    @RogersHelps Regarding your Connected For Success Program, once you're done signing up with a CFS representative, can you still use the MyRogers service with a CFS account? I know, I should have called in to ask, I don't think I should for one simple question, and then hang up.

    @RogersHelps I've just spoken with support and apparently the inability to see invoices is a KNOWN ISSUE. Can you advise on a timeline to have this fixed?

    Every other cellular service provider is literally understanding of the current and unparalleled times weโ€™re living in, even giving their customers grace periods.. people are struggling and @Rogers @RogersHelps wants to gouge its customers!? Yโ€™all are the WORST.. like absolute ๐Ÿ—‘

    @RogersHelps @FidoSolutions @CCTS_CPRST Rogers as parent company of Fido how do I get my cable lines fixed by you. I have had poor service and 4 technician visits not to mention the online help. All point to line issues with a repair team needed. It's been 3 months! Enough!
