    @RogersHelps @Rogers No service for several hours 12 hrs?!?! and no updates for 3 hrs?!!! Terrible customer service and reliability. Shame on you for not giving an eta and how do you not have failover capability?!

    @RogersHelps This can be dangerous without service.....and has been for all day. Can't phone out if have an emergency.....why is this taking so long for you to fix.....!!!!!!

    @ryanlocking @Jadenstate @RogersHelps When I tried to turn on Wifi calling it told me I had to contact the provider. I can’t call them so I go online with my computer to their help chat. The response? Not Available. Sadly not an option today.
