Service intermittent all week, worse this morning. Ottawa Glebe neighbour: same problem. Download below 5Mbps isn't unlimited Gigabit service!

That means if you're still having issues connecting to certain sites, or, say, images aren't loading on Discord, you're prevented from fixing the issue!

Captain **** (@CaptainDick12) reported@Rogers sucks. I just spent 3 hours sitting on hold to chat with technical support. I got up to #2 in line when they ended the chat. When I logged back in I was 65th in line. The only thing worse than Rogers is Doug Ford's Health care. Seems like Ford and Rogers are related!

You dont offer remotes at your stores but must be sent to us BY MAIL. You hijack our ability to watch the service you charge through the nose for until the horse and buggy shows up with your remote. @TELUSsupport what say you? Anything better and im yours

Paul Alberstat (@alberstat) reported@RogersHelps Thanks to a wonderful tech that we finally got through to fixed the problem quickly. The aggravation of spending hours on hold to talk to someone however really soured my experience. A simple set up shouldn’t have taken hours with added frustration.
