    @RogersHelps Hello, Thank you for such a quick response :) Sadly u r either wrong or I'm describing things incorrectly. When I click "sign in" it doesn't actually login, instead it kicks me into my browser. Even if I sign in via browser going back 2 the app still only shows the "sign in" page

    @RogersHelps spent hours with Rogers tech support. They tell me my modem is broke. Then magically everything started working again last night for about 5 hours. Now it's not. Admit u have an outage in Atlantic Canada. Ur organization is dishonest. Ur tech support sucks. Liars.

    @RogersHelps why am I being bounced around to three different departments for each of them to tell me I only have internet on my account yet I clearly have cable and it was supposed to be transferred. And nobody can help me. Ridiculous and stress-inducing.

    @RogersHelps Sounds good. Also do u mean it's supposed 2 automatically redirect back 2 the app from the browser? If yes it might be an issue w/ my chosen default browser (opera). I should've thot of the reinstall "trick". I'll give that a try. If it does/doesn't wrk I'll let u know. Thank you
