@RogersHelps This CBC story sums up what I’m dealing with. I’ve been trying to get an unactivated order removed from my account. The equipment was returned via FedEx. Phone support takes hours, chat disconnects, and nobody is resolving it.

  • Matt_Leblanc_ Matt Leblanc (@Matt_Leblanc_) reported

@RogersHelps Beyond unacceptable service. This company clearly doesn’t care, and it shows. Spent 1 hour on the phone yesterday and 1 hour on the phone today and we’re still at square one! I’m a new customer trying to give them business! @Bell here i come!

  • LalithShashank OneAmongEveryone (@LalithShashank) reported

@RogersHelps residential service and I'm WFH. We use office laptop for work and connect to our office VPN. And I'm pretty sure it's your DNS, because when I bridge the xfinity and use old router, it works totally fine with google and cloudflare dns

Wooow @Rogers @Fidomobile you claim to be the number 1 yet there is no support after 7 or 8 pm. I transferred my number from Fido to Rogers replied YES and still got a cancelled after 90 mins message. Now support is closed and I cannot call anyone. What a joke. Shame!

@TELUS @Bell @Rogers Please make temporary free calling measures for Iranians in Canada to be able to make phone call to #Iran . There is a full internet blackout in the country right now.

  • JasonAKeenan Jason A Keenan (@JasonAKeenan) reported

I sure wish @RogersHelps but in fact if you make a simple mistake like I did and call immediately for support that answer is there is no way for Rogers to help...you are screwed and we will take your money. I think they are run by @Bell pr @TELUSsupport
