@Rogers has the worst wait time if you want to get a hold of someone regarding your services. Trying a getting hold of these guys for my mom's account. 30min waiting on the phone. Good thing I canceled my cable with these guys. Time to hire more people!

@RogersHelps was just on hold for 27 min waiting for “Abbi” get me details on my 5 month long issues then bam hangs up. I best be getting a call back what do we do when disconnects I can’t have to start over they clearly had my details

@Rogers I’ve received a call back after 2 hours wait. When I got the call back the agent transferred me to twice. It’s going on an hour now. This is my second attempt at getting service this week. Our cable isn’t working. I’m still paying tho… surely you guys can improve ?
