@deadeyeqt @RogersHelps Shutup fish. You know how much money they cost people that day? Billions. And they were hacked. **** doesn’t just happen like that.

  • lloydrang Lloyd Rang (@lloydrang) reported

A final thought on the @Rogers saga: The @CCTS_CPRST can help customers resolve disputes with their carriers. Anyone impacted by the outage who isn’t able to get resolution from Rogers should reach out to them.

@RogersHelps Our service up in Ahmic Harbour is still very spotty. Sometimes it works, other times no

  • NayantaraTalki1 Nayantara Talkies (@NayantaraTalki1) reported

@RogersHelps If someone looses one day salary then your 5 day credit is not worth it. My husband lost hundred of dollars due to outage. You have to credit for full month otherwise be prepared for lawsuit.

  • asideofpees Matthew (@asideofpees) reported

@RogersHelps If @Rogers wants to keep its vast majority of customers, they should really sit down and credit everyone who was affected a full month. Crediting 5 days is a slap in the face to everyone affected. It’s an easy decision when it comes time to renew contracts #switchnetwork

  • Ch9seFan Matthew Kendrick (@Ch9seFan) reported

@globalnews @Rogers need to stop trying to Eliminate Cable for IgniteTV I had about 1/2 my channels all day which was only because I have the old cable service still.

  • SunCoastingSuds Ian Sutherland (@SunCoastingSuds) reported

@RogersHelps Listening to our customers? What utter nonsense. It is your customers who want this monopoly broken up and your company obliterated. You will lose both subscribers and investors until your stink is eliminated.

  • AxisVeroPI Axis Vero (@AxisVeroPI) reported

@Rogers, it appears that your internet just went down again. Luckily, I can still tether our office to @TELUS...again!

  • BluesFanK K 💉💉 💉 💉 (@BluesFanK) reported

@SparkerSteven @RogersHelps There is little appreciation for long-time customer loyalty anymore.
