Holy ****, it’s 2021 and @Rogers wants $65 for a prepaid SIM that comes with just one gig of data and only 150 daytime talk minutes? Are you ******* kidding me?

  • Mcquells JPS McClelland (@Mcquells) reported

@Rogers Hi, can someone please explain to me why I have spent well over 10 hours on calls to your company and had multiple reps come to our house to “fix” our Gigabit internet connection. We lag/cut out multiple times each day and we can’t use the internet for normal things

  • nocutmydriveway I’M WORTHY (@nocutmydriveway) reported

@RogersHelps my internet is not working properly ever since my driveway was cut. I pay for internet services that are not even working

  • DurrHurrDurr DurrHurrDurr (@DurrHurrDurr) reported

Honestly, the amount of incompetence required to go two tickets and six days without any resolution is staggering. I'm pretty much impotently tweeting at @RogersHelps at this point because it makes me feel better, but my roommates are livid and one is planning to "go full karen".

  • elly9061 kelly (@elly9061) reported

@RogersHelps They seem to have a script. Fill out a form. What the serial number. Let me zap it. Hmmm isn’t working. I’ll send a new box. New box not working? Doors? It’s not connecting. Let me zap it. Hmmmm we need to send a technician.

  • nuttyskadork Mike Jones (@nuttyskadork) reported

Meanwhile, while my city was flooding I got an emergency alert 28 hours AFTER the evacuation order was received. Complete and utter distrust in whoever runs this. @YourAlberta @RogersHelps
