    Hey @RogersHelps, what's going on with IgniteTV in Brampton? Received a new box today after the last one malfunctioned. It worked for less than two hours and now a blank screen. A hardware issue plus service disruption issues? Not cool, and that's putting it very nicely.

    @RogersHelps three hour wait time to talk to anyone for support ? And the network is almost 100% restored? Not likely. Fourth day of outages.
