@RogersHelps Thanks I will go tomorrow. I’d like know the rationale though for moving to automation-online support but still not being able to email an eSIM QR code. Why are fees going up?

5 minutes answering stupid prompts on phone to reach a representative only to be told you have too many calls and disconnect the line @Rogers you need to do better. I’m trying to setup a home internet move, should be easy enough to have a self service option under my account.

@len_rocks @Rogers Their CS is a real travesty of a maze. I can't count how many times I've had to verify my identity with random security codes just to be put with a new CS agent where I have to spend another 10 mins re-explaining the problem. And then in the end they don't fix it and I wasted hrs

@CanadasLeafs @Rogers Sounds like the customer service VP got their start with Canadian Medicare.

@RogersHelps Yup, already given up. Moving a few spots forward in 20 minutes means one loooooong wait to speak to tech support. PSA for future Rogers customers - don’t say you weren’t warned. Your customer service is an absolute joke. Be embarrassed.

@LoveMy7Wood @Rogers @RogersHelps We had Rogers cell "service"; the "service" was absolutely useless but even then it was superior to their hopelessly inept "customer service". After 1 year we refused to renew; I told the guy who was trying to convince me reup that I wouldn't take Rogers again if was free,

@RogersHelps Sorry, never an iPhone here. My Samsung is supposed to detect this. It is a common shoreline issue that should be run up the chain there. I quick look at US roaming refunds issues along any great lake shoreline should indicate there is a problem there. 1/2
