    @RogersHelps Is the current expected resolution time of 10 PM for the outage in Calgary accurate? If so, that's unacceptable as that would be 18+ hours without Internet for all your customers on a Monday. Can we expect some sort of bill credit after this?

    Hey @Rogers, stop calling me to move my cellphone over to you, I am happy with my provider. I will say this again, remove me from your calling list as all the customer service calls still have not removed me.

    Tho they will NEVER see one penny from me. Have to ask myself, "what else are they up to?" What other types of revenge does @rogers take on their former customers? They have all your information. They refuse to delete it. Do they even, "protect" it anymore? I doubt it.

    @RogersHelps Option 1: Rogers corrects the billing error and charges me only the amount that was stated in the original offer and agreement. Option 2: Rogers refunds the incorrect charges, including the connection fee. I will then cancel the service and switch to a different service provider.
