@Rogers @RogersMediaPR a Rogers-Cantel client for over 36 yrs. Over $100,000 spent & you won't match, not beat, a web offer from a competitor. Your senior mgmt needs to re-take biz 101 and re-learn about 1) customer loyalty 2) cost of churn and 3) client acquisition costs.

@RogersHelps You're company sent me an ad. I've been trying to find a coverage map to see if it's even available here. Your website doesn't work, and says to call. I called, I hung up after 20 minutes. I'm having second thoughts since your sales team left me on hold for 20 minutes lol.

@Rogers your cust service is failing. 1st agent was on a private call while thinking he had me on silent hold. He expectedly messed up the device order. 2nd hung up on me twice when trying to transfer to Buyer's Remorse. Buyer's remorse took 39 min to say they don't know.
