    Just got more info… When my SIL called, they created the account based on the number she called from, not the number she gave you. This problem was created by an error by your staff. A dying woman is suffering. The situation is not acceptable. Pls fix it now @RogersHelps 3/

    @RogersHelps I'll DM, but what I really need is for Rogers to believe me when I say the issue is intermittent. Having someone say "Well, It's fine now" hasn't solved the issue.

    @ottawanag @RogersHelps This is one thing I've never understood about Canada. As a nation, you're so much more progressive than us neighbors to your south, *except* in the area of consumer protections. Is that an accurate assessment? And if so, why?

    @RogersHelps Rogers chat support refuses to send tech to assist disabled individual with loss of service - it was explained that no family or friends were available to assist with 'troubleshooting prior to sending a tech' - even though customer willing to pay. @OntHumanRights
