Just got an email from the CEO of @Rogers saying their whole system was down on Friday due to a technical glitch & he's going to credit me for Friday. That works out to about $13.50. I wasn't able to email or call any customers for 26 hrs. Maybe a class action is needed instead.

@RogersHelps we’ve had no internet since Weds at 10am. A tech came Friday & said no service at our street box & that maintenance crew was coming by end of day Friday. No one showed. It’s Sunday and now @Rogers @rogershelp said they have no record of an order being putting in!?

@Rogers What’s the hell could the promise be? My wi-fi is sometimes fast, and sometimes slow, and sometimes doesn’t work at all. I don’t think it’s ever been as fast as I pay for. I guess a promise means nothing unless it’s in writing. Not looking for a reply or an opinion @Rogers.
