@Rogers bad customer service waiting for a call from supervisor for last 10 days and called them today and found, the supervisor does not want to talk and the rep has to fill form for manager to call. Such a bad customer service.

@RogersBiz What is the point of passing on information when nothing changes? The repetitious platitudes to customers should certainly fire up acknowledgment of a problem when the employee recites it day-in/day-out …but NO. Nothing changes.

@RogersHelps Nope I’m not dealing with your pathetic excuse for customer service anymore. After waiting over a week to receive internet during my last year of school which I am now behind on, I now have had to wait 30 mins on hold to cancel a service I never even received. ******* atrocious.

  • AmaraFarmServ Ty Carruthers (@AmaraFarmServ) reported

@RogersBiz has offered us a really good business package that @bell can’t match. Anyone using Rogers have any feedback on coverage across Ontario? Good bad?

@RogersHelps after the outages and bad services, you have the audacity to charge disconnection charges because of a contract…. Shame on you
