    @RogersHelps Having a really hard time with service today. I have 3 kids at home doing online virtual learning during this shutdown while attempting to work full time from home. There was service disruption in our area today. Now our street is fixed except us.

    Question for lawyer friends: can you sue a company for repeatedly, over 2 years, failing to resolve your issue despite them promising it is resolved? The result of these failures has cost me 20+ hours of my time, and lots of stress. S/O to @Rogers @RogersHelps

    @RogersHelps when are you going to fix your internet? I see people on here complaining from 8 months ago about the same issues a lot of us are still complaining about? Have to restart my gateway 7 times or more a day is getting really old!
