    @RogersHelps No. That was not my question: Why, because I pay for your internet AND I’m under 65 years of age is the option to receive paper billing removed? So if I switched my ‘net to @Bell does that mean I could receive paper billing if I cancel a service that is one of your criteria?

    @Rogers @RogersHelps you need to do something to help the customer solve their problem not only extend the estimate restore time. At least let us know what's the problem cause no internet. All call center rep said they had no idea why the area outage still not been fixed.

    19 hrs without internet, 6 calls to @Rogers, disconnected once after I was waiting for 45 min. Now a technician was sent to the wrong address & apparently that’s my problem and I need to reschedule. Wth Rogers? Is your business model wait for customers to go into rage b4 you help

    @Rogers Actually I talked with Iran, however, my account has exceeded the credit limit.I have tried to take support from your technical support team, billing service and waiting for a solution on the phone up to 2 hours useless. If I had known this is not free, It could have been averted

    @RogersHelps The guy spoke too quickly and there were so many numbers. He finally understood my one credit. He was going to further complicate things by saying I got it and didn't get another one when it was the opposite for Jul 8 outage. Mayby in 2 months my bill will be fixed and normal.
