While trying to watch a program, a network error appeared. Sound kept cutting out. Rebooted but this is terrible service.

I am 100% convinced now that despite that crew being told not to cancel the work order, they did anyway, so now I have to chase you guys

Zara Smiles (@ZaraL) reported@Rogers so actually got to speak to someone at Rogers. There is an issue with phones being able to connect to the extended networks. A team has been working on this for a while and it could take up to a month to fix. Absolutely unacceptable #DoBetter
