    @RogersHelps ok it’s now 5 days and your system is still not working properly WTF why am I paying such a large amount for no service ,,no imessage ,no Instagram,most calls won’t go through and it’s not my phone cause these all work when I have wifi ,,

    @RogersHelps please tell me when internet and cable is expected to be back in the K2B postal code area in Ottawa. You must know which outage is causing it and the timeframe for it to be resolved.

    @RogersHelps I would, but I'm using up too much data that I most likely won't be compensated for, because I haven't had internet for 4 days. I'm too busy to be jumping through hoops. Simply provide the service I pay through the roof for.

    @RogersHelps @MattMcK2419 we have no phone service, TV or internet, we went in person to the Rogers store...the store we purchased Rogers ignite, internet and phone. Signs were on their windows stating they have nothing to do with Rogers Ignite. They could not tell us what was wrong or eta on service.
