    @rogers/ @RogersHelps ? Lol ROBERS. Has an offer, but doesn’t honour it when I go to process it. 🙃 unreal. Truly the worst company. PLUS expecting people to buy a new phone, wait 6 weeks to get the new phone, but give the old phone back in 30 days? Logic?????

    @DevDesigns_ @Rogers Internet companies anymore really don't care about anyone as long as they get their money at the end of the day. Trust me I had perfect internet about 3 months ago until it started going to **** and I have to upgrade to another plan because of it.

    @Rogers Now I know they have better plans on the top shelf. I've been their customer for decades and "pay more" is the best they can do. So I guess I'm asking any mutuals in toronto, whats your plan? who are you with? Bell? Telus? Fido? Koodo? etc?

    @RogersHelps I finally got a hold of a customer service agent and he just transferred my call without getting my permission frome. I was on hold for 2+ hours and I suspect it will be another hour before I can talk to someone. Your customer service is some of the worst ever!

    @Rogers still hasn’t credited me for a month of horrible phone service due to a damaged cel tower on my area. Once again we have to waste time doing work for issues they caused. @CRTCeng why do you let the oligopolies continue to fleece us?

    3rd day in the row getting less than 1mb/s upload speed. I am paying for @rogers 1Gb/s plan this has been an issue for months and they deny to fix it or refund me my money. How is this even fair lol. I have been paying $140 a month from last 3 years. TOP LEVEL CUSTOMER SERVICE.

    @RogersHelps Watching FIFA.. waited 4 years…who ever is the Moron at Rogers Cable who decided it is a good time to interrupt the game ( France vs.Denmark) and do 30 minute update….. unbelievable… just seriously can’t believe..
