    @RogersHelps Here’s the problem. People like me who run their own businesses depend on wireless network to conduct our business from sun up to sun down I lost out on at least $1000 in revenue just because I was not reachable to my clients. I hope to be compensated for this!

    @leckie_sean @oxfordliving @RogersHelps The issue is who approved a global firmware rollout without secondary approval. Or, what was the root cause. Dev/Engineer here as well and this one really has me wondering what happened. My guess: firmware for another network was pushed to overwrite Rogers Public ID's
