After being a customer for almost a decade and now months of poor customer service, total lack of sympathy during a pandemic and numerous price hikes we happily left @TekSavvyCSR and returned home to @Rogers who were helpful, compassionate and professional. #fail

@Rogers Nope, I stopped using your service after finding over 6 thousand in extra charges that no one in your billing department could explain, I despise anything with the ROGERS name you're a bunch of crooks and will NEVER touch anything that has to do with ROGERS

Might seem as an overreaction but I’m confident that I will be never using a @Rogers product ever again in my lifetime. I’ve been patient and understanding but you cross a line when you lie and deceive customers. BTW you get ALOT more for the $ from bell..
