ReconzArmorz (@ReconzArmorz) reported@RogersHelps If I was your dad Eric I would kill myself. wtf are u doing with ur life

BatmanAndRobert (@MacDoug1) reported@mikeszeller @Rogers The NEXT box was just plugged into the TV and a cable cord. The Xfinity doesn't work without connecting to Rogers Internet. I already have Bell internet. I'm not paying for a 2nd internet connection just to watch TV. That just seems like a cash-grab for cable-users only.

ReconzArmorz (@ReconzArmorz) reportedI need to switch cell phone carrier asap @Rogers literally only hires retards. A charitable endeavor but annoying af when u want to get stuff done. these donkeys have no problem charging my card but as soon as i want to access my account to look at a bill nothing ******* works.
-
Greg Rieben (@gregrieben) reported@RogersHelps yes I do. I'm still on hold. I set up a second mobile service on my account. I transferred the number to the new phone but the old provider (Fido - you/Rogers) does not have any confirmation that the number has been transferred to a new service provider.

Brian Kusiewicz (@BKOttawa) reported@RogersHelps It was tied to canceling internet and TV services. Charging $745.80 after 20+ years as a customer feels excessive, especially when competitors cap these fees far lower. I’m asking Rogers to review this situation and provide a fair resolution for a long-time customer.

Laura Zacharuk (@lzack) reported@Rogers day 4 still no internet. No one can seem to figure out the issue.
-
✡Lauren Jacobs✡ (@laurenrjacobs) reported@RogersHelps But it's not a new service and it literally says I can get it via live chat at the link I shared. I'm keeping the same sim card and putting it into a new device and changing my plan, much like if I bought a new phone and wanted a new plan. This is so frustrating.

Jennifer Vargen (@jennvargg) reported@RogersHelps It’s insane. All the call centre people have such thick accents, you cannot even understand them!!! Shameful to not support Canada and have call centers in India. Nothing resolved. 1 hr on hold each time

MyPilot .Online (@MyPilotOnline) reportedBEWARE: @Rogers will sign you up for a month to month but tell you you’re on a full contract when you cancel, then instead of rectifying the issue they will charge your account over $600. Buyer beware,
