@DossierCom @Rogers No, in 1995 you had dial-up, this was the 1980s. Also, this happens often, which Cloudflare just experienced a few weeks back and took out a huge chunk of the Internet. Bad firmware that breaks the ability to roll back, requiring manual intervention per router.

  • lLoveLatinas Nando (@lLoveLatinas) reported

@RogersHelps wifi is back but is so bad cant watch anything without it freezing

  • femifil Olufemi ELUSOGBON (@femifil) reported

@tholudee @RogersHelps I only moved from #Bell 2 weeks ago. My first 14days experience is nothing short of epic!!! By far the worse customer service I have ever experienced! #shambolic 🤯

  • NicoleC954 Nicole Clarke (@NicoleC954) reported from Toronto, Ontario

@RogersHelps I do not have service. All four services are not working. When will this be rectified?UGGGH

  • RobertJohnRooke Robert Rooke (@RobertJohnRooke) reported

@RogersHelps @Rogers welp waited 3 hours for live support chat cause can't upload files. And of course "reboot your router" by the time I rebooted and came back chat had ended. Guess I'm waiting another 3 hours....awesome. 195k files to upload for a US based client by Monday.

@RogersHelps you need to fix the internet service still its very choppy and it takes forever to load things you guys have been nothing but trouble for a company that makes a lot of money this isthe lasttime i will give you guys a chance if this happens again im looking elsewhere

  • AmandaRisser1 Amanda Risser -- Canadian. 43 years old. (@AmandaRisser1) reported from Toronto, Ontario

Why didn't @Rogers send an emergency text(s) when services went down? Why don't they sell SIM cards from other service providers to use during an emergency like what travellers can buy on airplanes? Is it unsafe to buy these from @amazon and not your service provider?

  • chiveon123 Mr James (@chiveon123) reported

@JGoldberg12 I wouldn’t know because my @Rogers Ignite T.V is still not working!!! 💩😔💩😔💩. Although maybe that’s a good thing.

  • WooSquatch NurdyTsundere (@WooSquatch) reported

So @Rogers services go down countrywide within a handful of days following a merger deal with Shaw being publicly known? Coincidence? I think not. Obviously people don't want Rogers to buyout Shae. Then a deeper deal gets cut to undermine Canadian sentiment and opinions.

@dm_tats @Rogers This can ((((happen to any service OFMG))))
