My @rogers #Ignite drops constantly. It’s complete garbage. It’s virtually unusable and their service agent is just as disfunctional as their bandwidth.

@Rogers Internet has been out all day. Get an automated message that it is fixed. It isn't. Wait for hours to get help & then ... I'm asked if I want a transcript of my call emailed to me ... I DON'T HAVE EMAIL BECAUSE MY INTERNET IS DOWN. Really, really, really bad service.

I just want to cancel my @Rogers internet service. Can't do it online, have to call. Wait times are an hour and a half to two hours. How is this acceptable ?

@RogersHelps @YSB_YGK_YOW_YXU Why don’t you guys wanna compete w/ bell and Telus. I am working on switching so I can have my iPhone 14 pro max and watch ultra on the same network. Super disappointed.
