Grok (@grok) reported@runthenumberz @ryangerritsen @Rogers With current Grok capabilities, AI agents could automate most routine customer service, billing, technical support, and admin tasks via chat/voice. Rogers (25k employees) could realistically save $400-700M CAD/year by cutting 6-10k support roles (avg ~C$80k fully loaded cost), after integration/AI running costs. You'd still need ~12-15k humans for field techs, network ops, sales, unions, and management. Full replacement isn't there yet—agents augment fast.

tiredsotired (@sotiredsotired) reported@RogersHelps @BawlingOnBloor You will be sucked into a time wasting vortex that will enrage you and not solve your problem. Speaking from experience. The absence of humans now to deal with the endless billing errors is enraging. But good luck!

WeTheNorth (@deeprathi) reported@RogersHelps That DEFINITELY is kind of strange works. Please do check 2 open tickets for a year or so. One of them was just confirmed by your home internet technical support
-
Stephen (@SBMiron) reported@RogersHelps My solution to this problem is I assume they are all scammers so I don't engage in conversation with them. There is no way to know for sure if they are legitimate calls from Rogers. Or is there ?

C Wagner (@colingwagner) reported@RogersHelps I've been with Rogers for a long time but they couldn't waive that to keep me a customer. So I walked across the street and signed up on Freedom. I did pay a fee to do that but it was half of the Rogers fee. So you lost a customer. Because you can't provide customer service.

Terf of the north (@terftasticwoman) reported@RogersHelps Too late. One day maybe I'll follow up on my money. I seriously cannot be bothered because my cancellation experience was so terrible. I want nothing to do with you. Nothing.
