Michael DelPiero (@MikeDelpieroX) reportedHi @Grok did @Rogers Fido let fraudsters access one customer’s account 5 times, even after he added a security PIN and secret questions? And did Canada’s Privacy Commissioner find employees bypassed authentication, exposing his personal info? Why so little attention? @RogersHelps

GoJays (@GoJays) reported@RogersHelps I’ve been trying to get through to someone on the phone for 3 days and the system keeps telling me to call back. The automated chat on your website can’t help. What kind of customer service is this??
-
Clint (@clintculture) reported@RogersHelps Your frontline support team already wasted 5 hours 35 minutes of my day. I have tallied all calls and AI chats and there are such long queues that end with being cut off. It is despicable disrespect for your clients’ time and lives. Your CEO made $15.45 Million last yr. heather (@howisthismylif) reported@JayGenXer @Rogers There is never a situation where this lack of customer service should be tolerated. Complete disrespect for their customers & their time. Rogers doesn’t deserve a single penny from Canadians.

Oleksiy Kovyrin 🇺🇦🇨🇦 (@kovyrin) reported@RogersHelps, this may be one of the worst customer support experiences I've ever had. I ordered a SECOND internet service for a new house. Rogers shipped me an XB8. It wouldn't connect. Technical support eventually figured out that Rogers provisioned the new modem against the WRONG address. Great. Simple backend mistake. Should be easy to fix, right? Nope. Yesterday: 45 minutes waiting for phone support before giving up. Today: hours dealing with support. Technical Support diagnoses the problem, then transfers me to Customer Care. Customer Care tells me they can't access the account and sends me BACK to the same phone number. I ask for the account number I'll need when I call. They give me an old account number and tell me it's associated with an address in Surrey, BC. Except MyRogers shows that exact account number as my CURRENT internet service in Waterloo. Eventually they find another account ending in the same four digits as the new service agreement — but can't even confirm the service address and tell me to call the “specialist team.” All I need is for Rogers to associate the modem THEY SHIPPED with the internet service THEY CREATED at the address ON THEIR OWN SERVICE AGREEMENT. I've spent hours trying to find a human being with permission to fix what appears to be a Rogers provisioning error. How is this a reasonable customer experience in 2026?
