    @RogersHelps i have called/DM'd in the past you either blatantly lie & won't admit to service disruptions or are so utterly incompetent you are unaware of them. meanwhile, they are happening on regular basis. I have no intention of wasting my time with non-help help.

    @Rogers what is your 'vacation blackout'? Isn't it the same as any other time of year in terms of covering vacations? Only some employees must work it? Which ones? Just saw this on your online job application.

    .@RogersHelps I can’t believe I’ve had to call #Rogers more than 5 times in last 2 weeks. Service has been terrible I my area. I’m tired of waiting long times to get to help. No one is fixing our problem.

    @Rogers thanks for making it really diffcult to return a #UpfrontEdge phone, nothing to do with covid regulations just your very stupid policy with Purolator... should be able to hand it to a rogers wireless location....
