    @RogersHelps For **** sake @Rogers get it together. Over 24hrs and still no internet. Tired of having to ration my data to avoid paying extra despite already having paid for a fully functional home internet.probably gonna switch to Bell on my home internet as well. You guys are just pathetic.

    @RogersHelps Are you accepting invoices for sales lost because of the outage? Why didn't redundant network system kick in? Do you have one? A parallel system to take over if the main goes down? Seems pretty basic security for a huge monopoly that overcharges its customers on a daily basis.

    @RogersHelps man our tvs are still not functioning properly even after a full reset of all ignite boxes. Is there seriously still issues? Tv keeps freezing, going black, or stuttering sound!

    @carollou72 @RogersHelps @Rogers Ya mine does the same...they still have network issues, the help desk just tells you to reboot the boxes, they have no idea of what is going on....funny they never miss sending the bills each month, keep removing channels and price keeps going up....

    Hi everyone! So I am still without internet thanks to @Rogers and am coming up on 36 hours without service. I’m not a Rogers customer, but the ISP I use uses Rogers lines. I can’t stream until Rogers gets their 💩 together. So I may have to cancel stream AGAIN tonight too.
