls/texts come through sporadically hours later.

    @Rogers Can you fix the LTE here at north york? Only 3G data works. Even my parents fido, rogers lte doesnt work in our area. But when we go to another area out of north york lte works
