@RogersHelps Ticket no. 6 was opened by a kind customer service rep. Couldn’t get Anna to work because I live rurally and my 3G was too slow. Finished my report cards by tethering my data. Outage could be ongoing for 24 more hours. That is almost a week and a half cumulative outage.

For a company that had 2 major outages in the 2 years I had them… you’d think @Rogers @RogersHelps would have better customer care. That’s asking too much though lol

@Rogers told my 80+ aunt she should upgrade to #Ignite without informing her that her devices will need #WIFI capacity, which they don't. Now she has no Internet and they want to charge her $50 to move the modem to another location, which maybe or may not solve the problem.

@Rogers might have the worst ******* internet in all of Canada. Charge you 2× as much as any other company and cant stay connected for ****, lagging all the time. Never have any support that helps. Just a garbage company @Bell gonna be getting my service moving forward

At the end of Nov I cancelled my @Rogers internet subscription which I had for the last 9 yrs. Couple of days later,a customer retention rep called me & told me they issued 1 month free service although I never ask for it.She told me I’ll receive a return label at the end of +++

the period. During 1 month period, I never used the service as I already subscribed for a service from Bell. At the beginning of January, I received a return label but I was unable to send the equipment by Jan 20th. Meanwhile, @Rogers sent me a bill for the cancelled service.
