Fix the IGNITE TV voice cutting in and out/stuttering & Freezing @Rogers @AboutRogers stop messing with customers!!!!!!!!! Enough is enough, This is 2 years in a row your IT have messed things up maybe its time you be investigated for poor services.

@monlev4 @MrNeu_ @RogersHelps Same here. Instead of Play, I've been going to Episodes, then Watch Options, then any of the On Demand options to view some of the taped shows. Those that don't have Watch Options, we'll have to wait until they fully restore the service.

If @RogersHelps isn't able to inform public what caused this outage was or assure us it won't happen again, part of their "compensation" for customers should be to allow us to void our current contracts (without penalty) & switch providers. Rather this than some measly discount.
