    @RogersHelps Thanks but after devoting 60 mins to a simple issue with no resolution, I am reluctant to start again from scratch. My suggestion: don't worry about the exact issue, look at the broad issue that interactions with Rogers tend to be difficult and disappointing.

    @RogersHelps goddamnit. My internet has cut out no less that 5 times today, for anywhere from 30 minutes to 2 hours. The past two weeks has demonstrated your absolute incompetence.

    @RogersHelps Did you not see all the messages in this thread? Search beaches outage. Cable internet is down for multiple customers.

    @RogersHelps sort your God damn internet services out. For over 3 weeks it's been patchy and constantly slow and disconnecting. Yet I bet you refuse to show any of your customers any sort of compensation.

    @Rogers Worse home monitoring service for the exorbitant price we pay! Cameras lag, only 1 records, stops recording after few days, basic equipment....go ADT, much better!!! Trying to get Rogers to fix issues, but they are clueless.
