    @dishesdish @David_Moscrop @RogersHelps The issue is that there are no texts to the US. If you are within 10km of the US border Rogers switches you to a US tower and charges you. From across the lake, for instance.

    @RogersHelps I did. I called and waited for 45 minutes. Just to be told the problem is probably with all my devices and nothing can be done.

    @RogersHelps You've already had the opportunity to have fresh perspectives with the number of techs you've sent out, but they always start from the beginning of their script and I have to go through the same rigmarole every time and end up with the same problem. Your tech support is broken.

    @RogersHelps Does your internet ever actually work? Its been down so often, I'm getting pressure into switching to your competitor (you know who). And I really don't feel like investing ONCE AGAIN which company is the shiniest of two turds!
