    @RogersHelps Good morning. My Gigabit Unlimited service is very slow: Ottawa Glebe, K1S2N4. Reset gateway: slowest results 1.83 Mbps down, 0.004 up, fastest 4.04 down, 4.31 up.

    @RogersHelps Oh dear I'm so sorry, I see to have missed your message today. Twitter needs more bandwidth than your throttled service allows for all customers. I'm hearing grumbles about the some way mobile providers throttle customers. Is there better equality than in a race to the bottom?

    @RogersHelps Last Sunday, service was slow. Tech confirmed issue from head end. Tech attended. Speedtest unchanged. Service intermittent all week, worse this morning. Ottawa Glebe neighbour: same problem. Download below 5Mbps isn't unlimited Gigabit service!
