    Between @TekSavvyCSR and @Rogers who do I blame for my internet being down for over a week now. They point the finger at each other while the paying customer suffers. Yet, if I turn off my CC so they can't take more money for said service, I'd be in the wrong.

    @pale_atlantis I have the same problem watching on my TV on @Sportsnet with @Rogers cable. Started doing it last year. Probably because everything is through stupid WiFi.

    @Rogers Then I’m told to call back in 2–3 hours—no option for a callback either. Paying premium prices, but this definitely isn’t premium service. @Bell be seeing a new customer in the near future

    @Rogers $110 Pro Install add-on. Lol. The dude highjacked my Xplore fibre and just re-provisioned it on the network. I'm a former cable guy and had my Cat6 already setup and just needed buddy to provision and leave. Also salesman said no fee. Robbers, I mean Rogers at it again

    @MapleLeafs @Rogers Why am I being served by Indians when reaching service desk? Do I live in fking India or Canada? Do I pay you scumbags in Indian money or Canadian? People should just start canceling their contracts. This is outrageous to be served by Indians as a Canadian paying customer

    @AkquireMike @Rogers @CRTCeng You are not the only one they have done this too. Poorest service quality and security in Canada. I spent 6 hours online fixing with Rogers with minimum resolution.
