I've been trying to connect with a rep several times and literally been hung up on immediately after someone picked up 4 times so far after waiting on hold .... This is pretty sad customer service. Perhaps look into training your reps a bit better.

You guys should really increase it. Even in the states you can get up to over 100gig up and down for less than the price of your highest package.

Bell TV and Rogers Ignite were too complicated for her to use and too expensive. @Rogers says basic is no longer available at her address.

At least let us know what's the problem cause no internet. All call center rep said they had no idea why the area outage still not been fixed.
