Now when I talk into my remote and ask it to go to channel 20 so I can watch CBC News Network, it doesn’t know what to do. No big deal. I can type in 20 but just find it an odd thing to have done.

Amanda (@copperfoxx) reported@RogersHelps Internet via Rogers w Shaw. It’s been an issue since Roger’s took over, doesn’t matter if I try the site, app or with an agent. I use visa debit. It’s only with Shawgers that I have this issue I don’t have an issue with using my card to pay with any other site or service. 1/2

John Tucci (@john_tucci) reported@RogersHelps I’m still on hold as I’m typing this. The WiFi is bad at the front of the house even though we have the router right in the middle of our house. My Google camera is constantly losing connection and my daughter is always looking for a different place in the house for WiFi Pods?
