    Hey @rogers! Why is it my problem, and my $300 bill if I returned your modem and Canada Post/you lost it? You have dozens of stores across the GTA but you won't accept your own equipment return at the stores and forces us to go through Canada Post. @CRTCeng @cbcmarketplace

    Man @Rogers is such an awful ISP. Weeks of issues and then today my net wen tout for an hour, followed by periodic outages that prevent me from streaming.

    I finally came across an @rogers associate who could cancel my account!🙄 They again wanted to know why, to which I replied it wasn’t important. I didn’t feel like explaining that I was tired of living without cable and was tired of their lies! It feels great! Bah bye! @rogers !
