  @AboutRogers @RogersHelps Blaming a vendor for your lack of testing and poor design (SPOF) is wrong, the buck stops with you. Also, this was not "intermittent" or "some" as everyone I know has been without service for nearly 12 hours now.

Call it what it really is. I‘m expecting a large rebate for the 4 lines and data I pay a fortune for! You‘ve broken our contract
