    @RogersHelps @flitting Are you kidding me, wait time for calling Rogers tech-support is now three hours??? Our Rogers Internet was out for 15 freaking days. It finally came back up and now I can't change any channels on Rogers ignite TV. Bell Fibe is looking better and better!

    @Rogers you have the WORST customer service! Over 45 minutes on the phone with a customer service rep trying to fix my account only to be put on hold and transferred to someone else before being told that due to "technical difficulties" my call was over. WTF!

    @RogersHelps Hi there … so my Rogers internet seems to be working fine but Ignite TV isn’t working. Is there an issue? I haven’t seen any interruption notices. I’m in north Durham.

    @RogersHelps what have you done this time. Being told the channel is temporarily unavailable and you are having trouble. I suggest you fix the problem. You already charge enough for no service.

    @RogersHelps so with our internet out AGAIN, as well as tv and home phone, my data is going to be gone in no time if this ****** service keeps up. Total blackout in L4W area code. This is ridiculous. We pay way too much for this.
