    @RogersHelps the “what can I watch” feature is broken and the link to the similar feature for Sports Net Now is broken. How is Rogers handling less games and more in market opponents with the altered season. I want to know which product to purchase but the services don’t work.

    @RogersHelps I was supposed to get a delivery for the modem today as my WiFi internet went down all of sudden on Thursday. I just checked the purolator tracking site and it requires address correction to add buzzer code. Can you please assist urgently with this??

    .@RogersHelps has the most infuriating telephone automated attendant in existence. Allow the user to hit the numbers sooner. Don’t waste my time with in-call promos. Stop misdirecting my calls. Better reception for agents. No, I don’t want you to do anything for me but fix it.

    @Rogers I've been with Rogers for 15 years and I still get treated like ****. Signed up for another 2 year contract and had my services interrupted 2 days later. Told they wouldn't credit me the reconnection fee EVEN THOUGH I ALREADY PAID.
