@gilloism @Rogers I thought the whole idea of the internet ("inter-network") was to have multiple paths and redundant routers so that there was no single point of failure that could bring down the network.

@Rogers Stupidity at it highest peak. You should learn from other developing countries communication network system. And by the way nothing has been restored to majority costumers in Alberta. So keep lie by yourself .

Thank you @Rogers for completing screwing me over!! A mistake YOU made and now I have to pay an extra $25 a month for the remainder of my contract the next 2 years and you tell me there’s nothing you can do about it now???? Never been so pissed off

@Zach_Fleisher @RogersHelps I'd also accept an explanation of the massive outage that didn't simply shift the blame onto a software vendor, what they'll do differently in future etc, but two bucks is fine i guess

@RogersHelps currently in Fredericton where I have 1 bar of service. When I go home, north of the city I have zero bars. I typically have full service in both places...
