I've been trying to connect with a rep several times and literally been hung up on immediately after someone picked up 4 times so far after waiting on hold .... This is pretty sad customer service. Perhaps look into training your reps a bit better.

I believe your provisioning group needs to make a change to allow wi-fi calling on my line. Why don't you ask them to do that
