Talk about the worst customer service. Multi-billion dollar company that brought almost 40% of canadians to its knees and you thing a couple bucks is your way of doing better? @Rogers I hope you plan on doing more than you did 15 months ago when this happened

Not only were ppl NOT able to call 911 if needed… what happened to all those ppl who don’t have credit cards & couldn’t purchase Medical equipment because they could NOT access their bank accounts via POINT OF SALE debit machines ? @Rogers #outage #July8th2022

@RogersHelps Maybe next month bill you don't charge us to try to make it up to us. Got problem at work delivery got delayed because no communication started the job late etc! Anyways I hope they come up with something to make it up to us!
