@Rogers I’m on hold with them. It’s been two hours. They have offered to refund me the activation fee. This is the fourth refund for that. 🙄 getting close to twelve hours of dealing with this? Wtf. My concerns go well beyond just my new phone if this is considered acceptable service.

@Rogers I've talked to 2 customer service agents the past 10 days. Things seem to have changed at Rogers, and not for the better. Absolutely ZERO benefits to being a long time customer.

As always can anyone @RogersHelps or anyone that works for Rogers answer a simple question why do I need to call and ask for a deal on cable services? Why do I need to waste a hour out of my life because I have a service with you?
