    @Rogers on my 2nd day of over 1 hr on hold to talk to tech service. My texting isn’t working and I’ve missed two important business meetings over them now getting text confirmation. Wtf

    Does the right hand know what the left hand is doing @Rogers. Tech support transfers me to customer care and they tell me tech support has to deal with the issue of a credit for lost service. After being on hold for an hour and then they want me to call back!

    @Rogers @RogersHelps I would like to switch to Roger’s from @Bell Their internet service has been dropping every second and because tests show up as it’s working, they refuse to send a technician. I’m done with them.

    @zachnhso @Rogers Atlast they replied to you I been complaining for a week about it with out a peep 3 times on the phone wit support to be put on hold for 1 hour to than having the call dropped
