@BodyguardOne @Rogers @RogersHelps i have used Bell,Telus & Rogers. Bell & Telus were ages ago & always had dropped calls from them and not the best coverage.I respect that these days it could be much better regardless, i have been with Rogers for 20 years + and have had zero issues/barely any reason to call them

@RogersBiz But they never did, they sent me a bill with a charge for the setup, I didn't pay the bill and even activate the sim. But now they sent me a bill for 140 dollars, I tried to sign in but my account also never existed.

@Rogers I came to rogers from bell. I opt premium protection plan.Lost my phone. Likewize took 20 days to accept all my documents. After accepting they said your request is not accepted. been without phone for 20 days and now they are making me fool. Worst service from @Rogers

@Rogers when are you gonna fix the issue with customers who upgraded from 1to1.5 GB. Day 4.5 without internet. Many tickets and calls later and as of Dec 4th 1038am still Nada or ETA. WHY CAN YOU figure out how to add new modem SN to our accounts. This is beyond frustrating.
