How is it that someone can call into @RogersWireless and convince them that they are you. Also ordered phones (on my account) Was told fraud dept would call. Somehow they called the fraudulent person and all of a sudden there is no case! WTF! Ok @Rogers how do you plan on fixing?

@Rogers Thankfully I was able to finally talk to someone at Rogers who was able to understand what "i want to spend less" meant and was able to support me to help make that happen.

@Rogers Perhaps you could also invest in more staff to deal with massive volumes of customer complaints, so that I’m not still sitting on hold for over an hour to deal with a billing issue?

@rogers/ @RogersHelps ? Lol ROBERS. Has an offer, but doesn’t honour it when I go to process it. 🙃 unreal. Truly the worst company. PLUS expecting people to buy a new phone, wait 6 weeks to get the new phone, but give the old phone back in 30 days? Logic?????

@Rogers I’m trying to buy a phone and plan while keeping my old number. Is anyone even working customer service today? I’ve been waiting for an online chat for 30 minutes I already went into a store today for 45 minutes and the phone lines wouldn’t let me through being too busy.
