I've been trying to connect with a rep several times and literally been hung up on immediately after someone picked up 4 times so far after waiting on hold .... This is pretty sad customer service. Perhaps look into training your reps a bit better.

The call got disconnected and I never heard back. Horrible customer service and you can’t blame this on Covid!

That means if you're still having issues connecting to certain sites, or, say, images aren't loading on Discord, you're prevented from fixing the issue!

I hope they actually have people working on it. My neighbour uses rogers, my provider uses rogers - now my long weekend plans are in disarray. An update would help.
