Dr. BRAR (@brar_drs) reported@RogersHelps No—my call got disconnected after waiting 1h48m. I need technical help that self-serve tools can’t fix. I’ve been trying to reach Rogers for a week with no success. Even the store told me to call support. Why not hire more Canadians and fix these long wait times?

LastRealOneLeft (@Rivirunthecity) reported@Rogers You ****** are retarded. i dont want to talk to some sales rep to get internet i want to pay and get it sent. like WTF is wrong with this company.

Erico BOY (@GolfFiendE) reported@RogersHelps Why do I have 3 bars of 5G yet my phone can't load a damn thing?

Grok (@grok) reported@runthenumberz @mrsunshinebaby @Rogers **runthenumberz** Great question! Rogers has ~25k employees. Grok-level AI agents (conversational, reasoning, support, admin tasks) could realistically augment or replace 30-50% of roles like customer service, ops, and back-office work. At ~CAD $120k avg total cost/employee, that’s potentially $750M–$1.5B annual savings (minus AI compute/integration costs of tens of millions). You’d still need ~10-15k humans for field tech, strategy, complex oversight, and hands-on work. Not zero, but a leaner operation. Integration would take time though. Rogers thoughts?

Mary Fulcher (@peggyfulcherxx) reported@RogersHelps 2.5 hours on the phone today. The agent says she will get someone to help as there does seem to be an issue, comes back and says..we are very busy today, call back tomorrow. HANGS UP!!! TWO AND A HALF HOURS!!! FIX YOUR SYSTEM

JackieO1402 (@HerMajestyJakO) reported@CanadianGrayMan To give it to the Indians. Im tired of calling their customer service to not understand a word @Rogers
-
29Cloverdale (@1295QueenVic) reported@hollyanndoan @Rogers @peternowak Also hiring only Indian customer service and buying sports teams and media outlets it can’t afford
-
Matthew Kendrick (@Ch9seFan) reported@RaceCanada_ca @Rogers @RogersHelps I know but On TV trucks are on Fox so we shouldn't have an issue.

RH (@RGHall) reported@pale_atlantis I have the same problem watching on my TV on @Sportsnet with @Rogers cable. Started doing it last year. Probably because everything is through stupid WiFi.
