@retsbewm @TELUS @Bell @RogersHelps Telus has same coverage as Bell/Rogers off the Trans Canada (done speed tests on my moms Telus phone) and in Brandon Telus has better service

@RogersHelps I also used the live chat the last folk was really rude & I found them very unprofessional, in hurry & make me feel doesn’t even chat. Invest in better customer service is the secret to be in the competitive market

Been with @koodo for 8 years. Think I may be switching to Rogers because of worsening issues loading webpages even when at 4 bars and LTE+. Also can hopefully get same deal my friend from work got through our work perks with @Rogers that I don't think Koodo can match.

@Jutedd1 @Rogers Rogers is so **** LMAOOO they made me wait 5 months and didn’t deliver my first phone and the second phone just took me off the reservation so gave up n went thru Apple. Rogers is so useless 😭

@Rogers Retirement allows me to stay “ON HOLD” rounding 2 hours 40 minutes, this treatment after asking to speak to a supervisor….unbelievable….That’s quite the customer service!!!

So, power goes out @Yonge and Eglinton, Toronto Hydro restores service in 20 minutes, an hour later still no internet or tv on @rogers. Strangely my cell service with @bellcanada works fine. Thanks again guys, it’s getting real boring. #rogersoutage #rogers

Rogers never fails to screw up. 9 hours of calls to downspin and then instead of changing the cell plan they killed the whole line! Agent says a few mins and takes over an hour to do nothing. @RogersHelps your service is disgraceful
