    @RogersHelps @LJW61 You point to the outage page that shares no information or acknowledges there is an outage. My frustration today wasn’t with the outage. It’s with how poorly you handled it and a complete and udder lack of communication

    @Lidsville @Rogers Who ******** is answering calls from unknown numbers in 2026? Absolutely ridiculous.

    @Rogers hey why can't I ever reach an agent in Canada who speaks English, instead of Morocco, Bangladesh etc. where they don't have a clue what they're doing? We pay far too much for mobility plans for this garbage customer service.

    @Rogers @RogersHelps 1 hour 47 min on hold to be told a tech will have to come tomorrow between 4 and 8 pm.... for an issue that's not caused by me. Great service.

    @RogersHelps @Rogers @Shawinfo August 2026... and they're still playing the wrong version!!! On top of that Canadians couldn't watch the Hlinka Gretzky Cup Gold Medal Hockey Game on Saturday without buying a special package, regular cable didn't carry it! How pathetic is that! And channel 159 still SUCKS!!!

  • BucklesandBulls
    Buckles and Bulls Brands Inc. (@BucklesandBulls) reported

    @Rogers why is your cable service crap?

    @krissiepoo72 @Rogers Correction. It's not a "customer service line". It's a "customer avoidance line".
