Jasmine Kaur G (@jgarcha) reportedWell. @Rogers Shaw, whoever they are doesn’t seem to keen on fighting to keep a 20+ year customer so let’s play the what do people got to offer game? Internet, TV, Home Phone. DM me your best plans @TELUS @FreedomMobile and whoever else.

MustangShow (@MustangShow) reported@RogersHelps You're not Sorry, as if you were sorry, you'd fix it. As of today's date, the functionality of your website is still broken. #Rogers Sucks

Stuart (@BlueAndWhiteGuy) reported@RogersHelps The issue is getting through and landing with the right person. The only time you guys are interested in putting an outbound call to a customer is when they leave. I got three of them last week after I left, one of them promised that I would not be getting a bill for anything.

Myrna Lambert (@myrnalambert) reported@RogersHelps No when you dial the phone it says it’s not assigned. That isn’t a phone problem - it should go to their VM
-
Bougie Auntie (@giselegigiu) reported@Rogers what happened to your customer service? Because you don’t have anymore. You have a call center with no service. Everything is I don’t know… I had to hang up. It’s terrible
-
Meekz (@T_Messam) reported@Rogers I haven’t had services with you in years and your customer service has gone to the pits of hell.
-
Nosrep Ekafa (@nosrepekafa) reported@RogersHelps Definitely not. I’ve wasted hours with your customer service today and haven’t gotten anywhere

Chiranjeevi Nagiredd (@chirutweet) reportedVery disappointed with @Rogers experience. On May 1, I got 2 prepaid SIM lines from the Rogers Longueuil store and was charged $80 activation fee per line. Later, Rogers customer care confirmed I should receive a full refund and asked me to visit the store.

Claudio Fanuzzi (@claudsfanuzzi) reported@RogersHelps Same level of customer service provided here I see I just spent 2 hours on the phone with your incompetent staff feeding me the same script. I have never been more disgusted with a company in my life the level of incompetence and lack of customer service should be studied.

Anne (@anelame) reported@RogersHelps Shaw legacy client. Need a technician to assess and repair broken phone line. Chat booted me out after 3h wait saying as Shaw customer they couldn’t help (even though I access through Shaw link). poor experience and paying for a broken service now. Telus may be best
