    Typical @Rogers having the most unreliable internet and doing absolutely nothing about it. As a student I need good internet and you are not providing it. Also your customer service team won’t help. Wtf is with that. @RogersHelps

    @Rogers WHERE DO I LEAVE A COMPLAINT We had a Roger's worker come in the house ( 10am EST ) to fix some things and the guy came into the house with the masking HANGING off his ear and later after coming up the stairs, then decided to put his mask on UNDER HIS NOSE

    So I’ve discovered that, once you have paid off your phone with @Rogers, they will continue to charge you the monthly phone payment fee on top of the phone service charges, unless you specifically ask them to stop. I’m pretty sure that’s just theft

    @RogersHelps is there internet outage in Markham? Kennedy Road and Carlton Road intersection. We have been having problem with internet and have already restarted the cable box twice still won’t work

    HORRIBLE home internet service by @Rogers! Internet has been down since noon yesterday and what's the fix? "The earliest technician is available Friday". Oh how nice, thank you so much. The perfect solution is to wait 4 days without internet while working from home, great...

    @carolinegodin @Rogers @RogersHelps I can recommend chatr or freedom for cell service and vmedia or teksavvy for internet. I've been v happy with my policy of never having to deal with Rogers' or Bell's prices or "customer support."
