@Jinxxed4life83 @CRTCeng @RogersHelps It's not 'their' rules per se, it's a part of the roaming agreements between the providers. If you are using another providers' network most of the time, they would want you to pay them rather than their competition. That's fair, no?

@RogersHelps your network won't even allow me to connect to wifi calling. @CRTCeng my call volume is up because I have #cancer.... I'd rather you fix your stupid policy instead of telling a cancer patient to get a new provider after 13 years. @CRTCeng i live in extended coverage area

@Rogers This is the worst company there is. Go to Bell instead. Rogers approved a refund 7 weeks ago - i’ve called multiple times and they keep saying that it’ll be solved in a few weeks but nothing is happening. Any one else has this issue?

@RogersHelps No you can't. Your back office have already enough employees who does not know how to do their work and duties. Your care team are helpless, escalating to useless supervisors and managers. Your engineers does not know how to fix provisioning issues. That's why it's the worst.

@RogersHelps internet completely out in L4N postal code, Barrie ON. Any idea on resolution? I work from home and have an all-day workshop to run in 30 minutes, that's going to be an expensive day of tethering from my phone.
