    @RogersHelps @celinalex_ru @Rogers, how can we consumers help to track these scammers down and expose them? The numbers they call from are either ghost numbers or cloned. I've called several actual people to inform them their numbers were being used for these scams.

    @Rogers-My Mom is upset as she waited 37 minutes to find out what channel the ladies US Open tennis is on. Nobody answered. This is entertainment for her. We had a Rogers outage for a full day last week-Internet, cable, phone; the guide button hasn't worked since. Pls help.

    @Rogers your customer service is BS. I have been trying to call for weeks now for something your FAQs and AI can't help with, yet everytime you're experiencing "extremely high call volume" and hang up on me. If you're that busy why don't you HIRE MORE PEOPLE!!!!

    After being on hold for 2 hours waiting for some to take my call, I was able to get through. I was told they would look into my situation and call me back. Silence. No callback. Terrible service again @Rogers @RogersHelps
