The discounts and promotions @Rogers is going to have to give from the outage should be amazing - everything should be negotiable over the next 6 months if they want to keep customers.

No cell, TV or internet for 24 hrs. TV still freezing,sound cuts out constantly. Internet is slow/lagging,some sites just won't load. No TV last night. Lost a day's pay on Friday & basically no TV & crap internet since. I want 2 weeks credit minimum!! #rogersoutage #RogersHelps?

@RogersHelps not only is your infrastructure so garbage, your reps are completely clueless to resolving issues, and after being on hold on 3 occassions for 1 hour+, once the rep answers the phone the line disconnects.

Funny thing with @Rogers @RogersHelps is that they will not respect a customer while they are with them. Once you move to a diff provider after a week of back n forth for a better price & call them for disconnection, they try to match or lower than competition. #WastageofTime
