    @RogersHelps Calling regarding my home internet services. We cancelled back in December and returned the modem, but the person over the phone obviously didn't cancel our services and now we are hit with a $700 overdue payment.

    @RogersHelps Thanks, but the @Rogers tech support dept has been so decimated by profit-enhancing layoffs that the task seems insurmountable. We "upgraded" to Xfinity last Aug., but the modem quit twice this week. Each phone call takes 60+ min, and last night we had to quit.

    @RogersHelps You don't actually but if you want to hear me in the ohine, its recorded. I have been calling you guys for 2mths now. Evening, weekend, middle of the day, morning, online, & twitter. No one answers for 45mins. I have NEVER had this problem before. Is everyone replaced with AI?

    @vladdystepdaddy @Sportsnet Thank god Iโ€™m not the only one experiencing this, literally been happening FOR MONTHS youโ€™d think the way @Rogers is gouging people for these services theyโ€™d fix an issue like game having no sound. Genuinely pathetic excuse of a company.

    @RogersHelps Its on both. I tried doing on the phone and through online and I am not getting feedback on either. I shouldn't be in a situation where a phone with 100% charge dies before I can connect with rogers. My issue is I got a new watch but its not connecting to the plan.

    @Rogers outage in Richmond hill, ON for 2 days. Your outage tracker just updates the fix eta by one hour each hour. Useless without a proper eta

At all times Rogerโ€™s is watching, recording and see every single thing done on the phone as long as itโ€™s on the network. It stores years of this perpetually and it harvests your data all day every day
