I’ve never experienced such terrible customer service/service in general from a company as bad as Rogers. Going on THREE weeks without internet. Supposed to have tech in TODAY & they just called saying they weren’t experience to do the job!??How does this make sense.@RogersHelps

@HelloDorkness @Rogers it's merely optics. Canada has some of the most expensive telecom services on the planet on base infrastructure that was mostly tax payer funded (back in the day). Sounds promising for those out on the land but will never be acted on due to lack of profit motivation.
