Why is it that anytime you call @Rogers customer service, the wait time to talk to someone is at least an hour...

  • aesthetic_imp Maria (@aesthetic_imp) reported

@RogersHelps Does your internet ever actually work? Its been down so often, I'm getting pressure into switching to your competitor (you know who). And I really don't feel like investing ONCE AGAIN which company is the shiniest of two turds!

  • KF_Kadri43 Kyle (@KF_Kadri43) reported

Everyone, please, for the love of all things good, DO NOT GO WITH @Rogers.... Fraud company. My bill started at $128/month, somehow jumped to $202. Trying to cancel all my services and the chat window just closes randomly. Stay clear!!!!!!

  • To24434141 To (@To24434141) reported

@RogersHelps Hi, I am still having issues hearing people when I’m on a cellular call. Any help please?

  • SaraStashick Sara (she/her) (@SaraStashick) reported

Discovered @Rogers signed me up for voice recognition without my permission, now wading thru bureaucracy to confirm they've deleted my illegally obtained voice print. If you're a customer and you care about your right to privacy, you may want to call and check your status.

  • apetrigs Amanda Petriglia (@apetrigs) reported

@RogersHelps Hi there. I just received a voicemail saying someone requested my services to be cancelled, and to call back. Is this legit - i.e. something you call about - or a phishing scam? (P.S. I made no such request to cancel.)

  • Tk_Mj02 Tk Mj (@Tk_Mj02) reported

@RogersHelps the internet is not working at all and I have work that needs to be done and I can only do that work if I have internet I have tried resetting. What should I do?

  • yurkshirelad YurkshireLad (@yurkshirelad) reported

@RogersHelps You've failed to fix this in 11+ months so I'm not wasting my time going through the same old conversation.

  • BrandoMeddy Brando out the BANDO (@BrandoMeddy) reported

Wow can’t believe the way @RogersBiz customer service is talking to my girlfriend right now.

  • yurkshirelad YurkshireLad (@yurkshirelad) reported

@RogersHelps I've given up thinking you can fix it without digging up the local infrastructure.
