@RogersHelps Thank you for your response. Other then wasting my time on hold on the phone to get an update, is there a certain website I can go to to see a map of the outage areas and a time line on what's happening and when it will be fixed?

  • mishel24 Mich (@mishel24) reported

@RogersHelps Then why send me a text offering me data and then charging me $20 for something not working. I’ll be calling for a refund on that

  • Loopylisa6 Lisa Ward (@Loopylisa6) reported

@RogersHelps That is the worst map I've ever seen. Even the power companies have maps to show where an outage is. Do you know how big the Atlantic region is? How would anyone know of something is fixed if you are only looking at a region and not a tow/city.

@alfweb2490 @RogersHelps Honestly I was a long time Rogers customer and made the switch to Telus mobility in 2018. Best decision I ever made. I have not had any issues between reception to customer service. Rogers for me has always been lacking customer service. They say they care, but do you really ?

@AboutRogers @Rogers I feel like a beggar being a rogers customer. I have to beg my friends to use their personal hotspot because Rogers cant get their **** together. Please restore the Internet in Charlottetown. Change your tag line to “Canada’s worst Network”
