    @RogersHelps since my father doesn’t have a mobile device what exactly would he do when his Ignite stops working? Having issues all night and a reboot hasn’t helped. 🤔 seems pretty flawed.

    @RogersHelps I don’t texts for messages. I pay for the package where you just go to voicemail and you can read the transcript or instantly listen to the message. I don’t have to call any automated voice messaging service.

    @2BPositive2 @RogersHelps From Rogers: Thank you for your patience. There is a confirmed outage in your direct area. Our maintenance team is on site working to restore the service as quickly as possible but there is currently no firm ETA on when it will be resolved.

    @Rogers faced the worst customer service in my life with Rogers home internet. End of the using their service. I will never recommend to friends and family ever. I hope you guys Care Bcoz your action shows you don’t.

    @AKostanuick @RogersHelps #NHLLive is shady. I had a problem last playoffs and they couldn't help me. Just kept transferring my call to the same three people I just talked with.
