    @RogersHelps Hour 23 of no internet or tv due to a fire for lines that need to be fixed above ground is absurd! This fix shouldn't be so long and shouldn't need 6 crews onsite. It's only a matter of replacing a cable. This is outrageous and Rogers is the only one accountable now!!

    @RogersHelps 10pm estimated time of service restoration. Almost 24 hours. Maybe time to invest in some redundancies. Almost 24 hours, if restored when estimated.
