Shawn Tock (@TockShawn) reported@RogersHelps @rogers: 15 hours with no internet, using my @telus phone as a hotspot. At 8 am, you said it'd take 4 hours to fix. Then 4-6 hours. Then the Rogers outage page kept extending the resolution time by an hour. Now an agent told me 24 hours. WTF? Unacceptable.

Queen Mare (@queenmare1) reported@lynnmercereau That is outrageous. A multi-billion $$ corporation squeezing the lifeblood out of a loyal customer. How very compassionate of you @Rogers Despicable. Hate to hear situations like this.

Gun Gnome (@GunGnome) reported@Battleship63 @Rogers Starlink would be better, yeah. As much as I'm annoyed with this 5G unit having frequent service interruptions I have to give it credit for being inexpensive. It's only $40 a month. It's also convenient because it's relatively small and I can take it anywhere with me.

T (@Krommsan) reported@GunGnome @Rogers Drop your phone back down to LTE. Better data frequency rates at a distance vs 5G.

Atomic Sh0cKer (@AtomicSh0cker) reported@1CanadianPilot @GunGnome @Rogers If you don’t have fiber Starlink rocks. But expensive! Also goes down in storms
-

Lee (@ThreeStarPet) reported@RogersHelps I figured it was a scam since the email and text message they promised never materialized! Thanks!
