    @RogersHelps This new AI system is garbage! It doesn’t understand the simplest of instructions, and after multiple attempt to get an actual person, it says “we’re experiencing higher than normal cell volumes, please try again later” and hangs up!! Can’t resolve payments

    @dbhoops_ @RogersHelps @Rogers Don’t waste your time. Rogers has become useless after they contracted out to useless 3rd world countries their customer service. I cancelled all my services after 47 years with them.
