    OMG @RogersHelps is everyone that works in your call centre brand new? I am on hold again previous super well-trained genius had to transfer me to another department and your amazing system dropped the call. Again is this level of service acceptable?

    Why are @Rogers sending customers refurbished cable boxes as new ones? As a customer I'd expect a new cable box, not someone else's old one that you "fixed" #rogers

    Continued ... @Rogers @RogersHelps on top of this 2 service technicians were supposed to bring new cable boxes they did not, they were supposed to bring an internet modem they did not. Do you hire people whose only skill is fogging up mirrors? I am now waiting on hold with your

    Maybe he was safe, maybe he wasn't, it doesn't matter because #NextLevel #BlueJays replay room **** the bed on an obviously bad challenge earlier. Now @Rogers Sportsnet won't even show us the replays. Must have been safe!

    Just got off the phone with @Rogers and they said they won't be reimbursing me the fees that I was charged as a result of the outage they caused!

    @marmalade @Rogers Yup. I had canceled my Ignite service as soon as I could. Had them for both cell and internet. Nice bundle, right? A bundled failure. Meanwhile, their analogue, old school tech, worked fine. Dad’s TV was fine. I was in the dark ages
