    @Rogers I am now on week 2 of trying to do something as simple as cancel a home phone service. Hours on wait to talk to someone only to have call disconnected and waiting for the chat based service rep to work to no avail. Can someone cancel my phone? It's a simple request!!!!!

    @RogersHelps genius plan: have a specific and exclusive phone line for those that want to cancel service, and never answer!

    @RogersHelps Might be a good idea to tell head office to hire enough customer service reps that your customers can actually get service. 2 and a half hours with no answer is really appalling.
