    @Rogers your AI phone response system is incredibly frustrating to get help. Rather than making more efficient and quicker it’s become a method of torture for anyone that needs to get a hold of a Custer service rep for assistance. Your system sucks and go back to real humans.

    I have not been able to get to @rogers for tec support in 4 days. I hang on the phone for almost two hours on two occasions and then the call hangs up. Why should any paying customer wait 2 hours for a call to he answered? Obviously not enough people working there. 1/

    @RogersHelps Our phones live in an otterbox or Speigen cases with screen protectors. They were perfect when put in their boxes. The initial report was that you never received one of the phones. But when I said I had proof of delivery & asked for a supervisor (part of whos conversation
