    @Rogers JC, you're doing what you're supposed to do and its appreciated. Its just when its a major service outage and the response looks like rogers is saying its just each of us having some little issue that we should take up with tech support, it comes off as a bit trite. Thanks tho

    Can’t log onto my work VPN because @rogers is down. I’m amazed that it’s been down for so long and so widespread with no official word/cause.

    @GuardsOfTheSix @Rogers True story, they literally sent me my bill while this outage has been going on..... apparently THAT part of their service still works.
