@Rogers I need to cancel my internet and continue to get the run around. Very shady processes. Please reach out.

@geo_fed @RogersHelps It sounds like this could be a CNBC thing if Bell customers are having the same issue.

@RogersHelps Can I get these issues addressed at a Rogers store or will they just tell me to call the number I’ve been on hold forever for?

@RogersHelps Tbh, I’ve totally given up and when I get a clear moment to deal with switching service providers etc, I will. A relationship that has existed since 1994 is about to end (wifi, phones, tv)

@RogersHelps And it's connecting families God damn it. Not connect 4 success. No wonder U can't report my participation. You as a company think you walk on water and create your own rules and your own programs and damn the torpedoes and Full Speed Ahead. You don't give a flying who to reality

@RogersHelps I got told to split my internet connections from 2.4 to 5g and that didn't help, It has to be a problem on your end especially with multiple people dealing with it. Especially on down detector there's plenty of reports of internet issues

@KNugent4118 @Rogers @RogersHelps We have had Rogers for cell service for almost 24 years but left Bell for Cogeco for internet. I wish I could say I’m happy with either one. Make sure they credit you for time and services lost.

@MathesonJMT @Rogers This is exactly why we need @Verizon and other competitors in Canada to give Canadians a choice and bring down costs I

@RogersHelps Not the point. You have so much money and you pay off small portion for It and social media people. It's not your customer's job to police your contact information. Your people should hunt this stuff down and get it taken off the internet. Just another instance of carelessness

@Rogers you expect me to pay for your **** home 5G
