@Rogers what could be more frustrating than dumping money into an iPhone 12 Pro “5G” and never get 5G, in fact I’m barely getting LTE. called you guys, you couldn’t figure it out, sending me a new SIM card…what does the customer get for such inconvenience?

@RogersHelps Hi. The internet is down since this morning. The pods were offline, thr devices dont connect to the router's wifi- seems like an authentication problem. Rebooted the modem, everything worked for about 20 mins & same problem again.

@RogersHelps @TOCam29 From Rogers: It looks you are affected by the tech difficulties we’re experiencing with Ignite WiFi pods connecting to devices. Please don’t reboot the pods or your Gateway at this time. Our tech teams have already been engaged and full service will be restored ASAP.
