@RogersHelps My dad died on Jan.8. Called to cancel & close his account. An agent said she cancelled everything. Returned the equipment. His account is still active and being billed. Spoke to 8 agents in the past 48 hrs, nothing done. All lies!!!!

Umm @RogersHelps have you guys ever considered a customer certification course, so that if there are issues, & customers are competent, we don't need to unplug everything, put a paper bag over our head & cluck like a chicken before we can get the call escalated? So Frustrating.

Did everything possible on my end. DM'd @Rogers about my internet instability. I hope they can reset a connection on their end and fix something. Idk they've done it before lmao. Though my parents are getting frustrated with how often we need to do this
