@RxHavoc @Rogers Spoke to Rogers support. Said there is nothing they csn do and can't issue a refund until it appears on my bill next month.

@nawazkanji @RogersHelps @murray4908 I was in the same boat, finally spoke to a senior manager who said it was a Yahoo issue. Apparently locked a number of accounts who haven’t changed their password in a “long time”. Only “senior tech support managers” can reset the password I was told.
