Im on a call with tech support now and they telling me to go to the store which I already did and they told me to talk to tech support so you guys have no idea what you doing and giving me the run around and wasting my time

sparkytor (@sparkytor) reported@RogersHelps Ontario. We are still on hold. Our remote broke and just need to order a new one. This is ridiculous. I spent 15 minutes in line at corporate store for them to tell me I have to call. We are almost at an hour wait on the phone. Horrible service.
