@RogersHelps @keeinziie Why does @RogersHelps continue to toe the line that service has restored to most customers? I'm 3 days w/o internet & have a spotty LTE connection. My friends & family with Rogers saying the same - there's been no communication updates. When will service be restored? PM sent.

@ezralevant Our internet and debit machines were down all day long. I had no idea that it was Rogers our ATM's were somehow run by.. --- @Rogers Not making good by Canadians for the stress and serious inconvenience I'm sure they caused to many people's lives.

@RogersHelps Do you have an update on when ignite tv will be working properly in L5N area? It’s still choppy & the internet is also running a little slow when trying to watch the LiveTv app in iPads. All I see is you saying everything is resolved & working when it’s clearly not.

@rogers @RogersHelps #rogersoutage getting no response from Rogers and no support. Allegedly the “vast majority” are restored yet my internet is still down. Day 3. Not even a response to a tweet. I get things go wrong—what matters is the response. #notacceptable.

The way my internet was "restored" yesterday morning but it's still so spotty that I don't know if I can work on Monday. Because of an outage on FRIDAY. There is nothing @Rogers is going to do that will make any of this okay!

@AboutRogers @Rogers a hour later after my internet came back on. it stopped for 5 minutes and messed up my xbox and it’s been a day now and my xbox is still messed up and if it’s still not working in the next 2 days I’m sadly probably going to have to get a new xbox
