You know how the adage, “It’s like a car crash — it’s awful, but you can’t look away.” That’s how I feel with bozo here. I couldn’t imagine having to have a dinner or spend some time in-person with him.

    Dealing with you is soo frustrating! Got new packages that are all mixed up creating errors in billing. Phone lines or chat takes hours! How is this considered customer service. Not all things can be self serve!!! Hire up! @Rogers

    Working at 24 hours to download a game on rogers, max down is like 10mbps, same setup on bell would be don’t in a couple hours, this is crazy @rogers fix get better hardware or finally install fibre ! #nogamingonrogers

    @RogersHelps @celinalex_ru @Rogers, how can we consumers help to track these scammers down and expose them? The numbers they call from are either ghost numbers or cloned. I've called several actual people to inform them their numbers were being used for these scams.
