    Hey @Rogers. My father passed away in February 2026. I have been trying to cancel his service for months. Called 27 times on hold 2 hrs and then told there are no agents and you hang up. Store won’t cancel for me. I can’t be alone. Class action seems in order. #rogers

    @Rogers Too many scam calls are getting through. Calls are being spoofed so they look like real calls with no spam warning from Rogers. Calls claiming Visa charges, service denial telling people to speak to someone to resolve issues. This is unacceptable!!! @CRTCeng

    Hi @RogersHelps, I am experiencing ongoing network issues in Toronto. My phone keeps disconnecting and reconnecting during data sessions, and voice call quality is poor with frequent interruptions, both at home and while I am out. Please investigate and help resolve this.

    @RogersHelps I've already raised a billing dispute and spoken with customer support. It feels like no effort is being made to review the actual invoice details, and I'm simply being told that the bill is correct. I'm looking for a proper review of the calculations and a clear explanation.
