  @Rogers This is a real problem as I know many folks who get calls daily from fake call centres stating they are Rogers customer service offering deep discounts for phone and plan upgrades. Rogers needs to deal with this to stop these fake offshore call centres from calling us.

  @RogersHelps Well after being told there was no charge on my bill... I now have a very large charge. & nothing sent to us in regards to the so called damage, as previously promised. I sent a perfectly mint phone via your chosen method & Rogers claims damage was done. Delete from bill thanks
