    @RogersHelps With the lack of any kind of real update for those of us who have ZERO SERVICE since we woke up, I get the feeling @RogersHelps is a bot that's being fed Standardized responses. Customers deserve compensation. Rogers can afford to take this hit.

    @carrymesensory @mbnicolosi @RogersHelps One may use similar logic and ask: How is acknowledging an outage going to fix it? Is it better to have an outage and leave people in the dark, or have an outage and people in the know?

    @ParvinderChatr2 @Rogers I’m in Ontario close to Detroit and all my networks changed to American networks, from no service to an American provider, 3 different 1s for that matter. Since last night. Unreal. All of canada is clearly affected.

    @RogersHelps A full business day lost. All my office landlines forwarded to staff phones all on my Rogers business account - none of which can be received. I can’t receive SMS messages for covid vaccine waitlist. Just tell me what the issue is and when I can expect it to be back up.
