@RogersHelps I have literally been on hold with you clowns for 6+FREAKIN hours. When I finally got through to an agent she informed me her system is having issues so there will be some sporadic delays during the call but the call wouldn't disconnent. She then disconnected. OMG I am livid

I don't care if @Rogers and #Shaw have merged. I would never go with them. I will always stay with @TELUS! Sorry to say but their system sucks I just remember when there was an earthquake or a power outage Telus always worked, the other ones didn't.

@rogers business first time after 3 years had a bad experience with Rogers to process and ship a new sim card and phone,spending more than 3 hrs over phone yet I didn't get any parcel.

@RogersHelps can you explain why my home internet has stopped working 3 times today alone? I’ve had to loose half a days work because I can’t connect to the internet. I also can’t get through to the support chat and the MyRogers app isn’t working. #pleasehelp
