    I would GLADLY pay @Rogers an extra $15+/month, if I knew that every time I had a billing/technical issue, I could speak to someone who could resolve my problem in <15 minutes. Not the standard 3-hour/multi-call/multi-rep/no-resolution experience! The ROI would be a no-brainer!

    @RogersHelps I'm having a ridiculous frustrating time with the chat support it's been approx 3 hrs troubleshooting my problem why haven't I been turned over to tier 2 support yet this agent has idea what he's doing

    @kindaayukii @RogersHelps They have a hub problem they're trying to blame on the pandemic. It's completely ridiculous. Went through this in 2018 and it took 8 weeks to resolve. Going on for 6 weeks for us now. Thought it was 4 until I looked at messages.

    Hey @RogersHelps, I've had increased internet interruptions for over a month now in my neighbourhood. As a disabled woman who depends on smart home devices (and works virtually), I need my internet. I've called numerous times with no resolutions. Help?

    @Rogers just hooked up ignite today after two days and of technical issues.Finally have it up and running but the remote is a nightmare. Could the buttons be any more difficult to push? There is no way seniors will be able 2use it. You need to come up with a better remote👈🏻😖
