  @RogersHelps We’ve spent hours queuing to speak with your teams in the last week. We’ve had two technicians come by and leave without resolving our issue. How do we escalate today without waiting 2 hours to speak to someone and then wait another day for a tech to arrive?

  @RogersHelps All I want to do is change my address. I’ve been trying to do this since 2021 and your garbage website will NOT let me change it. Your AI said your tech support is 24/7 & every time I request to speak to someone I’m hung up on. This is 100% UNACCEPTABLE.

  Whether AI hasn’t been implemented properly or AI adoption has failed, an increasing number of customer care services are being destroyed by a lack of care and support! This is the second day I've spent over an hour on the phone with my service provider (@Rogers) addressing call-dropping connectivity issues. No one has picked it up yet. Whereas Rogers used to have amazing customer service and calls were getting connected very fast. 😢 I request Rogers to take a look!

  @RogersHelps Well when i clicked the link it just shows me plans and once I sign in and do it, It dsnt show the modem by the way ,just shows internet plans. Modem is my main concern.

  Why do big company’s like @Rogers @amazon have such ****** customer service… They take your $ no problem but when you have an issue or concern good luck having it resolved… Business don’t care about customers anymore it’s really sad.

  @Dave_Sandford @RogersHelps I had the same issue with Bell back when I lived in Toronto. It boggles my mind when companies that are all about communications fail customers who want to communicate with them. It’s basically their one main job.
