    @RogersHelps Thank you. I'm certain you can understand the frustration of being accused of not returning something I never got. I'm mostly upset that a Rogers employee still wanted me to pay. I'll definitely be in contact and I appreciate the quick reply.

    @Rogers my partner has been on hold with your retention department 1 hour 15 minutes. He is tenacious so be prepared - is this how you treat loyal customer? 27 years with Rogers - seems like a good time to drop you...
