    @RogersHelps Absolutely the worst customer service experience ever. I have been trying to report an issue for over 18 hours. Rogers support web site does not list my area as having a problem. I just can't get a hold of anyone. 20yr multi service Roger's customer moving on to a competitor.

    @RogersHelps Total blackout for internet & cable for a day now. Is someone working on restoring it. Why is there no communication from Rogers letting customers know what is going on, so unprofessional. Using all data on my cell through Chatr to see what is going on. No news about it. 😠😠
