.@RogersHelps not very happy right now, got our new phones and during the process found out I wasn’t getting a corporate discount that worked out to about $80/month for the past two years. Chatted and called support and all that was offered was a one-time $45 credit, not pleased

@Rogers worst customer service ever. I’ve been a loyal customer for 6 years. Over charge my account for $700. Now, no one is answering my phone. Keep transferring the call and putting on hold since 2 weeks. This is totally unacceptable.

So back in July @RogersHelps as part of the nationwide outage promised billions of investment in better structure. My internet has gone down while working from home Friday, Monday, AND today. We need more accountability and competition in Canadian telecommunications.
