@Rogers Yesterday I got a call from your customer winback team (from 7x powered) and they offered me a good deal. I asked them to call me today but hadn't received a call from their side. Is there anyway you can connect me with them?

  • mansaeliguin Marianne Allyssa Nadine (@mansaeliguin) reported

@Rogers Canada's moat reliable network? Then, why'd you use our neighbours line for us to get a connection of your internet? 😑 Most of the day, the connection is down.

@RogersHelps It happens every day I'm at work, has for years. It's been reported repeatedly to no avail. Hasn't changed, probably never will. Bell works geat here though, according to coworkers. So we'll see what happens when my contract is up next month.

@RogersHelps It makes for an absolutely HORRIBLE experience, and I know for a fact that ya'll script heavily with your software, almost excessively where your agents have no agency or power to actually do anything that take the brunt of customers frustrated by your hostile practices.

@rogers @rogershelps Can you please explain why I am required to pay for cell phone service yet your service goes not work for the last month and a half in picton? I’ve spent hours on the phone and ready to pull my long standing business forever. Your service has hit the toilet

@JimBoblif @RogersHelps @Speedtest Funny how that works, are you on their regular service or the ignite tv crap?
