@RogersHelps Spoke to tech support over the phone. Turns out I have to piggy back off of another carrier’s tower because, surprise surprise, your useless towers aren’t cutting it. Bravo.

Just had the most frustrating and disheartening convo with @Rogers. I'll be taking my business over to @TELUS immediately and am insulted that after being a loyal customer for 15+ all you can give me is a $25 bill credit (after spending an hour plus on chat). Thanks for nothing.

@sarnianewstoday And what is Hydro One and every other power utility doing about this other than replacing poles for the next storm to damage? The weather is only getting worse and the only reliable utilities we have are gas, water, and if you aren’t on @Rogers, internet.

@RogersHelps can you please let me know an email or phone number or something where I can have an issue escalated? I’ve been having the same internet issues on and off for 8 years and paying like $250/month for a service that doesn’t consistently work.
