So if I switched my ‘net to @Bell does that mean I could receive paper billing if I cancel a service that is one of your criteria?

I rebooted also and still the same problems .. in no way has Rogers rectified the situation as I can see with other people having the same issue.

Your outage could have cost someone their life. $50 a household isn’t going to even begin to regain my trust in you.
