As a result, bad actors are calling clients as if from a major provider and HAVE enough client details to make people believe it’s a legit call.   @RogersHelps @MerileeToo When you call there is no option for email support and the AI cant figure ot out, then just keeps repeating. Then I just selected internet and then get told there are higher then normal call volumes and to call back and then it hangs up
