@RogersHelps Please don't joke yourself. $2-3 dollars is a rip off. Evenly t mobile was giving 20 usd last summer for partial outage in one region of the country. You took a whole nation wide service. And it is you who is at fault not Ericsson. Grown up and start taking responsibility

@RogersHelps I still cannot access extended coverage areas on my phone, is this an issue that's being worked on? Have not had access to this since the everything went down yesterday. Very frustrated as I rely on going on other networks as I work and live in an area with sparce Rogers coverage

@Rogers Don't really know if that's going to work for all those who lost an entire day's worth of wages due to your outage. Not to mention the complete lack of communication.
