Just a couple months ago I had this issue, figured it out and it was okay. I tried myrogers, Shaw, both apps. I think im too old for this.

travisrenney (@travisrenney) reported@RogersHelps Staff more agents to answer the call volume. Having hold time longer than a few minutes is awful. Imagine you are at the grocery store or the bank and the cashier line is an hour long. Are you going to come back to that store. Are you going to be angry when it’s your turn.

The poor guy on the phone did everything he could to fix it, but like times previous, it failed. Now we have to go through the same routine on the phone, to get what we should have in the first place, a visit from a tech to replace the box!!! Rogers makes it as DIFFICULT AND TIME CONSUMING AS POSSIBLE to get service..why don't you have a call back feature? This is 2026, you're a communicatins company..I don't get it.

jassully (@jassully1) reported@RogersHelps Spent almost two hours between your chat and call center because I thought that my account had been compromised. Everything seems okay but a lot of damage can be done in two hours. I miss Shaw so much.
