@ElyseV @RogersHelps We switched to 3rd party "local" - not Bell or Rogers - same price, but way way better reliability and service. Give your money to the small guys trying to duke it out with the big boys. 👍

So, I just got a note from @Rogers, saying that the issue with our internet/cable was resolved on Thursday (a week after we first reported it). It’s three days later, and our internet/cable is gone again. What gives, Rogers?
