@RogersHelps 5 days credit doesn’t make up for those who lost a whole days pay or more and access to 911 emergency services. For the prices you charge that’s not acceptable, we pay through the nose for high speed RELIABLE service

I guess @Rogers figured that firing @BlueJays manager Charlie Montoyo would fix their network issues. I think trying a different outlet or breaker should have been tried first.

@RogersHelps That’s awesome! However, I’m a truck driver and need my phone for work. During your “outage”, I was on the road in the USA. I was roaming like home @ $12/day. Will I be reimbursed for that as well as 5 my days? Let me know!
