    @RogersHelps without internet since yesterday at Spadina and At. Clair. No communication for the first 12 hours. And when you call Rogers, first they ask you to restart modem and ONLY after that they notice that the entire area is affected. TV intermittent too. Terrible

    @RogersHelps I just got off the phone with your customer service agent; who advise me that if I don’t switch to Rogers ignite (which would double what I’m paying now)…I will no longer have access to On demand…which I had access to prior to your internet outrage @CRTCeng
