    @RogersHelps joining in Since Saturday ...still no phone, no internet,no ignite, no wifi, no tv. Finally got a live person in tech support, all was supposed to be returned by 11:30 pm last night. No call and still no services. Work & volunteer jobs impacted.

    @GameswithGrayce @TekSavvyCSR @Rogers They are, its just ridiculous at this point, I know the storm was bad, like real bad, but they had crews come up from other areas to help apparently and its still down....

    @RogersHelps “Canada’s most reliable network” That was put to the test - FAIL. Also they won’t offer additional high speed data as compensation while they are offline, I asked.

    @RogersHelps I have tried phoning @RogersHelps , DM, Anna, checking power outage status, etc etc and still no answers from @RogersHelps. I just want to have an estimate time and/or date!

    @RogersHelps @Eyespyaniceass How much compensation are you providing customers for your lack of service provision. Down 4 days now, You can’t expect anyone to pay a penny for services they didn’t receive

    Dear @RogersHelps just some advice, as I feel the concept of people working from home must still be new…internet connectivity is vital to this concept, and if you know you’re “testing” or “working” on it, you should let us know it’s going down. So embarrassing to drop on clients
