@RogersHelps had 4 reps tell me there was an outage when in reality my neighbours had their wifi working the whole time. Escalation needed asap as I haven’t had internet all day.

@RogersHelps Look at that still having network issues. Called in and complained and they looked at the area and what do you know...network issues for the entire area.

@Rogers you guys needs to train the costumer service better, we got a phone call with a promotion to increase our data on our family plan and I had the international plan as well and now I owe this bs of company more then 700 because the costumer representative never told us
