    @PrimusHelps @RogersHelps my friend was on hold for 3 hours waiting to get the modem working only to find out @rogers didn't get the ticket. Was told will take an 1hr to be contacted and nothing yet & it's been HOURS. Going on a week w/ no internet! Unacceptable service.

    @ArcMichaell @Rogers better camera than the XR. Same screen resolution. Better battery than XR. Unless you really need 5G. the 11 is cheaper than the 12

    Hey @RogersHelps your service sucks! Just viewed the mess at my parents house. You should be embarrassed treating elderly the way you did. This hatchet job by your tech is unbelievable! Still no service and such a mess. Fix it! #poorservice

    @ETECSA_Cuba come on guys get your act together. I am trying to do some work in Cuba. I use Rogers and Telus. Both phones are down AGAIN. This is ridiculous and @Rogers and @TELUSsupport say it is on your end AGAIN.
