Congratulations to @Rogers for managing their minor tech issues….I can’t wait for the $2.14 credit to my bill to compensate me for the “slight hassle” caused yesterday. @RogersHelps #rogersdoesnthelp

@RogersHelps I understand things happen but the way this was handled was pathetic. How does such a large organization not know the basics of good customer service? I suppose it's the result of a oligopoly here in Canada. Customer service just not a priority.

@RogersHelps Hey Rogers, what exactly happened to cause the outage? I'm reading many different opinions from cyber attacks to aliens but have not seen an official Rogers post. I would just like some transparency to ensure my information is safe and not compromised.

@RogersHelps 5 hours after the tweet and still no home internet. Seems like a lot of home internet is still down. Is that being fixed after?

@Oliphantsfont @RogersHelps You don’t know my story, so don’t presume you know the circumstances. You’re fixated on the “lost internet” and not enough on “no one on the Rogers network could call 911”.

@RogersHelps Why are you guys offering to look at certain areas for those who reply? Why not restore service for all areas simultaneously? Surely a team as broad as Rogers should be able to fix multiple areas at once. What are you guys doing to make sure customers don’t leave?

@Rogers internet is still down here in Stouffville. Flashing orange light on ignite modem. Got a flight tomorrow and we would love to have some internet to get some things done before we go. Care to define what is "vast"?
