@NonPartisanOne @birgitomo @Rogers You'd think that, because it makes sense until you realize that they are all the same, doesn't matter where you go, I have worked in tech and cust care for these companies and it's same **** different pile.

So... I get that **** happens, but I rely on Wifi-Calling while out of Canada, and the @Rogers outage killed it and it won't let me turn it back on without going off airplane mode and having a mobile data signal, but if I turn it on they charge me $12 for a day of roaming...

So @Rogers's big #nointernet day yesterday was due to a 'routine update'. The one last year, before I became a reluctant customer, was a 'software update'. Do they not know how to update their systems without causing national chaos by now? WTF, Rogers?

@RogersHelps Took 24 hours to figure out an upgrade caused a nationwide outage and then unplug the affected switch/router? Wow your engineers are super smart. Glad your company makes so much money.

@Rogers @RogersHelps internet still down. Have had a solid white light on modem since 4am. Still not working no matter how many resets. How can the vast majority be restored??

@AragonZZ2 @RogersHelps That’s the problem my parents are experiencing too. Shows they want aren’t available on demand and therefore just can’t watch. I respect that there’s been an outage but they can’t be saying service is back if it isn’t fully

@RogersHelps my ignite is on again, but there still seems to be major issues with the cable. Lag in audio and video. Have restarted and reset the hub multiple times. Any suggestions for improving cable or are you still working on that? Thanks!
