    @RogersHelps Get it fixed. I have not been able to make a single call all day. People are losing money and you can’t get in touch with a Rogers rep to save your life. Worst service I’ve ever experienced. This is appalling.

    @adolwyn @RogersHelps I have zero service and daughter needs a covid test. How will I receive test results with no service? Glad I have a work phone I guess. What do people do when they don’t have a work phone?

    @RogersHelps Yah when are services going to be restored I'm in desperate need of my phone!!! I can't even get my confirmation for my covid results cus I have no frickin service!!! I've been with u guys for over 20yrs & this is the thnx I get !!! Get it together @Rogers it's been 12hrs!!!

    @CityNews My entire region has had outages for 3 weeks now @RogersHelps with 5G towers being installed. Today, no one in the region can use their devices. Some have tried to call 911 and cannot. This is major. 13 hours with no service and barely a response from Rogers.

    @RogersHelps ....some customers...seems like there are a lot more more than "some" customers with cell service outage. An update from Rogers would be nice.

    @Rogers this is painful, and feels like a lot more then some customers. Given we have offices in BC, AB, Manitoba, and Ontario. Any Roger's and Fido users have been impacted! I have had no service in any capacity since I woke at 5AM. How will you rectify customer relations?
