Any Rogers Ignite TV users in the Fredericton area having issues with channels loading slowly and freezing? We have since last night and multiple restarts haven’t solved the issue. Internet and home phone work fine. @RogersHelps

@vote4robgill @Rogers I don't think it should be a 1 size fits all compensation. Some people, like me, have every single service on rogers, and were completely cut off from the world. But since I am on holiday this week, it didn't really cost me. Meanwhile, some businesses lost thousands in income.

@RogersHelps It’s now been 10hrs since the last update and it sounds like many still don’t have service or part thereof. Please update asap. It’s been 18hrs since I’ve been down. We still deserve to know what is happening and when we will get our service back.

@Rogers @NirupUrs You may want to check your ignite tv & the ability make a call off the cell services as they seem to be down again. Tried rebooting router & tv boxes to no avail. Restarted my cell as well, still not able to call out

@RogersHelps Looks like some of your services have gone down again. I can’t get ignite tv yet my internet works. I have data working on my cell but I can’t place a call to complain about your service or let you know we have another issue starting up. Tv was working earlier as well as cell
