Why didn't @Rogers send an emergency text(s) when services went down? Why don't they sell SIM cards from other service providers to use during an emergency like what travellers can buy on airplanes? Is it unsafe to buy these from @amazon and not your service provider?

After this weekend I’m so very proud to be a “**** @Rogers” household. In 2018 an employee was using consumer accts to funnel free phones out be to sold outside of Rogers. My acct had 18 phones funnelled through it. Had I not checked into an exorbitant bill, I’d never had known.

My bf, a few kms away, & at least one neighbour, are STILL without wifi. Since Friday. It’s Tuesday. How is @Rogers still in business? Why haven’t telecoms companies made agreements w/each other to ensure service during outages-it works for travel, why not at home?? It’s 2022.

@Rogers @RogersHelps Mine is okay (for now), but went down again yesterday. I am with @TekSavvyNetwork but it's been horrible in 2021 which is really tough working from home. I've missed a few meetings because it's gone down 5 or 6 times.

@RogersHelps @Rogers Intermittent and some. Biggest understatement of the year unless by intermittent you mean it going on and off service once every 5 seconds. And by some you mean everyone but your support. Maybe you should tell the techs to stop flipping the light switches in the towers
