@RogersHelps very disappointed there is no service connection throughout the majority of Ontario, most residents here under your service being unable to take or make calls at all over some glitch, being we pay for this service.

@RogersHelps You really need to be fessing up and providing honest updates hourly until you get your services back online. Using terms like "some customers" and "intermittent" should not be used to describe a major network wide outage... but nice try.
