Any tips on how to cancel home internet and home phone with Rogers? I keep sitting on hold via chat and phone only to find out that no one is authorized to cancel. @RogersHelps has advised me to phone the same generic number again. Has anyone had success with cancelling?

@Rogers still no internet in #aurora I already have a ticket opened through AskAnna Why does @CRTCeng prop up this horrible ilec/clec system? Given the prices we pay, we should have some of the best Internet access in the world. Sadly, this is not the case.

Rogers should change their tagline to 🇨🇦 most unreliable service. Spent hours on hold each day to get a different explanation each time from reps & now hear that the last 3 days w/o service is due to scheduled maintenance and will continue until Jan 15. Unacceptable @RogersHelps

@Rogers East York has been invaded, by #Bell trucks switching everyone over from you to Bell. Weeks and weeks of intermittent service have all all leaving in droves. #badservice #noservice

@Rogers Intermitent WiFi outages for the 12th day in a row. Impossible to work from home - but office is closed. Nothing being done to help cure the actual issue. Multiple service visits of nothing.
