Have to say @RogersHelps - not being able to contact my daughter's doctors today has been challenging. It's not just "frustrating" for people - it's a serious issue when you can't use your phone in the middle of a pandemic lockdown.

@RogersHelps Dear @RogersHelps, Can you call my 91yr old MIL bc when she can't reach any of her 'kids' she wont be worried🙄. Maybe you can calm her down. Oh & my parents, in their 80s, living on their own during a pandemic..,Oh & call my doctor, my employer, my children. NP right?
