Canucks Big Picture Analysis (@CanukBigPicture) reported@princessrica84 @Sportsnet @Rogers Unfortunately, this market can't sustain sports radio. I don't think there is enough fan support. We have seen it fail 3 times already. Maybe someone will do something to fill the void.

Donna (@iCruiseify) reported@RogersHelps I have been trying to call Rogers most of the day. Every single time I get hung up on by a recording that says you’re just too damn busy to answer the phone right now so call back another time why so you can just hang up on me again!!!

T Baines (@TBaineMaine) reported@GinoHard_ @Rogers @FriedgeHNIC That’s what happens when you let bean-counters run the show - you get myopic strategic vision. Those 2 guys have personalities that are considered marketing assets that support sustained viewership. Holy **** you ******* are dumb at your Bloor St ivory tower.

Ria Riaz (@RoastedKeyboard) reportedAs much as people are relying on AI for help for customer success. Anytime you ask a question AI is like sorry we can’t help. And people are reducing front line staff Case in point @Rogers. Took me 5 hours to get in touch with a human. I tried live chat and I just got moved around 3 times and I am still waiting. AI simply isn’t there yet. Hire more people and train them or at least train your AI better please
