    I lost the tweet where I would respond. Not an original idea. Let @Rogers or @BellMediaPR or whatever major company that poorly ran a radio station. Sell the signal to the @CRTCeng for $1. Even as community run radio stations. #Canadians need outlets.

    If @CRTCeng had any ***** or true function they would have told @Rogers "no, you have a license, and until that license runs out, you keep these stations on the air. Then sell the license to another company that keeps it on the air." That never happens. Ever. The #CRTC: useless
