    @AboutRogers @Rogers Prt 1. My Home Service is not restored. As a CS major with 30+ years exp. with startups to big conglomerates, I know small things may fall through the cracks sometimes despite adhering to best practices, but 2 successive major fowl-ups shows a cultural failure that will repeat.

    @RogersHelps @JocylovesNico No internet in Woodstock, ON. Business internet packages have a 4 hour mean time to repair when down. It's been 2 days.

    @RogersHelps This is a shame and an embarrassing situation, such a calamity has never occurred, being from the UK, I have never heard of such a devistation in UK or in Europe. Perhaps if the work was NOT outsourced or given to people cannot communicate in English.

    @AboutRogers @Rogers Are you aware Ignite TV is not working in Stratford, Ontario? It freezes, cuts out, goes to black screen, and switches to a different channel. Cannot watch anything that’s been previously recorded either. Would be nice to know if you are working on this issue.
