Rogers Issues Reports

Latest outage, problems and issue reports in social media:

  • DaYellowFace YellowFace (@DaYellowFace) reported

@RogersHelps @Echostation3T8 I’m clearly not the only one downtown experiencing issues. How about you guys just address the issue instead of wasting our time asking us to “send a DM” and making us wait for hours

  • ca_peacock Chris Peacock (@ca_peacock) reported

@RogersHelps great time for network maintenance 8am-5pm when most are working from home and online schooling, off peek hours of 11pm-5am or something not a consideration?

  • DyForr Dylan (@DyForr) reported

@banana1313 @RogersHelps Mine is down as well, yay...

  • anir_biswas Anirban (@anir_biswas) reported

@RogersHelps yet another frustrating start to the day with internet down, this seems like a problem that will never get resolved, lost all hope

  • Imstillstanding Wendy Kavanagh (@Imstillstanding) reported

@dwancherry @RogersHelps 4 hours yesterday trying to reverse what Rogers did to my 90 year old FIL. He wanted his bill reduced so they sent him Ignite pkg. We go down, doesn’t hook to his hearing aids, his streamer or his phone and if he loses power , no phone. Criminal

  • JimJohannsson Jim Johannsson (@JimJohannsson) reported

@UnbarredMoose @RogersHelps Dave, the company that sends you the bill for your service is responsible for your service. In this case it sounds like Teksavvy is the ‘throat to choke’. Yes, they are a reseller but it’s still their job to coordinate with Rogers on your behalf. You’re their customer.

  • JimJohannsson Jim Johannsson (@JimJohannsson) reported

@UnbarredMoose @RogersHelps I don’t work at Rogers, never have. But it’s fair to say I’m not a fan of resellers. They profit off the price difference between what you pay them and the wholesale price they pay to Rogers. They try to confuse good folks like you when things go wrong. Hold them to account.

  • cryptoaf_ Crypto AF (@cryptoaf_) reported

@RogersHelps L5M7M7 - Internet is down? Been on the call for hour, no answer - live chat also unavailable.

  • Echostation3T8 Rob Ramlackhan (@Echostation3T8) reported

@RogersHelps What is happening with internet service in Toronto’s downtown area? ETA to restoration?

  • Kirshenblatt Adam Kirshenblatt (@Kirshenblatt) reported

So over a year ago @RogersHelps wrapped out cable around a tree to connect our internet. The tree had been scheduled to be removed by the city. We asked them to deal with it then but nothing happened. Today, the city cut the tree down giving us no internet, phone, or TV.
