@RogersHelps i don't have internet, according to your outage map it should be working and there's no way for me to report the outage as there's a high volume of people already calling in.

@RogersHelps Your outage page doesn't work. I haven't been able to do my job all morning as I have no internet. Please address, and credit my account accordingly

@laurenrjacobs @RogersHelps While a regular mobile SIM might work in a Wireless Home Phone device, that would still be using its original mobile plan. If you wished the WHP service, you would need a new SIM dedicated for that service. It isn't possible to change the SIM's service type.

@RogersHelps cable Internet and mobile data down in South Ottawa. Outage map shows nothing. Thankfully my work phone is Bell so I can send this message. Any ETA on service resumption?

@RogersHelps I said I need the new xfinity, as that was what i was told, not that I have to change all packages. Next round with customer care.

@tobi @Rogers If a carrier update can kill tethering in traffic, the rollout needs an owner and a rollback path, not a support ticket.
