@RogersHelps Is it normal that I only see one or two bars and not full bars for my service?

@Kilani_Family @RogersHelps I agree with your reply, I wish they would credit us a month of free service but that would obviously bankrupt them

@RogersHelps FYI- My Ignite TV is still spotty after the mass outage. The picture often pauses or the sound goes out. I’ve restarted my Ignite box, but it doesn’t help. I’m a customer in Hamilton, ON.

@RogersHelps I appreciate you've had a difficult week, but my ignite TV still just sucks... It's unwatchable. I've absolutely loved Ignite up until this week. Please expedite the fix to these issues or I seriously have to look at Bell... Ugh 😩.

@Kilani_Family @RogersHelps They’ve already avoided lawsuits by writing their terms of service that everyone agrees to when purchasing their services

@CBCRaffy @Rogers @CRTCeng Everything has to pass through canadas New ministry of truth, right? There ya go...the system had to be taken down so all the pipes could be re-routed into said ministry. This CRTC nonsense is just a cheap smoke screen. .

@Rogers 5 days of credit is a absolutely joke. Rogers stand for evil of capitalism. They charge people too much and same time provide the worst service. When a huge outage happened, they still treat their client like ****.

@RogersHelps This is laughable 5 days ? You have impacted millions of people. I have medical issues and had no access to my cellular network Chatr sent me into a panic attack. You need to do a lot more then credit five days

@Rogers and @RogersHelps - continued interruptions, spotty Wi-Fi, dropped calls and ignite TV which keeps freezing. It has been 116 hrs since the rogers outage, and you think 5 days “credit” is enough? When will full coverage resume? #rogersoutage #Rogers
