I need to unlock a phone and that department says its not a Rogers phone which is a lie. The phone is my moms who is a senior and needs it for safety reasons. My oldest was in the middle of his online midterm and we had to shut everything else off songs could finish with some connectivity! Worst decision we ever did was change to Ignite with Rogers!!!!

I did get tech support earlier via chat very early this morning they said you need a new SIM. I said ok please send me one. On no, they don't do that you have to call customer support. Go through the whole exercise again for customer service to say you have to contact tech and they will send you one. Honestly, I am ready to turf the phone in the fire pit and cancel Rogers.
