@CBCToronto How about the media report for what it actually is, it’s not intermittent service interruptions, it’s been down since 1am and @RogersHelps had said very little to let the millions of people know when they can expect this nationwide outage will be fixed.

It'd be nice if @RogersHelps put out a proper tweet about it instead of telling everyone to DM their issues (and then saying to just reboot the phone - did that before looking for answers)
