@JustMeJamie64 @Rogers There was a documentary a while back which companies use AI to change and hide most of their foreign employee's accents. This has been a trend for most big Canadian companies hosting their support in these countries.

So @RogersHelps From June of 2025 to August of 2026 my cell bill has had two increases each one $5.00. A so called plan rate adjustment to better improve your service. Not acceptable . Four years of no increases and wham 2 quick ones. Time to move.

Not sure what @Rogers Bank execs are thinking. November changes to their credit card products remove 99% of the incentive they have provided to date to stay with Rogers telecom services. I will certainly be switching credit card AND telecom services once these changes take effect and as service contracts expire. There are more affordable providers with better service and without the financial incentive provided by the credit card there are no more reasons to stick to their mix.

@RogersHelps @Rogers I’m planning to move to a new address & you’re not able to same Internet service in the new location and giving me option either to downgrade or exit the contract and ask me to the early termination. For a network limitation at your end you imposing on me .
