@RogersHelps @kbleggs You’re way past the point @RogersHelps when that was a satisfactory answer. Please start being more transparent about specific areas and whether ongoing outages are because of a lack of power to your hubs or damage to your equipment.

@Rogers @RogersHelps I understand how bad the storm was. But no internet since Saturday and zero communication from any of your staff is not ok. People need to plan around data and their work etc. I know the work won't go faster but you need to be transparent. Terrible service.

I know your sevices are subject to @RogersHelps infrastructure and contracted rate increases, but this is frustrating given the pre-storm issues and stress of not being able to access my remote workstation. I don't mind paying more, but I need reliable access to the internet.
