    @RogersHelps The call center doesnt know anything!!! I have been bounced around to 5 agents on a 30 minute call with some being rude some being kind BUT WITH NO SOLUTION! I NEED TO TALK TO A SUPERVISOR AND NO ONE WILL HELP ME

    @Rogers Thank you and it's Vancouver specific problem? Isn't Roger supposed to be better in Canada. As I stated once I enter seattle I get 100% coverage but never in Vancouver

    @RogersHelps I am having a problem with the transmission of the Blue Jays game. My screen keeps going black and now my box has restarted on its own. I did call in and they restarted my modem, but I’m still having the same issue. Are you aware of a problem.

    @RogersHelps is there an issue with the MyRogers (Shaw) app and the MyRogers together with Shaw website? When I try to access either the app or the website nothing loads.
