    We’ve had persistent internet issues for weeks. Multiple @RogersBiz technicians to our house, and we’ve been 2x escalated. This new agent gave me a direct line, which sounds good - I get to skip phone menus - but in reality it just means I leave voice mails he never returns.

    So my @Rogers internet for my business is down... again? Still? Does it make a difference. I wish I could charge other businesses to say I was providing a fictional service.

    Understand that without internet, my store can not function currently. @Rogers is not the company you want to work with during this. My internet at my business goes down daily, sometimes for hours at a time. Garbage service. Time to deal with a company that is actually reliable.
