    @Rogers just severely nerfed its rewards program. If you were a loyal customer and accumulated $1,500 in rewards, they are now worth $1,000. This must be some kind of a record. Is @Rogers going to make it right with its most loyal customers?

    @RogersHelps I have been on the phone on hold waiting for tech support for 1 hour, 54 minutes before I got a hold of anyone. Am I the only one that finds this outrageous?

    @RogersHelps I can't contact the customer support. After waiting on hold for several hours, my call was disconnected by their system
