@CraveTVHelp 2/2 and there are exceptions to ANY rules. I didn't even use the service at all and streamed nothing. And you can't refund me? Complete and utter bullshit. I will NEVER subscribe to @Bell_Support product ever. Learned my lesson years ago when I switched to @Rogers

@RogersBiz 7 days of daily emails asking for a refund with no help from Roger's. Having to do a charge back for $20.99 from an enormous company ridiculous. Way to uphold the Roger's brand

@Thenrv77 @Rogers Very poor response of @Rogers , from live agents to supervisors. Hanging up the call after hours of talking, transfering from one department to another and waiting. At the starting point after two days of talking.

@RogersBiz thousands of people cannot login and just want their refunds which Roger's is not honoring. Roger's is hoping people just give up and forget about their refund. These companies pretend to be virtuous but really they don't care. We just want are money back
