@patersonjeff @JayJanower @Rogers Another example of why quasi monopolies are so bad for consumers... there's no accountability for ****** customer service, because there's no real alternative (try getting through to a human at Telus 🙄)

@RogersHelps There are no outages. Can you provide a number to call? I have been on hold on live chat and on the phone for over an hour. There has got to be a better solution than this.

@patersonjeff @JayJanower @Rogers Maybe they should try reinvesting even 10% of those profits, into better customer service. I get there isn't a lot of selection in this country but i PROMISE you, the 1st company that has english speaking HUMANS i can talk to when i have an issue WILL get my business.

@RogersHelps NONE of them were streaming. Your app tells me I need to connect to my HOME wifi network. Total BS

@REWoman @Rogers True story....I said some horrible things to them that I'll have to take up with Saint Peter when my time comes. 🙏 BTW....@HydroGraphInc announced their gas partnership with Western yesterday. There's an 8:30AM conference call tomorrow morning you should listen in on.

@Rogers I’ve been a loyal customer for more than a decade. My family, co-workers and friends who are all on your network have all noticed the same thing. Your service sucks badly right now. Across the board for weeks now. It’s shameful you won’t tell anyone what’s going on.

@Rogers why are you laying off customer service reps??? It’s hard to get through as it is!!! Online tools are difficult for the elderly.

@RogersHelps Every device that connects is impacted. Only appears to be a problem over the last several days.

@RogersHelps Your customer care team are useless. I have wasted 5 hours talking to people in India. The connection is poor, calls drop, and escalation gives you another useless person who won't help. I need them to go through 2 years worth of bills on both accounts. Anna is useless too.

@RogersHelps @REWoman No, they’re not answering! You guys are in the field of “Tele-communication” and I wonder how come your communication with your clients is so poor? Why can’t you attend calls from your customers? You are the boss of “Telecommunication”. Strange!!
