@AreOhEssEyeEe @Rogers Get a billing book made up in your company official letterhead with purchase orders and give it a try. Worst they can do is say no. Send a bill to all of them that wastes your time. Explain in detail why the bill is valid. Maybe a disclaimer in small print on the back.

@AreOhEssEyeEe @SDTheManTheMyth @Rogers $500 bill from them a few years ago on an account that was already cancelled. Many hours on the phone, never resolved issue, they just sent it straight to collections. Refused to pay due to how ridiculous their claim was.

@AreOhEssEyeEe @Rogers Got my ‘no contract’ ‘bring your own phone ‘ service from Fido 10 y ago, still on it (getting my own phone, better deals with more data etc) and haven’t regretted it a bit, sure 50$ a month is 3 time more than I was paying in Europe but better than hidden fees from bell or others

@AreOhEssEyeEe @Rogers They even had a "Lawyer" call me 🤪 Threatening I wouldn't be able to get a loan to get a house or car I already own, paid in full 🤨 I had a Credit Check at the Credit Union about a year later and it never came up.

@RogersHelps I am disgusted at what your company has done to me. You have lost a customer for your employees dishonesty.

@RogersHelps Also why is it when I cancel 2 services you all up the price. So now I'm paying the same price when I had 4 services with you? How is this allowed when we have a Consumer & Competition Body that's suppose to protect consumers?

@Rogers @RogersHelps I have now called 4 times, plus attempted chat once. I've been dropped, transferred without success, put back in the queue instead of on hold with the rep, given a number to call for customer care only it wasn't care it was tech support. Problem still unresolved!

@AreOhEssEyeEe @Rogers That is insane! I just switched from Fido (owned by Rogers) bc they upped their roaming fees by 600%! Never paid me for that outage. FONUS - $30 USD/month. Unlimited free calls to 185 countries and 50 GB of data (5G where available). Best of all, ZERO roaming fees!
