@RogersHelps Still no Internet or TV almost 2 days later. No updates on what the problem is, when it will be fixed or what will be done to ensure it doesn't happen again. Great job!

  • CutajarPs Jennifer Cutajar-Cini - Carberry PS (1490) (@CutajarPs) reported

@RogersHelps @RogersHelps - Rogers Ignite, PVR and home internet are still not back up to what they previously were? Very shotty, cutting in and out, or messages such as can’t connect to network etc keep coming up. Rogers you really need to do better.

@RogersHelps @AboutRogers Mine returned and now went down again! What u kidding? 🤬

  • ElleMCB1 Elle M CB (@ElleMCB1) reported

@birgitomo @Rogers I work in a unit which requires staff to be on call for emergencies; we carry pagers with switchboard calling cell phone as backup. Management found a work-around for no service issues but if outage had happened in the “off hours,” lives could have been at risk. We need a plan B.

  • brendamorton4 brenda morton (@brendamorton4) reported

@RogersHelps @Rogers It's now Saturday night and my rogers TV still doesn't work. What gives??

  • tjbarks Tom Barker 🇺🇦 (@tjbarks) reported

  • RobDash6 The Beard (@RobDash6) reported

Smh #rogersoutrage my cable is down @RogersBiz

  • ItsJustKylaney ItsJustKylaney (@ItsJustKylaney) reported

@steveslaunwhite @RogersHelps @Vampayakarin Telus is offering $100 credit to anyone switching their mobile service to them. I have moved my cable, landline and internet to Bell and 2 cell phones to Telus. I have danced this dance with Rogers too long. I have my own business and I need a stable and reliable network.

  • ScottAJohnston Scott A. Johnston (@ScottAJohnston) reported

@RogersHelps Saturday night one day after at 10:07pm and Ignite TV is dead, internet is still very spotty with some webites timing out, apps timing out, online banking still timing out. It is awful. Definitely not fully restored.

@MichaelRenePics @Rogers @lil_paradise1 Only sites that support IPv6 will work like google and YouTube. Like me your modem is probably not getting a IPv4 WAN Ip assigned, only an IPv6 WAN address. Until then, limited sites will be available.
