By the 3rd day I call back and order not processed. Another hour of my time and we schedule an install. Only to find out servers down and I have to reschedule again.

I need to unlock a phone and that department says its not a Rogers phone which is a lie. The phone is my moms who is a senior and needs it for safety reasons. Also Says I’m offline or not at home and should record programs to watch them when I am home & on Wifi. Also cannot access certain websites or Apple software updates.
