@RogersHelps every.single.time I try to contact customer service, wait on hold for 30+ minutes, and then I am hung up on. It just happened again. This is irritating. With such high wait times, why I am given no callback options? Live Chat is not great either.

Just experienced the WORST customer service @Rogers @RogersHelps . My bill is more than $400 over what it should be because they say equipment wasn’t returned (this is after waiting more than 3.5 hours on hold). 1/n
