I can sustain a solid download but your upload is abysmal? It was PERFECTLY fine for two hours this morning and now we're back to inconsistent + drops. @RogersHelps sent out a tech and it made the problems worse, and now they're waiting me out by saying its a router problem.

@RogersHelps your share a concern online contact form is garbage. As a long term customer, I shared an issue. ROGER'S response? Call us. What is the point of an online contact form if your response is: call us? Seriously? Get rid of it if your response is going to be useless.
