@Rogers what's up with your super fast TV that doesn't work. It's been terrible all day. Another service outage or what?

@Rogers It has been 2+ months that I've had an open ticket because of internet issues. After not hearing anything for weeks I tried to call. Hour and 10 mins to talk to someone. Is there any point in me even wasting my energy trying to get this fixed? Or should I call @Bell ?

@RogersHelps @ssstephaaanieee No they haven't...sending someone between now and Thursday is not a resolution! I work from home needing internet. Who's paying for my lost wages certainly not you. Daughter does online school. Waiting 6 plus hours on phone all day , paying connection fee. Absolutely absurd!

So basically **** @rogers and **** @RyersonU for not having a backbone, and licking their boots over funding. Suzanne Rogers tries to give the world the illusion of philanthropy while she is batch let praising, enabling, and befriending the exact opposite of her “values”

@RogersHelps Yes and I understand it’s not the people I spoke to fault, but by Wednesday that will be 5 days without service. Something needs to be more efficient.

@Rogers @RogersHelps you suck. Service has been down since yesterday at 3pm and no tech can come until Wednesday 4-6. Was originally told it was a service outage and it wasn’t. Absolutely ridiculous. This may be the push we need to leave Rogers.

@RogersHelps "If you want to temporarily disconnect all your telephone services and suspend your billing while retaining your telephone number, you can subscribe to the Seasonal Suspension service by contacting us and requesting Rogers Home Phone Account Changes." Really?
