Nice customer service @Rogers, wife was on hold over 2 hours, finally had to hang up. Just garbage treatment for customers that have been with you for over 10 years.

@RogersHelps I really hope you get the internet working for everyone. It's been extremely spotty since Nov 17th for all your customers in Southern Ontario. It's especially bad right now. I can't work from home like this.

@RogersHelps On Tuesday, I was transferred to Customer Care. That rep said they would give me $7 being the prorated amount for 2 days of missed coverage. That amount is becoming more and more hilarious

Well @Rogers it's been a slice, after nearly 2 decades as a customer it's nice to know that @TELUS apparently values my business more...I'll be cancelling and switching my mobility over asap.
