    @RogersHelps Can you confirm there are still internet lag issues causing issues w/wi-fi, Ignite TV, etc. in the Kitchener area? Please give updates, remember the 3 'C's of Crisis Management - Communicate, Communicate Communicate!! Very frustrating that your org doesn't get this!!
