@RogersHelps When your Ignite Internet is down you should offer Customers in that area unlimited Mobile Internet. I work from home and Internet is down in my area. What I am suppose to do now? By the way we received stupid letter saying it could go from 6 Feb to 24 Feb.

@RogersHelps 1.The fact I have to opt out doesn't take away the fact you have stored this information. If you are able to just inroll your client base in this program without consent is alarming and I would question the legality. If it's tied into the service contract that's also shady.

@RogersHelps Hey, @RogersHelps ... It's ridiculous. This hold. To get a stupid $20 charge reversed....that a manager isn't able to do? Isn't that something that managers - being managers - ought be able to quicksee reverse? And now I'm waiting for Retention dept... because I'm so fed up.

@RogersBiz I’ve been on the line for 2.5 hours to try and get a hold of a customer service representative to help me with my request regarding wifi issues and if Rogers can top up additional data for free of cost. This is unacceptable service.

@RogersHelps Signed up for a new device financing/plan with Rogers. Was promised that I’d be charged taxes on the $20 additional to finance the device each month. In reality I’m being charged $2.47 more each month. I have 3 devices. Customer service won’t help.
