    @Rogers It will eventually go back to normal on its own but it'll be down the whole day. And this happens weekly. Sometimes more than once. Been doing this for about a year now. I went with them because I got a good deal but I can see why they charge less. Their service is awful.

    @Rogers worst worst customer service ever. Trying to connect with your team from last 1 hour, but no response. What a ****** scam you guys are doing. Taking people hard earn money $80cad just like that ? What a service you guys are providing.

    So… @Rogers @RogersHelps that’s a no on #help then? Fantastic. Oddly ironic a company that sells phones and phone services is impossible to reach by phone.

    @MarsellientEl @Rogers Doesn't come up as Rogers, but sometimes calls from service providers don't ID themselves either. Unfortunately I don't have the luxury of not answering unknown numbers as I am responsible for a family member in long term palliative care & important calls come in from all over
